Wnioskowany projekt swoim zakresem obejmie przebudowę drogi powiatowej 1632 O na odcinku Biała Nyska-Kałków prowadzącej bezpośrednio do granicy polsko-czeskiej oraz dróg gminnych nr 106970 O w części ul. Krakowskiej oraz nr 106974 O w ul. Kolejowej w Otmuchowie, prowadzących bezpośrednio do obszarów przeznaczonych do utworzenia na nich terenów inwestycyjnych. W ramach prac zaplanowanych dla przebudowy drogi powiatowej 1632 O planuje się: przebudowę jezdni, uzupełnienie chodników, budowę parkingów, budowę ciągu pieszo-rowerowego, rozbudowę oświetlenia, remont mostów i przepustów, przebudowę zatok i skrzyżowań, zjazdów, przebudowę i budowę rowów odwadniających, przebudowę organizacji ruchu i infrastruktury kolidującej, wycinkę i nasadzenia drzew. Z kolei przebudowa dróg gminnych 106970 O i 106974 O obejmie: przebudowę jezdni i chodników, budowę parkingów, budowę ciągu pieszo-rowerowego, przebudowę zjazdów, budowę i przebudowę oświetlenia, przebudowę kanalizacji deszczowej, wycinkę drzew, wprowadzenia oznakowania pionowego i poziomego. Wnioskowany projekt, ze względu na szeroki zakres przebudowy dróg, przyczyni się do znaczącej poprawy warunków transportowych, stopnia bezpieczeństwa ich użytkowania oraz płynności ruchu. Wskazane zmiany w powiązaniu z faktem powiązania dróg z kluczowymi obszarami regionu, przełoży się na umożliwienie jego rozwoju gospodarczego. W ramach inwestycji planuje się osiągnąć następujące produkty: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 2 szt.; Długość przebudowanych dróg powiatowych – 9,67 km; Długość przebudowanych dróg gminnych – 1,75 km; Liczba projektów w zakresie poprawy bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu drogowego, kolejowego, morskiego i śródlądowego – 1 szt. The proposed project will include the reconstruction of the district road 1632 O on the section Biała Nyska-Kałków leading directly to the Polish-Czech border and municipal roads No. 106970 O in part of ul. Krakowska and No. 106974 O in ul. The railway station in Otmuchów, which leads directly to the areas intended for the creation of investment areas. As part of the work planned for the reconstruction of the district road 1632 O is planned: reconstruction of roadways, completion of pavements, construction of parking lots, construction of walking-bike lines, extension of lighting, renovation of bridges and culverts, reconstruction of bays and intersections, exits, reconstruction and construction of drainage ditches, reconstruction of traffic organisation and infrastructure, logging and planting of trees. The reconstruction of communal roads 106970 O and 106974 O will include: reconstruction of roads and sidewalks, construction of car parks, construction of foot-bike lines, reconstruction of downhills, construction and reconstruction of lighting, reconstruction of rainwater drainage, logging, introduction of vertical and horizontal marking. The proposed project, due to the wide range of road reconstruction, will significantly improve transport conditions, the degree of safety of their use and the flow of traffic. These changes linked to the link between roads and key areas of the region will translate into enabling its economic development. The investment plans to achieve the following products: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – 2 pieces; Length of reconstructed district roads – 9,67 km; Length of reconstructed municipal roads – 1,75 km; Number of projects to improve the safety of road, rail, maritime and inland waterway participants – 1 pieces. Le projet proposé couvrira la reconstruction de la route de district 1632 O sur le tronçon Biała Nyska-Kałków menant directement à la frontière entre la Pologne et la République tchèque et aux routes municipales no 106970 O dans une partie de ul. Krakowska et No 106974 O in ul. Chemin de fer à Otmuchów, menant directement aux zones désignées pour la création de sites d’investissement. Dans le cadre des travaux prévus pour la reconstruction de la route de district 1632 O, il est prévu: reconstruction des chaussées, achèvement des trottoirs, construction de parkings, construction d’une piste piétonne-vélo, extension de l’éclairage, rénovation des ponts et ponceaux, reconstruction des baies et des intersections, sorties, reconstruction et construction de fossés de drainage, reconstruction de l’organisation de la circulation et des infrastructures de collision, abattage et plantation d’arbres. Im Rahmen der geplanten Bauarbeiten für den Wiederaufbau der Kreisstraße 1632 O ist geplant, Rekonstruktion von Fahrbahnen, Fertigstellung von Gehwegen, Bau von Parkplätzen, Bau einer Fußgänger-Fahrradbahn, Erweiterung der Beleuchtung, Renovierung von Brücken und Krätzen, Rekonstruktion von Buchten und Kreuzungen, Ausgänge, Wiederaufbau und Bau von Entwässerungsgräben, Wiederaufbau der Verkehrsorganisation und Kollisionsinfrastruktur, Fällung und Pflanzung von Bäumen. Het voorgestelde project zal betrekking hebben op de wederopbouw van districtsweg 1632 O op het traject Biała Nyska-Kałków dat rechtstreeks naar de Pools-Tsjechische grens leidt en gemeentelijke wegen nr. 106970 O in een deel van ul. Krakowska en nr. 106974 O in ul. Spoorweg in Otmuchów, die rechtstreeks leidt naar de gebieden die zijn aangewezen voor de oprichting van investeringslocaties. Il progetto proposto riguarderà la ricostruzione della strada distrettuale 1632 O sul tratto Biała Nyska-Kałków che conduce direttamente al confine polacco-ceco e alle strade municipali n. 106970 O in parte dell'ul. Cracovia e No. 106974 O in ul. Ferrovia a Otmuchów, che conduce direttamente alle aree designate per la creazione di siti di investimento. Nell'ambito dei lavori previsti per la ricostruzione della strada distrettuale 1632 O, si prevede di: ricostruzione di carreggiate, completamento di marciapiedi, costruzione di parcheggi, costruzione di una pista pedonale-bicicletta, ampliamento dell'illuminazione, ristrutturazione di ponti e culverti, ricostruzione di baie e intersezioni, uscite, ricostruzione e costruzione di fossati di drenaggio, ricostruzione dell'organizzazione del traffico e delle infrastrutture di collisione, abbattimento e piantagione di alberi. A sua volta, la ricostruzione delle strade comunali 106970 O e 106974 O comprenderà: ricostruzione di carreggiate e marciapiedi, costruzione di parcheggi, costruzione di una pista pedonale-bike, ricostruzione delle uscite, costruzione e ricostruzione dell'illuminazione, ricostruzione del sistema di drenaggio delle piogge, abbattimento degli alberi, introduzione di marcature verticali e orizzontali.
