Uczestnikami projektu są wyłącznie osoby powyżej 29 roku życia pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowane w PUP, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiety, b) osoby niepełnosprawne, c) osoby po 50 roku życia, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osoby posiadające co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migranci powrotni i imigranci. Dopuszcza się udział osób, które nie zostały ujęte w pkt a) - g), przy czym nie mogą one stanowić więcej niż 10% wszystkich uczestników projektu. Zgodnie z planem udział w projekcie zakończy 130 osób (72K, 58M) W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników, przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada na zakończenie jego realizacji osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej, informującego o odsetku uczestników, którzy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie podjęli zatrudnienie na poziomie: - dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - co najmniej 43%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – co najmniej 40%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 20%, - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej -co najmniej 36%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 38%. The participants of the project are only persons over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered in the PUP, qualified to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including in particular persons in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: women, (b) disabled persons, (c) persons over 50 years of age, (d) long-term unemployed, e) low-skilled persons, (f) persons with at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one disabled child under the age of 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. The participation of persons who are not included in points (a) to (g) shall be allowed, but may not represent more than 10 % of all participants in the project. According to the plan, participation in the project will be completed by 130 people (72K, 58M) As part of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project assumes, at the end of its implementation, the achievement of the employment efficiency index, informing about the percentage of participants who after the completion of their participation in the project took up employment at the level of: — for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, – for the long-term unemployed – at least 40 %, – for disabled persons – at least 20 %, – for persons aged 50 and over – at least 36 %, for low-skilled persons – at least 38 %. Les participants au projet ne sont que les personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi inscrites à l’OLP, qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (c’est-à-dire au profil d’aide II (appelé «demande d’aide») au sens de l’article 33 de la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, en particulier les personnes en situation de vulnérabilité particulière sur le marché du travail, à savoir: les femmes, b) les personnes handicapées, c) les personnes de plus de 50 ans, d) les chômeurs de longue durée, e) les personnes peu qualifiées, f) les personnes ayant au moins un enfant de moins de 6 ans ou au moins un enfant handicapé jusqu’à l’âge de 18 ans, g) les migrants de retour et les immigrants. La participation de personnes qui ne sont pas couvertes par les points a) à g) est autorisée, mais ne peut représenter plus de 10 % de l’ensemble des participants au projet. Selon le plan, la participation au projet sera complétée par 130 personnes (72K, 58M) Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. À la fin de sa mise en œuvre, le projet suppose la réalisation d’un indicateur de performance en matière d’emploi, en informant sur le pourcentage de participants qui, après la fin de leur participation au projet, ont pris un emploi au niveau de: pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles suivants, au moins 43 % pour les chômeurs de longue durée, au moins 40 % pour les personnes handicapées, au moins 20 % pour les personnes handicapées, au moins 36 % pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, au moins 38 % pour les personnes peu qualifiées. Teilnehmer des Projekts sind nur Personen über 29 Jahre alt, die im PLO registriert sind und für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Beihilfeprofil II (sogenannte Unterstützungsbedürftigkeit) im Sinne von Artikel 33 des Gesetzes vom 20. April 2004 über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen, insbesondere Personen in einer besonders gefährdeten Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, in Betracht kommen, d. h.: Frauen, b) Behinderte, c) Personen über 50 Jahre, d) Langzeitarbeitslose, e) Geringqualifizierte, f) Personen mit mindestens einem Kind unter 6 Jahren oder mindestens einem behinderten Kind bis zum 18. Lebensjahr, g) Migranten und Zuwanderer zurück. Die Teilnahme von Personen, die nicht unter die Buchstaben a bis g fallen, dürfen jedoch nicht mehr als 10 % aller Projektteilnehmer ausmachen. Nach dem Plan wird die Teilnahme am Projekt von 130 Personen (72K, 