Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Przygotowanie PFU 2. Przebudowę istniejącego zabytkowego budynku usługowo-biurowego (kamienicy) zlokalizowanego w Opolu przy ul. Damrota 1 / Krakowskiej 49 ujętego w rejestrze zabytków woj. opolskiego pod numerem 188/2012. Zadanie poza pracami budowlanymi i instalacyjnymi obejmuje również zakup niezbędnego z punktu widzenia prawidłowej realizacji projektu wyposażenia obiektu (sprzęt, umeblowanie); 3. Rewitalizację ulicy Krakowskiej /od Placu Wolności do ulicy Damrota oraz skweru przy ulicy Damrota w raz z przygotowaniem dokumentacji i nadzorem autorskim 4. Nadzór inwestorski i autorski dot. kamienicy 5. Nadzór inwestorski (skwer i ul. Krakowska) 6. Promocja projektu 7. Przeprowadzenie kampanii świadomościowej w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej i partycypacji obywatelskiej. W kosztach projektu ujęto również koszty pośrednie oraz wkład rzeczowy w postaci nieruchomości. Planowane wskaźniki produktu: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 szt. Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 szt. Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach: 1 szt. Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją: 0,93 ha. Ludność mieszkająca na obszarach objętych zintegrowanymi strategiami rozwoju obszarów miejskich: 22.000 osoby. Otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich: 8976,40 m2. The scope of the project includes: 1. Preparation of PFU 2. Reconstruction of the existing historic office and service building (a stone house) located in Opole on ul. Damrota 1/Krakowska 49 listed in the Register of Monuments of the Opole Voivodeship under the number 188/2012. The task, in addition to construction and installation works, also includes the purchase of the necessary equipment (equipment, furnishings) necessary for the proper execution of the project; 3. Revitalisation of Krakowska street/from Freedom Square to Damrota Street and the square at Damrota Street in time with preparation of documentation and copyright supervision 4. Investor and original supervision of the tenement house 5. Investor supervision (Skwer and St. Kraków) 6. Promotion of the project 7. Carrying out awareness campaigns on social activation and civic participation. Indirect costs and in-kind contributions in the form of real estate are also included in the project’s costs. Planned output indicators: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities: 1 pcs Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities: 1 pcs Number of infrastructure facilities supported in revitalised areas: 1 pcs Area of revitalisation areas: 0.93 ha. Der Anwendungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: 1. Vorbereitung von PFU 2. Umbau eines bestehenden historischen Service- und Bürogebäudes (Steinhaus) in Opole bei ul. Damrota 1/Krakowska 49, eingetragen in das Denkmalregister der Woiwodschaft Opolskie unter der Nummer 188/2012. Neben den Bau- und Installationsarbeiten umfasst die Aufgabe auch den Kauf der für die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Projekts erforderlichen Ausrüstung (Ausrüstung, Möbel); 3. Revitalisierung der Krakauer Straße/von Plac Wolności zur Damrota Straße und dem Platz in der Damrota Straße rechtzeitig mit der Vorbereitung der Dokumentation und Überwachung der Autoren 4. Anlegeraufsicht und autoritäre Aufsicht über das Miethaus 5. Anlegeraufsicht (Quadrat und ul. Krakauska) 6. Förderung von Projekt 7. Durchführung einer Sensibilisierungskampagne für soziale Aktivierung und Bürgerbeteiligung. Indirekte Kosten und Sachleistungen in Form von Immobilien sind ebenfalls in den Projektkosten enthalten.
