Projekt polega na wdrożeniu nowoczesnego Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego (ZSI) optymalizującego procesy biznesowe oraz zintegrowanego z nim monitoringu obiektu. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi zastosowanie TIK wpisujących się w następujące modele biznesowe: 1) B2B – prowadzący do automatyzacji współpracy z międzynarodowymi portalami rezerwacyjnymi oraz biurem rachunkowym, 2) B2C – optymalizujący procesy marketingu i sprzedaży w oparciu o TIK, 3) B2E – wprowadzający nowy proces zarządczy oraz automatyzujący przepływ informacji w hotelu. Optymalizacja procesów i wprowadzenie nowego procesu biznesowego będą miały charakter innowacji procesowej oraz nietechnologicznej (organizacyjnej i marketingowej). Monitoring zintegrowany z systemem pozwoli na zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa gości i przyspieszy proces meldunkowy. Celem wprowadzenia ZSI w przedsiębiorstwie konieczny jest zakup sprzętu komputerowego niezbędnego do prawidłowego wdrożenia ww. rozwiązań informatyczno-komunikacyjnych. (Polish)

The project involves the implementation of a modern Integrated Information System (ZSI) that optimises business processes and its integrated monitoring of the facility. The implementation of the investment will allow the use of ICTs that fit into the following business models: 1) B2B – leading to automation of cooperation with international booking portals and accounting office, 2) B2C – optimising marketing and sales processes based on ICT, 3) B2E – introducing a new management process and automating the flow of information in the hotel. Process optimisation and the introduction of a new business process will be process and non-technological (organisational and marketing) innovation. Monitoring integrated with the system will increase the security of guests and speed up the reporting process. In order to introduce ZSI in the company, it is necessary to purchase the computer equipment necessary for the proper implementation of the above-mentioned IT and communication solutions. (English)

Le projet consiste en la mise en place d’un système d’information intégré moderne (ZSI) optimisant les processus opérationnels et le suivi intégré de l’installation. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement permettra l’utilisation des TIC conformément aux modèles économiques suivants: 1) B2B — conduisant à l’automatisation de la coopération avec les portails de réservation internationaux et les bureaux de comptabilité, 2) B2C — optimisation des processus de marketing et de vente basés sur les TIC, 3) B2E — introduire un nouveau processus de gestion et automatiser le flux d’informations dans l’hôtel. L’optimisation des processus et l’introduction d’un nouveau processus d’affaires seront un processus et une innovation non technologique (organisation et marketing). La surveillance intégrée au système permettra d’accroître la sécurité des clients et d’accélérer le processus d’établissement de rapports. Afin d’introduire ZSI dans une entreprise, il est nécessaire d’acheter l’équipement informatique nécessaire à la bonne mise en œuvre des solutions informatiques et de communication susmentionnées. Das Projekt besteht in der Implementierung eines modernen Integrierten Informationssystems (ZSI) zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und einer integrierten Überwachung der Anlage. Die Durchführung der Investitionen wird den Einsatz von IKT im Einklang mit den folgenden Geschäftsmodellen ermöglichen: 1) B2B – was zur Automatisierung der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Buchungsportalen und Buchhaltungsbüros führt, 2) B2C – Optimierung von Marketing- und Verkaufsprozessen auf IKT-Basis, 3) B2E – Einführung eines neuen Managementprozesses und Automatisierung des Informationsflusses im Hotel. Prozessoptimierung und die Einführung eines neuen Geschäftsprozesses werden eine Prozess- und nichttechnologische (Organisation und Marketing) Innovation sein. Die mit dem System integrierte Überwachung wird die Sicherheit der Gäste erhöhen und den Berichtsprozess beschleunigen. Um ZSI in ein Unternehmen einzuführen, ist es notwendig, die für die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung der oben genannten IT- und Kommunikationslösungen notwendige Computerausrüstung zu erwerben. (German)

Het project bestaat uit de implementatie van een modern geïntegreerd informatiesysteem (ZSI) dat bedrijfsprocessen en geïntegreerde monitoring van de faciliteit optimaliseert. De uitvoering van de investering zal het gebruik van ICT mogelijk maken in overeenstemming met de volgende bedrijfsmodellen: 1) B2B — wat leidt tot automatisering van samenwerking met internationale boekingsportalen en boekhoudkantoor, 2) B2C — optimalisering van marketing- en verkoopprocessen op basis van ICT, 3) B2E — invoering van een nieuw beheersproces en automatisering van de informatiestroom in het hotel. Procesoptimalisatie en de invoering van een nieuw bedrijfsproces zullen een proces en niet-technologische (organisatie en marketing) innovatie zijn. Monitoring geïntegreerd in het systeem zal de veiligheid van gasten verhogen en het rapportageproces versnellen. Om ZSI in een onderneming te introduceren, is het noodzakelijk om de computerapparatuur te kopen die nodig is voor de correcte implementatie van de bovengenoemde IT- en communicatieoplossingen. Il progetto consiste nell'implementazione di un moderno Sistema Informativo Integrato (ZSI) che ottimizza i processi aziendali e il monitoraggio integrato della struttura. L'attuazione dell'investimento consentirà l'uso delle TIC in linea con i seguenti modelli di business: 1) B2B — che porta all'automazione della collaborazione con portali di prenotazione internazionali e uffici contabili, 2) B2C — ottimizzazione dei processi di marketing e vendita basati su ICT, 3) B2E — introducendo un nuovo processo di gestione e automatizzando il flusso di informazioni in hotel. L'ottimizzazione dei processi e l'introduzione di un nuovo processo aziendale saranno un processo e un'innovazione non tecnologica (organizzazione e marketing). Il monitoraggio integrato con il sistema aumenterà la sicurezza degli ospiti e accelererà il processo di reporting. Al fine di introdurre ZSI in un'impresa, è necessario acquistare le apparecchiature informatiche necessarie per la corretta implementazione delle suddette soluzioni informatiche e di comunicazione. La realización de la inversión permitirá el uso de las TIC en consonancia con los siguientes modelos de negocio: 1) B2B — lo que conduce a la automatización de la cooperación con los portales internacionales de reservas y la oficina contable, 2) B2C — optimización de los procesos de marketing y venta basados en las TIC, 3) B2E — introducir un nuevo proceso de gestión y automatizar el flujo de información en el hotel. La optimización de procesos y la introducción de un nuevo proceso de negocio será un proceso e innovación no tecnológica (organización y marketing). La supervisión integrada con el sistema aumentará la seguridad de los huéspedes y acelerará el proceso de presentación de informes. Con el fin de introducir ZSI en una empresa, es necesario adquirir el equipo informático necesario para la correcta aplicación de las soluciones informáticas y de comunicación antes mencionadas.
