Celem projektu „Radlin i Rydułtowy w przestrzeni publicznej” zaplanowanego do realizacji przez Miasta Rydułtowy i Radlin, jest zapewnienie organom administracji publicznej, obywatelom i przedsiębiorcom dostępu przy pomocy środków komunikacji elektronicznej do: - zintegrowanych, aktualnych i kompletnych informacji gromadzonych w rejestrach publicznych na poziomie gminy oraz świadczonych z ich wykorzystaniem usług elektronicznych online, szczególnie na najwyższych możliwych poziomach dojrzałości, - zasobów dotyczących informacji przestrzennej oraz zasobów zdjęciowych, zgromadzonych obecnie w postaci papierowej a posiadających istotną wartość dla obywateli – w tym i przedsiębiorców, - zwiększonej funkcjonalności aplikacji front-office udostępnianych mieszkańcom Rydułtów i Radlina – poprzez zastosowanie najnowszego oprogramowania oraz dostosowanie serwisów do europejskiego standardu dostępności WCAG 2.0 w zakresie aplikacji front-office. The aim of the project “Radlin and Rydułtowy in public space” planned for implementation by the City of Rydułtowy and Radlin is to provide public administration authorities, citizens and entrepreneurs with electronic means of access to: — integrated, up-to-date and complete information collected in public registers at the municipal level and provided with their use of electronic services online, especially at the highest possible levels of maturity, – resources concerning spatial information and photographic resources, currently collected in paper form and having significant value for citizens – including entrepreneurs – increased functionality of front-office applications made available to residents of Rydułt and Radlin – by using the latest software and adapting services to the European standard of availability of WCAG applications in 2.0. L’objectif du projet «Radlin et Rydułtowy dans l’espace public» dont la mise en œuvre est prévue par les villes de Rydułtowy et Radlin est de veiller à ce que les administrations publiques, les citoyens et les entrepreneurs aient accès par voie électronique à: — les informations intégrées, actualisées et complètes recueillies dans les registres publics au niveau municipal et les services électroniques en ligne fournis avec eux, en particulier au plus haut niveau de maturité possible, — les ressources relatives aux informations spatiales et aux ressources photographiques, actuellement collectées sur support papier et qui ont une valeur significative pour les citoyens — y compris les entrepreneurs — ont augmenté la fonctionnalité des applications de front-office mises à la disposition des résidents de Rydułt et Radlin, en appliquant les logiciels les plus récents et en adaptant les services à la norme européenne d’accessibilité WCAG 2.0 pour les applications front-office. Ziel des Projekts „Radlin und Rydułtowy im öffentlichen Raum“ ist es, durch die Städte Rydułtowy und Radlin den Zugang zu öffentlichen Verwaltungen, Bürgern und Unternehmern mittels elektronischer Kommunikation zu gewährleisten: — integrierte, aktuelle und vollständige Informationen, die in öffentlichen Registern auf kommunaler Ebene gesammelt werden, und elektronische Online-Dienste, die mit ihnen bereitgestellt werden, insbesondere in möglichst hoher Reife, – Ressourcen für räumliche Informationen und Fotoressourcen, die derzeit in Papierform gesammelt werden und die für die Bürger – einschließlich Unternehmern – einen erheblichen Wert haben, erhöht die Funktionalität von Frontoffice-Anwendungen, die den Bewohnern von Rydułt und Radlin zur Verfügung gestellt werden, indem die neueste Software angewendet und Dienste an den europäischen WCAG 2.0-Zugangsstandard für Front-Office-Anwendungen angepasst wurden. Het doel van het project „Radlin en Rydułtowy in Public Space” dat door de steden Rydułtowy en Radlin zal worden uitgevoerd, is ervoor te zorgen dat overheidsdiensten, burgers en ondernemers via elektronische communicatie toegang hebben tot: geïntegreerde, actuele en volledige informatie die wordt verzameld in openbare registers op gemeentelijk niveau en online elektronische diensten die met hen worden geleverd, met name op het hoogst mogelijke niveau van rijpheid, — middelen met betrekking tot ruimtelijke informatie en foto-bronnen, die momenteel op papier worden verzameld en die aanzienlijke waarde hebben voor burgers — met inbegrip van ondernemers — verbeterde functionaliteit van frontofficetoepassingen die ter beschikking worden gesteld van inwoners van Rydułt en Radlin, door de nieuwste software toe te passen en diensten aan te passen aan de Europese WCAG 2.0-toegankelijkheidsnorm voor frontofficetoepassingen. L'obiettivo del progetto "Radlin e Rydułtowy nello spazio pubblico" previsto per l'attuazione da parte delle città di Rydułtowy e Radlin è quello di garantire che le pubbliche amministrazioni, i cittadini e gli imprenditori abbiano accesso attraverso la comunicazione elettronica a: — informazioni integrate, aggiornate e complete raccolte nei registri pubblici a livello comunale e nei servizi elettronici online forniti con loro, in particolare ai massimi livelli di maturità possibili, — risorse relative alle informazioni spaziali e alle risorse fotografiche, attualmente raccolte in forma cartacea e che hanno un valore significativo per i cittadini — compresi gli imprenditori — maggiore funzionalità delle applicazioni di front-office messe a disposizione dei residenti di Rydułt e Radlin, applicando il software più recente e adattando i servizi allo standard europeo di accessibilità WCAG 2.0 per le applicazioni di front-office. El objetivo del proyecto «Radlin y Rydułtowy en el espacio público» previsto para su ejecución por las ciudades de Rydułtowy y Radlin es garantizar que las administraciones públicas, los ciudadanos y los empresarios tengan acceso por medio de la comunicación electrónica a: — información integrada, actualizada y completa recogida en los registros públicos a nivel municipal y en los servicios electrónicos en línea que se prestan con ellos, especialmente en los niveles de madurez más elevados posibles, recursos relacionados con la información espacial y los recursos fotográficos, recogidos actualmente en papel y que tienen un valor significativo para los ciudadanos, incluidos los empresarios, una mayor funcionalidad de las aplicaciones de primera oficina puestas a disposición de los residentes de Rydułt y Radlin, mediante la aplicación de los últimos programas informáticos y la adaptación de los servicios a la norma europea de accesibilidad WCAG 2.0 para las aplicaciones de primera oficina.