58M) Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung durch eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Am Ende seiner Durchführung geht das Projekt von der Erreichung eines Indikators für die Beschäftigungsleistung aus und informiert über den Prozentsatz der Teilnehmer, die nach Ende ihrer Projektteilnahme eine Beschäftigung auf folgender Ebene aufgenommen haben: für Teilnehmer, die nicht für eine der folgenden Zielgruppen in Frage kommen, mindestens 43 % für Langzeitarbeitslose, mindestens 40 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen, mindestens 20 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen, mindestens 36 % für Personen ab 50 Jahren, mindestens 38 % für Geringqualifizierte. De deelnemers aan het project zijn alleen personen ouder dan 29 jaar die werkloos zijn ingeschreven in de PLO, die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde steunplichtig) in de zin van artikel 33 van de wet van 20 april 2004 betreffende de bevordering van werkgelegenheids- en arbeidsmarktinstellingen, met name personen in een bijzonder kwetsbare situatie op de arbeidsmarkt, d.w.z.: vrouwen, b) gehandicapten, c) personen ouder dan 50 jaar, d) langdurig werklozen, e) laaggeschoolden, f) personen met ten minste één kind jonger dan 6 jaar of ten minste één gehandicapt kind tot 18 jaar, g) terugkeermigranten en immigranten. Deelname van personen die niet onder de punten a) tot en met g) vallen, is toegestaan, maar mag niet meer dan 10 % van alle deelnemers aan het project vertegenwoordigen. Volgens het plan zal deelname aan het project worden voltooid door 130 personen (72K, 58M) Als onderdeel van het project zal voor elke deelnemer de presentatie van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering worden voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. Aan het einde van de uitvoering ervan gaat het project uit van het bereiken van een werkgelegenheidsprestatie-indicator, waarbij wordt meegedeeld welk percentage deelnemers na afloop van hun deelname aan het project in dienst is getreden op het niveau van: voor deelnemers die niet in aanmerking komen voor een van de volgende doelgroepen, ten minste 43 % voor langdurig werklozen, ten minste 40 % voor personen met een handicap, ten minste 20 % voor mensen met een handicap, ten minste 36 % voor mensen van 50 jaar en ouder, ten minste 38 % voor laaggeschoolden. I partecipanti al progetto sono solo le persone di età superiore ai 29 anni che sono disoccupate iscritte all'OLP, che sono ammissibili al profilo di aiuto I (cosiddetto disoccupato attivo) o al profilo di aiuto II (cosiddetto bisogno di sostegno) ai sensi dell'articolo 33 della legge del 20 aprile 2004 sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro, in particolare le persone che si trovano in una situazione particolarmente vulnerabile sul mercato del lavoro, ossia: donne, b) disabili, c) persone di età superiore a 50 anni, d) disoccupati di lunga durata, e) scarsamente qualificate, f) persone con almeno un figlio di età inferiore a 6 anni o almeno un bambino con disabilità fino a 18 anni, g) rimpatriati e immigrati. È consentita la partecipazione di persone non contemplate dalle lettere da a) a g), ma non può rappresentare più del 10 % di tutti i partecipanti al progetto. Secondo il piano, la partecipazione al progetto sarà completata da 130 persone (72K, 58M) Nell'ambito del progetto, per ogni partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, della predisposizione e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'OLP effettuerà servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro adeguatamente selezionati di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. Los participantes en el proyecto son únicamente las personas mayores de 29 años que están inscritos en la OLP, que pueden optar al perfil de ayuda I (denominados desempleados activos) o al perfil de ayuda II (denominados «necesidades de apoyo») en el sentido del artículo 33 de la Ley de 20 de abril de 2004 sobre la promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado de trabajo, en particular las personas que se encuentran en una situación especialmente vulnerable en el mercado laboral, es decir: mujeres, b) personas con discapacidad, c) personas mayores de 50 años, d) desempleados de larga duración, e) personas poco cualificadas, f) personas con al menos un hijo menor de 6 años o al menos un niño discapacitado hasta los 18 años, g) retorno de migrantes e inmigrantes. Se permite la participación de personas no incluidas en las letras a) a g), pero no podrá representar más del 10 % de todos los participantes en el proyecto. Según el plan, la participación en el proyecto será completada por 130 personas (72K, 58M) Como parte del proyecto, para cada participante, la presentación de una oferta específica de activación profesional será precedida por un análisis de las habilidades, predisposición y problemas profesionales del participante. Sobre esta base, la OLP llevará a cabo servicios e instrumentos del mercado de trabajo debidamente seleccionados a los que se hace referencia en la Ley de promoción del empleo y las instituciones del mercado laboral.
