Projekt obejmuje zakup: 1. Zrobotyzowanego stanowiska spawalniczego 2. Prasy krawędziowej CNC W wyniku wdrożenia innowacyjnych technologii obróbki stali wzrośnie konkurencyjność oferty produktowej przedsiębiorstwa dzięki zmniejszeniu energo i materiałochonności procesu zaginania i spawania, skróceniu czasu operacji produkcyjnych i wyeliminowaniu części z nich oraz ograniczeniu kosztów realizowanego procesu obróbki stali. Zostaną stworzone warunki technologiczne do uruchomienia udoskonalonego i nowego asortymentut, co w połączeniu z ograniczeniem kosztów pozwoli zwiększyć sprzedaż w tym sprzedaż na rynki zagraniczne na poziomie 2 mln w skali roku. Nastąpi wzrost wykorzystania technologii ITC w procesie produkcyjnym. (Polish)

CNC press brakes As a result of the implementation of innovative steel machining technologies, the competitiveness of the company’s product offer will be increased by reducing the energy and material willingness of the bending and welding process, shortening the time of production operations and eliminating parts of them and reducing the costs of the steel processing process. Technological conditions will be created for the launch of an improved and new assortment, which, combined with cost reduction, will increase sales to foreign markets at the level of 2 million per year. Le projet comprend l’achat de: 1. Station de soudage robotique 2. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de technologies innovantes de traitement de l’acier, la compétitivité de la gamme de produits de l’entreprise augmentera en réduisant l’énergie et la matérialité du processus de pliage et de soudage, en réduisant le temps des opérations de production et en éliminant les pièces, et en réduisant les coûts du processus de transformation de l’acier. Les conditions technologiques seront créées pour lancer un nouvel assortiment amélioré qui, combiné à des économies de coûts, augmentera les ventes sur les marchés étrangers de 2 millions par an. Durch die Einführung innovativer Stahlverarbeitungstechnologien wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Produktpalette des Unternehmens gesteigert, indem die Energie und Materialität des Falt- und Schweißprozesses reduziert, die Produktionszeit verkürzt und Teile davon entfernt werden und die Kosten des Stahlverarbeitungsprozesses gesenkt werden. Technologische Rahmenbedingungen werden geschaffen, um ein verbessertes und neues Sortiment einzuführen, das zusammen mit Kosteneinsparungen den Umsatz in ausländische Märkte um 2 Millionen pro Jahr steigern wird. Der Einsatz von ITC-Technologien im Produktionsprozess wird zunehmen. (German)

Als gevolg van de implementatie van innovatieve staalverwerkingstechnologieën zal het concurrentievermogen van het productassortiment van het bedrijf toenemen door de energie en materialiteit van het vouw- en lasproces te verminderen, de productietijd te verkorten en onderdelen ervan te elimineren, en de kosten van het staalverwerkingsproces te verminderen.
