le projet vise à permettre aux personnes éloignées de l'emploi de définir un projet professionnel clair, réaliste et réalisable se poursuivant par une (pré)formation qualifiante ou par l’accès à l’emploi. L'action permet aux demandeurs d'emploi d'avoir une connaissance réaliste du métier d'animateur avant de suivre une formation qualifiante dans ce domaine. L'action vise l'acquisition de compétences spécifiques dans le cadre d'une formation théorique, venant en appui de la formation pratique dispensée sur chantier pédagogique de la Mission Locale de Molenbeek. het doel van het project is om mensen die geen baan hebben, in staat te stellen een duidelijk, realistisch en haalbaar beroepsproject te definiëren dat doorgaat met (pre)kwalificatietraining of toegang tot werk. De actie stelt werkzoekenden in staat om een realistische kennis te hebben van de rol van facilitator alvorens een gekwalificeerde opleiding op dit gebied te volgen. Het doel van de actie is het verwerven van specifieke vaardigheden in het kader van de theoretische opleiding, ter ondersteuning van de praktische opleiding op het terrein van de lokale missie Molenbeek. Die Maßnahme ermöglicht es Arbeitssuchenden, vor einer qualifizierenden Ausbildung in diesem Bereich realistische Kenntnisse über die Rolle des Vermittlers zu erlangen. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, spezifische Kompetenzen im Rahmen der theoretischen Ausbildung zur Unterstützung der praktischen Ausbildung auf dem Gelände der lokalen Mission Molenbeek zu erwerben.
