Le projet vise à proposer des actions de formation, de conseil et d'accompagnement en vue de permettre l'émergence de nouvelles activités et entreprises s'inscrivant dans l'économie sociale telle que définie dans le décret wallon du 20/11/2008. L’accompagnement s’adresse essentiellement à des stagiaires actifs soit dans des entreprises existantes du secteur de l’économie sociale, soit à des stagiaires actifs dans d’autres entreprises. Il consiste en un coaching de moyenne à longue durée dont l’objectif est d’accroître les capacités des (futurs) gestionnaires d’entreprises d’économie sociale en termes de gestion, de maîtrise des outils et processus de production et de maîtrise des pratiques propres à l’économie sociale. The aim of the project is to propose training, advice and support activities in order to enable the emergence of new activities and enterprises within the social economy as defined in the Walloon Decree of 20/11/2008. The support is mainly aimed at trainees active either in existing enterprises in the social economy sector or trainees active in other enterprises. It consists of medium- to long-term coaching aimed at increasing the capacity of (future) managers of social economy enterprises in terms of management, control of production tools and processes, and control of practices specific to the social economy. Het project heeft tot doel opleiding, advies en ondersteunende activiteiten voor te stellen om het ontstaan van nieuwe activiteiten en ondernemingen binnen de sociale economie mogelijk te maken, zoals gedefinieerd in het Waalse decreet van 20/11/2008. De steun is voornamelijk gericht op stagiairs die actief zijn in bestaande ondernemingen in de sociale economie of stagiairs die actief zijn in andere ondernemingen. Het bestaat uit coaching op middellange tot lange termijn gericht op het vergroten van de capaciteit van (toekomstige) managers van ondernemingen in de sociale economie op het gebied van beheer, controle van productie-instrumenten en -processen, en controle van praktijken die specifiek zijn voor de sociale economie. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Ausbildungs-, Beratungs- und Unterstützungsmaßnahmen vorzuschlagen, um die Entstehung neuer Aktivitäten und Unternehmen innerhalb der Sozialwirtschaft im Sinne des wallonischen Dekrets vom 20.11.2008 zu ermöglichen. Die Förderung richtet sich hauptsächlich an Praktikanten, die entweder in bestehenden Unternehmen der Sozialwirtschaft oder in anderen Unternehmen tätig sind. Es besteht aus mittel- bis langfristigem Coaching, das darauf abzielt, die Kapazitäten von (künftigen) Führungskräften sozialwirtschaftlicher Unternehmen in Bezug auf Management, Kontrolle der Produktionswerkzeuge und -prozesse sowie die Kontrolle spezieller Praktiken der Sozialwirtschaft zu erhöhen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di proporre attività di formazione, consulenza e sostegno per consentire l'emergere di nuove attività e imprese nell'economia sociale, come definito nel decreto vallone del 20/11/2008. Il sostegno è destinato principalmente ai tirocinanti attivi in imprese esistenti nel settore dell'economia sociale o a tirocinanti attivi in altre imprese. Consiste in coaching a medio-lungo termine volto ad aumentare la capacità dei (futuri) manager delle imprese dell'economia sociale in termini di gestione, controllo degli strumenti e dei processi di produzione e controllo delle pratiche specifiche dell'economia sociale.
