Przedmiotowy projekt parasolowy ma na celu zwiększenie wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie Gminy Harasiuki. Cel wnioskowanego projektu skupia się na przeciwdziałaniu marginalizacji energetycznej, społecznej i ekonomicznej obszaru gminy, a zrealizowany zostanie poprzez wybudowanie: • 125 szt. jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE w postaci instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych, na budynkach mieszkalnych w Gminie Harasiuki o łącznej mocy 0,40 MWe• 814 szt. jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE w postaci instalacji kolektorów solarnych na budynkach mieszkalnych w Gminie Harasiuki o łącznej mocy 3,06 MWt.Przedsięwzięcie procedowane będzie w oparciu o tryb „Zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, przez Wnioskodawcę – Gminę Harasiuki, która w kompleksowy sposób zapewni przygotowanie, realizację i koordynację działań projektowych. Wnioskodawca każdorazowo podpisze z mieszkańcem umowę na podstawie, której będzie mógł instalować konkretne urządzenia w wybranym gospodarstwie domowym. (Polish)

This umbrella project aims to increase the use of renewable energy sources in the Harasiuki Municipality. The objective of the proposed project focuses on counteracting the energy, social and economic marginalisation of the municipality, and will be achieved by building: • 125 units of electricity generation units from RES in the form of installation of photovoltaic panels, on residential buildings in the Harasiuki Municipality with a total capacity of 0.40 MWe• 814 units of heat generation units from RES in the form of solar collectors installation on residential buildings in the Harasiuki commune with a total capacity of 3.06 MWt.The undertaking will be conducted in the “Design and build” mode, by the Application. Each time, the applicant will sign a contract with the resident on the basis of which he will be able to install specific equipment in the selected household. (English)

Le projet-cadre en question vise à accroître l’utilisation des sources d’énergie renouvelables dans la municipalité de Harasiuki. L’objectif du projet proposé est de lutter contre la marginalisation énergétique, sociale et économique de la commune et sera atteint par la construction de: • 125 unités de production d’électricité à partir de SER sous forme d’installation de panneaux photovoltaïques, sur des bâtiments résidentiels de la municipalité d’Harasiuki d’une capacité totale de 0,40 MWe• 814 unités de production de chaleur à partir de SER sous forme d’installation de collecteurs solaires sur des bâtiments résidentiels dans la municipalité d’Harasiuki d’une capacité totale de 3,06 MWt. Le projet sera réalisé sur la base du mode «conception et construction», par la requérante — municipalité d’Harasiuki, qui assurera globalement la préparation, la mise en œuvre et la coordination des activités du projet. Le demandeur signera chaque fois un contrat avec le résident sur la base duquel il pourra installer des équipements spécifiques dans le ménage sélectionné. (French)

Das in Rede stehende Dachprojekt zielt darauf ab, die Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen in der Gemeinde Harasiuki zu erhöhen. Ziel des vorgeschlagenen Projekts ist es, der Energie-, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Marginalisierung des Gemeindegebiets entgegenzuwirken und durch den Bau folgender Ziele zu erreichen: • 125 Stromerzeugungseinheiten aus RES in Form der Installation von Photovoltaik-Panels, auf Wohngebäuden in der Gemeinde Harasiuki mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 0,40 MWe• 814 Einheiten von Wärmeerzeugungseinheiten aus RES in Form der Installation von Solarkollektoren auf Wohngebäuden in der Gemeinde Harasiuki mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 3,06 MWt.Das Projekt wird auf der Grundlage des „Design and Build“-Modus von der Klägerin – Harasiuki Gemeinde durchgeführt, die umfassend die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Koordinierung der Projektaktivitäten sicherstellen wird. Der Antragsteller unterzeichnet jedes Mal einen Vertrag mit dem Gebietsansässigen, auf dessen Grundlage er in der Lage sein wird, bestimmte Geräte in dem ausgewählten Haushalt zu installieren. Het overkoepelende project heeft tot doel het gebruik van hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de gemeente Harasiuki te vergroten. De doelstelling van het voorgestelde project is het tegengaan van de energie-, sociale en economische marginalisering van het gebied van de gemeente, en zal worden bereikt door de bouw van: • 125 eenheden elektriciteitsproductie-eenheden uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de vorm van de installatie van fotovoltaïsche panelen, op woongebouwen in de gemeente Harasiuki met een totale capaciteit van 0,40 MWe• 814 eenheden warmteopwekkingseenheden uit hernieuwbare bronnen in de vorm van installatie van zonnecollectoren in woongebouwen in de gemeente Harasiuki met een totale capaciteit van 3,06 MWt.Het project zal worden uitgevoerd op basis van de „Design and Build”-modus, door de aanvrager — gemeente Harasiuki, die volledig zal zorgen voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en coördinatie van projectactiviteiten. De aanvrager ondertekent telkens een contract met de ingezetene op basis waarvan hij/zij specifieke apparatuur in het geselecteerde huishouden kan installeren. (Dutch)

Il progetto quadro in questione mira ad aumentare l'uso delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili nel comune di Harasiuki. L'obiettivo del progetto proposto è quello di contrastare l'emarginazione energetica, sociale ed economica del territorio comunale e sarà realizzato mediante la costruzione di: • 125 unità di unità di generazione di energia da fonti rinnovabili sotto forma di installazione di pannelli fotovoltaici, su edifici residenziali nel comune di Harasiuki con una capacità totale di 0,40 MWe• 814 unità di unità di generazione di calore da fonti rinnovabili sotto forma di installazione di collettori solari su edifici residenziali nel comune di Harasiuki con una capacità totale di 3,06 MWt.Il progetto sarà realizzato sulla base della modalità "Design and Build", dal richiedente — Comune di Harasiuki, che garantirà in modo completo la preparazione, l'attuazione e il coordinamento delle attività del progetto. El proyecto general en cuestión tiene por objeto aumentar el uso de fuentes de energía renovables en el municipio de Harasiuki. El objetivo del proyecto propuesto es contrarrestar la marginación energética, social y económica de la zona del municipio, y se logrará mediante la construcción de: • 125 unidades de unidades de generación de energía de RES en forma de instalación de paneles fotovoltaicos, en edificios residenciales en el municipio de Harasiuki con una capacidad total de 0,40 MWe• 814 unidades de unidades de generación de calor de RES en forma de instalación de colectores solares en edificios residenciales en el municipio de Harasiuki con una capacidad total de 3,06 MWt. El proyecto se llevará a cabo sobre la base del modo «Diseño y construcción», por el solicitante — municipio de Harasiuki, que asegurará de forma integral la preparación, ejecución y coordinación de las actividades del proyecto. El solicitante firmará cada vez un contrato con el residente en virtud del cual podrá instalar equipos específicos en el hogar seleccionado. (Spanish)
