Projekt jest skierowany do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego (obszar rewitalizacji miasta E- Południe) w Gminie Nowy Staw. Grupę docelową (GD) stanowi 50 os.- niepełnol. i dorośli z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, w tym 30K i 20M. Diagnoza i dane MOPS wskazują, że największe problemy GD to ubóstwo, wyuczona bezradność, długotrw. bezrob., niskie wykształcenie, trudności wychowawcze, uzależnienia, przemoc domowa. GD objęta zostanie wsparciem w ramach Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny (CWR), w tym zajęciami w ramach placówki wsparcia dziennego w formule opiekuńczej i specjalist. (w oparciu o ustawę o wspieraniu rodziny i pieczy zastępczej) oraz wsparciem w ramach poradni dla rodziców i opiekunów (różnorodne działania wspierające kompetencje rodzicielskie). Celem głównym projektu jest minimalizacja negatywnych zjawisk społecznych związanych z funkcjonowaniem rodzin na obszarze miasta E (Południe) poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do specjalist. usług społ. w zakresie wsparcia rodziny i pieczy zastępczej. Cele szczegółowe: 1. Objęcie wsparciem 50 osób (30K, 20M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym usługami społ. świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w Programie. 2. Utworzenie CWR- jednostki specjalist. skierowanej na świadczenie usług społ. w zakresie wsparcia rodziny i pieczy zastępczej. Działania: Rekrutacja, diagnoza potrzeb i problemów UP. Realizacja zajęć dla dzieci i młodz.- Placówka wsparcia dziennego. Realizacja zajęć dla dorosłych- Poradnia dla rodziców i opiekunów. Zajęcia dla uczestn. projektu będą realizowane w perspektywie dwuletniej. Prowadzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego oraz poradni dla rodziców zostanie powierzone organ. pozarządowym, które zostaną wyłonione w drodze konkursu (tryb art. 190 ustawy z dnia 09.06.2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej). Le projet s’adresse aux habitants de la région revitalisée (la zone de régénération de la ville d’E-Sud) dans la commune de Nowy Staw. Le groupe cible (GD) est de 50 personnes-participants et adultes de familles dysfonctionnelles, dont 30K et 20M. Le diagnostic et les données de l’ILOS montrent que les problèmes les plus importants du DG sont la pauvreté, l’impuissance apprise, le chômage de longue durée, le faible niveau d’instruction, les difficultés éducatives, la dépendance, la violence familiale. GD sera soutenu par le Centre de soutien à la famille (CWR), y compris des activités de soutien de jour dans la formule de soins et un spécialiste. Un organisme non gouvernemental sera chargé d ‘un centre de soutien de jour et d’ un centre de conseil pour les parents, qui seront sélectionnés au moyen d ‘un concours (article 190 de la loi du 9 juin 2011 sur le soutien familial et le placement en famille d’ accueil). Il progetto è rivolto agli abitanti dell'area rivitalizzata (l'area di rigenerazione della città di E-Sud) nel comune di Nowy Staw. Il gruppo target (GD) è di 50 persone-partecipanti e adulti provenienti da famiglie disfunzionali, tra cui 30K e 20M. La diagnosi e i dati ILOS mostrano che i maggiori problemi di GD sono la povertà, l'impotenza appresa, la disoccupazione di lunga durata, la bassa istruzione, le difficoltà educative, la dipendenza, la violenza domestica.
