Projekt skierowany jest do 212 osób bezrobotnych (132K i 80M) zarejestrowanych w PUP Kartuzy,dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 r. ż.) z powiatu kartuskiego należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Działania w projekcie (w oparciu o ustalenia w IPD) to: zatrudnienie subsydiowane w ramach, kt. 25 osób (10K i 15M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych,wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach,którego utworzone będą 33 stanowiska pracy dla 33 os.(18Ki15M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 41 osób (25K i 16M), zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia - indywidualne i grupowe na które skierowane zostanie 38 osób (13K i 25M) oraz staże dla 75 os.(67Ki8M). 1K skorzysta z udziału w szkoleniu i otrzyma środki na podjęcie działalności. Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. W projekcie będzie więcej kobiet aby wyrównać ich szanse na rynku pracy. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobotnych, w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, politykami horyzontalnymi(w tym:polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju)oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. The project is addressed to 212 unemployed (132K and 80M) registered in Kartuzy PUP, for whom the I aid profile or the II aid profile of the most vulnerable people on the labour market (excluding persons before the end of 30) from the district of Kartuskie belonging to at least one of the following groups has been established: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. Project activities (based on findings in the IPD) are: subsidised employment under, kt. 25 people (10K and 15M) will be sent to work in the framework of intervention work, equipping or retrofitting a job within which 33 jobs will be created for 33 people (18Ki15M). One-off funds for starting a business will be granted for 41 people (25K and 16M), individual and group training will be organised for 38 people (13K and 25M) and traineeships for 75 people (67Ki8M). 1K will benefit from participation in the training and will receive funds to take up business. The recruitment process will be carried out in an open manner, in line with the policy of equal opportunities between men and women. There will be more women in the project to level their chances in the labour market. Recruitment for the project will also constitute recruitment for forms of support. The activities undertaken in the project will focus on providing quality services to the unemployed, including in particular the early identification of the needs of participants/cakes and the diagnosis of opportunities for their professional development. The project is consistent with relevant Community policies and principles, horizontal policies (including: equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. Le projet s’adresse à 212 chômeurs (132 000 et 80 millions d’habitants) inscrits à l’OLP de Kartuza, pour lesquels un profil d’aide I ou II a été établi et qui se trouvent dans la situation la plus vulnérable sur le marché du travail (à l’exclusion des personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans) du district de Kartusa appartenant à au moins l’un des groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées. Les activités du projet (fondées sur les résultats de la DPI) sont les suivantes: emplois subventionnés dans le cadre desquels 25 personnes (10K et 15M) seront dirigées vers le travail dans le cadre de travaux d’intervention, d’équipement ou d’aménagement d’un poste de travail au sein duquel 33 emplois seront créés pour 33 personnes (18Ki15M). Des créations d’entreprises ponctuelles seront octroyées à 41 personnes (25 000 et 16 millions), une formation individuelle et collective pour 38 personnes (13 000 et 25 millions d’euros) et des stages pour 75 personnes (67Ki8M). 1K bénéficiera de la formation et recevra des fonds pour la mise en place. Le processus de recrutement sera mené de manière ouverte, conformément à la politique d’égalité des chances entre les femmes et les hommes. Il y aura plus de femmes dans le projet pour augmenter leurs chances sur le marché du travail. Le recrutement pour le projet constituera également un recrutement pour des formes d’appui. Le projet mettra l’accent sur la fourniture de services de qualité aux chômeurs, notamment l’identification précoce des besoins des participants/chèques et le diagnostic des possibilités de développement professionnel. Le projet est conforme aux politiques et principes communautaires pertinents, aux politiques horizontales (à l’adresse tym:polityką, égalité des chances et non-discrimination et au concept de développement durable) et à la législation communautaire et nationale. Das Projekt richtet sich an 212 Arbeitslose (132K und 80M), die in der Kartuza PLO registriert sind, für die ein Beihilfeprofil I oder das Beihilfeprofil II festgestellt wurde, die sich in der am stärksten gefährdeten Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (mit Ausnahme derjenigen vor 30 Jahren) aus dem Bezirk Kartusa befinden, die mindestens einer der folgenden Gruppen angehören: Menschen ab 50 Jahren, Frauen, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose und Geringqualifizierte. Projektaktivitäten (auf der Grundlage der Ergebnisse des IPD) sind: subventionierte Beschäftigung, in deren Rahmen 25 Personen (10K und 15M) sollen im Rahmen von Interventionsarbeiten arbeiten, einen Arbeitsplatz ausstatten oder nachrüsten, in dem 33 Arbeitsplätze für 33 Personen geschaffen werden (18Ki15M). Einmalige Unternehmensgründungen werden 41 Personen (25K und 16M), Einzel- und Gruppenschulungen für 38 Personen (13K und 25M) und Praktika für 75 Personen (67Ki8M) gewährt. 