Przedmiotem projektu jest zbudowanie subregionalnego zbioru dokumentów cyfrowych stanowiącego rdzeń geoprzestrzennych baz danych jednostek organizacyjnych administracji publicznej szczebla regionalnego, powiatowego i gminnego, umożliwiających świadczenie zaawansowanych e-usług zgodnie z wymaganiami i standardami technicznymi oraz prawnymi na poziomie krajowym i europejskim. Partnerami przedsięwzięcia są jst szczebla regionalnego i lokalnego odpowiedzialne za realizację zadań publicznych z dziedziny geodezji i kartografii – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. oraz W. Śląskie. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez dwie grupy działań - modernizacja i rozbudowa systemów teleinformatycznych - budowa infrastruktury e-usług geoinformacyjnych oraz modernizacja, rozbudowa i dostosowanie do nowych regulacji prawnych istotnych części zbiorów danych Państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego w jego części powiatowej i wojewódzkiej. The aim of the project is to build a subregional set of digital documents, which is the core of geospatial databases of organizational units of public administration at regional, county and municipal level, enabling the provision of advanced e-services in accordance with technical and legal requirements and standards at national and European level. Partners of the project are regional and local level responsible for the implementation of public tasks in the field of geodesy and cartography – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. and W. Śląskie. The objective of the project will be achieved by two groups of activities – modernisation and expansion of ICT systems – construction of the infrastructure of e-information services and modernisation, extension and adaptation to new legal regulations of important parts of data sets of the State geodetic and cartographic resources in its district and voivodship parts. L’objet du projet est de construire une collection sous-régionale de documents numériques, qui est le noyau des bases de données géospatiales des unités organisationnelles de l’administration publique aux niveaux régional, régional et municipal, permettant la fourniture de services électroniques avancés conformément aux exigences et normes techniques et juridiques au niveau national et européen. Les partenaires du projet sont les niveaux régional et local chargés de l’exécution des tâches publiques dans le domaine de la géodésie et de la cartographie — Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, ▲ywiecki, M. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine subregionale Sammlung digitaler Dokumente zu erstellen, die das Kernstück geospatialer Datenbanken der Organisationseinheiten der öffentlichen Verwaltung auf regionaler, Bezirks- und Gemeindeebene bildet und die Bereitstellung fortgeschrittener elektronischer Dienste gemäß den technischen und rechtlichen Anforderungen und Standards auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene ermöglicht. Partner des Projekts sind die regionale und lokale Ebene, die für die Durchführung öffentlicher Aufgaben im Bereich Geodäsie und Kartographie zuständig ist – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. und W. Śląskie. Das Ziel des Projekts wird durch zwei Gruppen von Aktivitäten – Modernisierung und Ausbau von IKT-Systemen – Bau von Infrastrukturen für E-Geo-Informationsdienste und Modernisierung, Erweiterung und Anpassung an neue Rechtsvorschriften für wichtige Teile von Datensätzen der staatlichen geodätischen und kartografischen Ressourcen in seinen Bezirks- und Woiwodschaftsteilen erreicht werden. Het doel van het project is een subregionale verzameling van digitale documenten op te bouwen, die de kern vormt van geospatiale databanken van organisatorische eenheden van overheidsdiensten op regionaal, districts- en gemeentelijk niveau, waardoor geavanceerde e-diensten kunnen worden verstrekt overeenkomstig technische en wettelijke vereisten en normen op nationaal en Europees niveau. De partners van het project zijn het regionale en lokale niveau dat verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van overheidstaken op het gebied van geodesie en cartografie — Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Șywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. en W. Śląskie. Het doel van het project zal worden bereikt door twee groepen activiteiten — modernisering en uitbreiding van ICT-systemen — aanleg van infrastructuur voor e-geo-informatiediensten en modernisering, uitbreiding en aanpassing aan nieuwe wettelijke voorschriften van belangrijke onderdelen van de gegevensreeksen van de staat geodetische en cartografische hulpbronnen in zijn districts- en woiwodschapsdelen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire una raccolta subregionale di documenti digitali, che costituisce il nucleo delle banche dati geospaziali delle unità organizzative della pubblica amministrazione a livello regionale, distrettuale e comunale, consentendo la fornitura di servizi elettronici avanzati in conformità con i requisiti tecnici e giuridici e gli standard a livello nazionale ed europeo. I partner del progetto sono il livello regionale e locale responsabile dell'esecuzione di compiti pubblici nel campo della geodesia e della cartografia — Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. e W. Śląskie.
