W celu sprostania popytowi na usługi firmy zaplanowano inwestycję polegającą na wdrożeniu technologicznej innowacji procesowej w praktyce przedsiębiorstwa. Projekt rozwojowy polegać będzie na wyposażeniu zakładu w nowoczesną i innowacyjną w skali kraju linię do obróbki fizykochemicznej i pakowania pieczarek składającą się z: linii do blanszowania, wytwornicy pary, technicznej linii pary i kondensu oraz chłodni. Inwestycja umożliwi wprowadzenie na rynek nowego rodzaju produktu/usługi – pakowanej, blanszowanej pieczarki. Inwestycja pozwoli na: - skrócenie cyklu obróbki i pakowania o 25%: porównując do procesu dotychczas stosowanego nowa linia pozwala na skrócenie cyklu o około 25%. - większą efektywnością produkcji; - większą wydajnością procesu ustaloną na poziomie 2t/h, co nie jest możliwe przy dotychczas stosowanym procesie w firmach konkurencyjnych. In order to meet the demand for the company’s services, an investment was planned to implement technological process innovation in the company’s practice. The development project will consist of equipping the plant with a modern and innovative country-wide line for physico-chemical processing and packaging of mushrooms consisting of: blanching lines, steam generators, technical steam and condensation lines and cold stores. The investment will allow the launch of a new type of product/service – packaged, blanched mushroom. The investment will allow: — shortening the treatment and packaging cycle by 25 %: compared to the process used so far, the new line allows to shorten the cycle by about 25 %. — greater production efficiency; — a higher process efficiency set at the level of 2 t/h, which is not possible with the existing process in competing companies. Afin de répondre à la demande de services de l’entreprise, un investissement consistant dans la mise en œuvre de l’innovation technologique dans la pratique de l’entreprise a été prévu. Le projet de développement consistera à équiper l’usine d’une ligne moderne et innovante pour le traitement physico-chimique et l’emballage des champignons, consistant en: ligne de blanchiment, générateur de vapeur, ligne technique de vapeur et de condensation et stockage à froid. L’investissement permettra le lancement d’un nouveau type de produit/service — un champignon emballé et blanchi. L’investissement permettra: — raccourcir le cycle de transformation et d’emballage de 25 %: par rapport au processus utilisé jusqu’à présent, la nouvelle ligne vous permet de raccourcir le cycle d’environ 25 %. — amélioration de l’efficacité de la production; — plus grande efficacité des processus fixé à 2 t/h, ce qui n’est pas possible avec le processus précédent dans les entreprises compétitives. Um der Nachfrage nach den Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens gerecht zu werden, wurde eine Investition in die Umsetzung technologischer Prozessinnovationen in der Praxis des Unternehmens geplant. Das Entwicklungsprojekt besteht darin, die Anlage mit einer modernen und innovativen Linie für die physikalisch-chemische Behandlung und Verpackung von Pilzen auszustatten, bestehend aus: Linie für Blasen, Dampferzeuger, technische Dampf- und Kondenswasserleitung und Kühllagerung. Die Investition ermöglicht die Einführung einer neuen Art von Produkt/Dienstleistung – ein verpackter, blanchierter Pilz. Die Investition wird Folgendes ermöglichen: — Verkürzung des Verarbeitungs- und Verpackungszyklus um 25 %: im Vergleich zu dem bisher verwendeten Prozess erlaubt Ihnen die neue Linie, den Zyklus um etwa 25 % zu verkürzen. — erhöhte Produktionseffizienz; — höhere Prozesseffizienz bei 2 t/h, was mit dem bisherigen Prozess in wettbewerbsorientierten Unternehmen nicht möglich ist. Om tegemoet te komen aan de vraag naar de diensten van de onderneming werd een investering gepland die bestond uit de invoering van technologische procesinnovatie in de praktijk van de onderneming. Het ontwikkelingsproject zal bestaan uit het uitrusten van de fabriek met een moderne en innovatieve lijn voor fysisch-chemische behandeling en verpakking van paddenstoelen, bestaande uit: lijn voor blanchen, stoomgenerator, technische stoom en condense lijn en koude opslag. De investering zal de lancering van een nieuw type product/dienst mogelijk maken — een verpakte, geblancheerde paddestoel. De investering zal het mogelijk maken: — het verkorten van de verwerkings- en verpakkingscyclus met 25 %: in vergelijking met het tot nu toe gebruikte proces, kunt u met de nieuwe lijn de cyclus met ongeveer 25 % verkorten. — verhoogde productie-efficiëntie; — hogere procesefficiëntie vastgesteld op 2 t/h, wat niet mogelijk is met het vorige proces in concurrerende bedrijven. Al fine di soddisfare la domanda di servizi dell'azienda, è stato pianificato un investimento consistente nell'implementazione dell'innovazione tecnologica di processo nella prassi aziendale. Il progetto di sviluppo consisterà nell'attrezzare l'impianto con una linea moderna e innovativa per il trattamento fisico-chimico e il confezionamento dei funghi, composta da: linea per lo sbiancamento, generatore di vapore, vapore tecnico e linea condensa e stoccaggio freddo. L'investimento consentirà il lancio di un nuovo tipo di prodotto/servizio — un fungo confezionato e sbiancato. L'investimento consentirà di: — accorciamento del 25 % del ciclo di lavorazione e confezionamento: rispetto al processo utilizzato finora, la nuova linea consente di accorciare il ciclo di circa il 25 %. — aumento dell'efficienza produttiva; — maggiore efficienza di processo fissata a 2 t/h, che non è possibile con il processo precedente in aziende competitive. Con el fin de satisfacer la demanda de servicios de la empresa, se planificó una inversión consistente en la implementación de la innovación de procesos tecnológicos en la práctica de la empresa. El proyecto de desarrollo consistirá en dotar a la planta de una línea moderna e innovadora para el tratamiento físico y el envasado de setas, consistente en: línea para blanqueado, generador de vapor, vapor técnico y línea de condensación y almacenamiento en frío. La inversión permitirá el lanzamiento de un nuevo tipo de producto/servicio: una seta embalada y blanda. La inversión permitirá: — acortar el ciclo de transformación y envasado en un 25 %: en comparación con el proceso utilizado hasta ahora, la nueva línea le permite acortar el ciclo en aproximadamente un 25 %. — aumento de la eficiencia de la producción; — mayor eficiencia del proceso establecida en 2 t/h, lo que no es posible con el proceso anterior en empresas competitivas.