1K wird von der Ausbildung profitieren und erhält Fördermittel für die Gründung. Das Einstellungsverfahren wird im Einklang mit der Politik der Chancengleichheit von Frauen und Männern auf offene Weise durchgeführt. Es wird mehr Frauen in dem Projekt geben, um ihre Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu decken. Die Rekrutierung für das Projekt wird auch eine Einstellung für Formen der Unterstützung darstellen. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Bereitstellung hochwertiger Dienstleistungen für Arbeitslose, insbesondere die frühzeitige Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer/Schecks und die Diagnose von Möglichkeiten für ihre berufliche Entwicklung. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit den einschlägigen Gemeinschaftspolitiken und -grundsätzen, den horizontalen Politikbereichen (tym:polityką Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung und dem Konzept der nachhaltigen Entwicklung) sowie den gemeinschaftlichen und nationalen Rechtsvorschriften. Het project is gericht op 212 werklozen (132K en 80 miljoen) geregistreerd in de Kartuza PLO, voor wie een steunprofiel I of steunprofiel II is vastgesteld, die zich in de meest kwetsbare situatie op de arbeidsmarkt bevinden (met uitzondering van degenen vóór de leeftijd van 30 jaar) uit het district Kartusa die tot ten minste een van de volgende groepen behoren: mensen van 50 jaar en ouder, vrouwen, mensen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, laaggeschoolden. Projectactiviteiten (op basis van IPD-bevindingen) zijn: gesubsidieerde werkgelegenheid in het kader waarvan 25 personen (10K en 15M) zullen worden belast met werkzaamheden in het kader van interventiewerkzaamheden, inrichting of aanpassing van een werkplek waarbinnen 33 arbeidsplaatsen zullen worden gecreëerd voor 33 personen (18Ki15M). Eenmalige start-ups worden toegekend aan 41 personen (25K en 16 miljoen), individuele en groepstraining voor 38 personen (13K en 25 miljoen) en stages voor 75 personen (67Ki8M). 1K zal profiteren van de opleiding en financiering ontvangen voor het opzetten. Het aanwervingsproces zal op een open manier verlopen, in overeenstemming met het beleid van gelijke kansen voor vrouwen en mannen. Er zullen meer vrouwen in het project zijn om hun kansen op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten. Werving voor het project is ook aanwerving voor vormen van steun. Het project zal gericht zijn op het verlenen van hoogwaardige diensten aan werklozen, waaronder met name het vroegtijdig vaststellen van de behoeften van deelnemers/cheques en de diagnose van kansen voor hun professionele ontwikkeling. Het project is in overeenstemming met de relevante communautaire beleidslijnen en beginselen, horizontale beleidsmaatregelen (in tym:polityką gelijke kansen en non-discriminatie en het concept van duurzame ontwikkeling) en communautaire en nationale wetgeving. Il progetto è rivolto a 212 disoccupati (132K e 80M) iscritti all'OLP Kartuza, per i quali è stato stabilito un profilo di aiuto I o un profilo di aiuto II che si trovano nella situazione più vulnerabile sul mercato del lavoro (esclusi quelli prima dei 30 anni) del distretto di Kartusa appartenente ad almeno uno dei seguenti gruppi: persone di età pari o superiore a 50 anni, donne, disabili, disoccupati di lunga durata, scarsamente qualificati. Le attività del progetto (basate sui risultati della DPI) sono le seguenti: occupazione sovvenzionata nell'ambito dei quali 25 persone (10K e 15M) saranno indirizzate a lavorare come parte del lavoro di intervento, attrezzando o ammodernando una postazione di lavoro all'interno della quale saranno creati 33 posti di lavoro per 33 persone (18Ki15M). Le start-up una tantum saranno concesse a 41 persone (25K e 16M), alla formazione individuale e di gruppo per 38 persone (13K e 25M) e ai tirocini per 75 persone (67Ki8M). 1K beneficerà della formazione e riceverà finanziamenti per la creazione. Il processo di assunzione sarà condotto in modo aperto, in linea con la politica di pari opportunità tra donne e uomini. Ci saranno più donne nel progetto per livellare le loro possibilità sul mercato del lavoro. Le assunzioni per il progetto costituiranno anche assunzioni per forme di sostegno. Il progetto si concentrerà sulla fornitura di servizi di alta qualità ai disoccupati, compresa in particolare l'individuazione tempestiva delle esigenze dei partecipanti/assegni e la diagnosi delle opportunità per il loro sviluppo professionale. Il progetto è conforme alle politiche e ai principi comunitari pertinenti, alle politiche orizzontali (in tym:polityką pari opportunità e non discriminazione e al concetto di sviluppo sostenibile) e alla legislazione comunitaria e nazionale. Las actividades del proyecto (basadas en las conclusiones de la DIP) son las siguientes: empleo subvencionado en el marco de los cuales Se dirigirá a 25 personas (10K y 15M) a trabajar como parte del trabajo de intervención, equipando o readaptando un puesto de trabajo en el que se crearán 33 puestos de trabajo para 33 personas (18Ki15M). Se concederán empresas únicas de creación de empresas a 41 personas (25K y 16 millones), formación individual y grupal para 38 personas (13K y 25M) y prácticas para 75 personas (67Ki8M). 1K se beneficiará de la formación y recibirá financiación para su instalación. El proceso de contratación se llevará a cabo de manera abierta, de conformidad con la política de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres. Habrá más mujeres en el proyecto para aumentar sus posibilidades en el mercado laboral. La contratación para el proyecto también constituirá contratación para formas de apoyo. El proyecto se centrará en la prestación de servicios de alta calidad a los desempleados, incluida, en particular, la identificación temprana de las necesidades de los participantes/cheques y el diagnóstico de oportunidades para su desarrollo profesional. El proyecto cumple las políticas y principios comunitarios pertinentes, las políticas horizontales (en tym:polityką igualdad de oportunidades y no discriminación y el concepto de desarrollo sostenible) y la legislación comunitaria y nacional.
