Projekt skierowany jest do 230 osób bezrobotnych (125K i 105M) zarejestrowanych w PUP Bytów dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia) z powiatu bytowskiego. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie to pośrednictwo pracy, IPD, doradztwo zawodowe, którym objęci zostaną wszyscy uczestnicy i uczestniczki projektu. Zatrudnienie subsydiowane w ramach którego 40 osób (30K i 10M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach którego utworzonych zostanie 77 stanowisk pracy dla 77 osób (42K i 35M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 44 osób (23K i 21M), zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia grupowe na które skierowanych zostanie 105 osób, w tym - 69 osób (30K i 39M) zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia zawodowe, a 30 osób (11K i 19M) przed udzieleniem środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej zostanie skierowanych na szkolenie w zakresie "Moja Firma". Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Rekrutacja będzie dostępna dla wszystkich zainteresowanych potencjalnych uczestników/czek. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na poszczególne formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobotnych, w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawa PZP i pomocą de minimis. (Polish)

The project is addressed to 230 unemployed (125K and 105M) registered in the Bytow PUP for whom the I aid profile or the II aid profile of the most vulnerable people on the labour market (excluding persons before the age of 30) from the district of Bytow were established. The activities planned in the project include job mediation, IPD, professional advice, which will cover all participants and participants of the project. Subsidised employment under which 40 people (30K and 10M) will be assigned to work in the framework of intervention work, equipping or refurbishing a job under which 77 jobs will be created for 77 people (42K and 35M). The activities undertaken in the project will focus on providing quality services to the unemployed, including in particular the early identification of the needs of participants/cakes and the diagnosis of opportunities for their professional development. The project will comply with relevant Community policies and principles (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. Das Projekt richtet sich an 230 Arbeitslose (125K und 105M), die im Bytów PLO registriert sind, für die das Beihilfeprofil I oder das Beihilfeprofil II in der am stärksten gefährdeten Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt (mit Ausnahme derjenigen vor 30 Jahren) aus dem Bezirk Bytowski erstellt wurde. Zu den im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Aktivitäten gehören Jobvermittlung, IPD, Berufsberatung, die alle Teilnehmer und Teilnehmer des Projekts abdeckt. Subventionierte Beschäftigung, bei der 40 Personen (30K und 10M) auf Interventionsarbeiten, Ausrüstung oder Nachrüstung einer Arbeitsstelle ausgerichtet werden, in der 77 Arbeitsplätze für 77 Personen geschaffen werden (42K und 35M). Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Bereitstellung hochwertiger Dienstleistungen für Arbeitslose, insbesondere die frühzeitige Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer/Schecks und die Diagnose von Möglichkeiten für ihre berufliche Entwicklung. Das Projekt wird den einschlägigen Gemeinschaftspolitiken und -vorschriften entsprechen (einschließlich: eine Politik der Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung und des Konzepts der nachhaltigen Entwicklung) sowie gemeinschaftliche und nationale Rechtsvorschriften. De in het project geplande activiteiten omvatten arbeidsbemiddeling, IPD, loopbaanbegeleiding, die alle deelnemers en deelnemers aan het project zal bestrijken. Het project zal in overeenstemming zijn met de relevante beleidsmaatregelen en regels van de Gemeenschap (met inbegrip van: een beleid van gelijke kansen en non-discriminatie en het concept van duurzame ontwikkeling) en communautaire en nationale wetgeving.
