Celem projektu jest inwestycja polegająca na zakupie wartości niematerialnych i prawnych prowadząca do rozszerzenia palety oferowanych produktów w AssisTech Sp. z o.o. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zdobycia nowych rynków (m.in. Wielka Brytania). Misją AssisTech jest tworzenie innowacyjnych, zaawansowanych technologicznie rozwiązań wspierających człowieka w codziennym życiu. Flagowym produktem jest System C-Eye pozwalający na ocenę stanu świadomości, neurorehabilitację i komunikację pacjenta z dysfunkcjami neurologicznymi. Jest to komercyjna wersja CyberOka opracowanego w Politechnice Gdańskiej (PG). Planowane do zakupu wart. niematerialne i prawne umożliwią rozpoczęcie produkcji własnego komputera i statywu terapeutycznego, pozyskania know-how dotyczącego specyfikacji i opracowania multimedialnych treści terapeutycznych. Projekt wpisuje się w Inteligentne Specjalizacje Pomorza: ISP 4 Technologie medyczne w zakresie chorób cywilizacyjnych i okresu starzenia się. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to invest in the purchase of intangible assets leading to the expansion of the range of offered products in AssisTech Sp. z o.o. “United Kingdom”. AssisTech’s mission is to create innovative, technologically advanced solutions to support people in everyday life. The flagship product is the C-Eye System that allows the assessment of the state of consciousness, neurorehabilitation and communication of the patient with neurological dysfunctions. It is a commercial version of CyberOka developed at the Gdańsk University of Technology (PG). Planned for purchase, intangible and legal value will enable you to start production of your own computer and therapeutic tripod, acquire know-how concerning specification and development of multimedia therapeutic content. The project fits into Intelligent Specialisations of Pomerania: ISP 4 Medical technologies in the field of civilisation diseases and ageing. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’investir dans l’achat d’actifs incorporels conduisant à l’expansion de la gamme de produits proposés à Assistech Sp. z o.o. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à l’acquisition de nouveaux marchés (p. ex. Royaume-Uni). La mission d’Assistech est de créer des solutions innovantes et technologiquement avancées pour accompagner les gens dans la vie quotidienne. Le produit phare est le système C-Eye, qui permet d’évaluer l’état de conscience, la neuroréhabilitation et la communication du patient avec des dysfonctionnements neurologiques. Il s’agit d’une version commerciale de CyberOk développée à l’Université de technologie de Gdańsk (PG). Projet d’achat, immatériel et juridique permettra le démarrage de la production de son propre trépied informatique et thérapeutique, l’acquisition de savoir-faire sur la spécification et le développement de contenus thérapeutiques multimédias. Ziel des Projekts ist eine Investition in den Erwerb von immateriellen Vermögenswerten, die zur Erweiterung des Angebotsangebots in der Assistech Sp. z o.o. führt. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird zum Erwerb neuer Märkte beitragen (z. B. Vereinigtes Königreich). Assistechs Mission ist es, innovative, technologisch fortschrittliche Lösungen zu entwickeln, um Menschen im Alltag zu unterstützen. Das Flaggschiff-Produkt ist das C-Eye System, das es ermöglicht, den Bewusstseinszustand, die Neurorehabilitation und die Kommunikation des Patienten mit neurologischen Dysfunktionen zu bewerten. Es handelt sich um eine kommerzielle Version von CyberOk, die an der Technischen Universität Danzig (PG) entwickelt wurde. Geplant für den Kauf, immaterielle und rechtliche wird den Beginn der Produktion von eigenen Computern und therapeutischen Stativ, Erwerb von Know-how zur Spezifikation und Entwicklung von multimedialen therapeutischen Inhalten ermöglichen. Het doel van het project is een investering bestaande uit de aankoop van immateriële activa die leiden tot de uitbreiding van het aanbod van aangeboden producten in Assistech Sp. z o.o. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen aan de overname van nieuwe markten (bijv. Verenigd Koninkrijk). De missie van Assistech is het creëren van innovatieve, technologisch geavanceerde oplossingen om mensen in het dagelijks leven te ondersteunen. Het vlaggenschipproduct is het C-Eye-systeem, dat het mogelijk maakt om de staat van bewustzijn, neurorehabilitatie en communicatie van de patiënt met neurologische disfuncties te evalueren. Het is een commerciële versie van CyberOk ontwikkeld aan de Technische Universiteit van Gdańsk (PG). Met het oog op de aankoop, ontastbaar en legaal, zal de productie van eigen computer- en therapeutisch statief kunnen worden gestart, alsmede de verwerving van knowhow op het gebied van de specificatie en ontwikkeling van therapeutische multimedia-inhoud. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà all'acquisizione di nuovi mercati (ad es. Regno Unito). È una versione commerciale di CyberOk sviluppata presso l'Università di tecnologia di Danzica (PG).
