Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w miejscowości Wysoka na terenie Gminy Branice. ZAKRES RZECZOWY Do zakresu rzeczowego wchodzą: 1. Roboty budowlane obejmujące modernizację budynku po starej kotłowni wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu pod utworzenie PSZOK. 2. Inspektor nadzoru 3. Promocja projektu W obecnym stanie Gmina Branice nie posiada własnego PSZOK. Wzrastająca z roku na rok wytwarza przez mieszkańców liczba odpadów odbierana jest przez wyłonione w drodze przetargów przedsiębiorstwa, które dostarczają odpady na teren innej gminy. W związku z powyższym powstały liczne niedogodności dla mieszkańców gminy, którzy nie wiedzą co zrobić z nietypowymi odpadami. Projekt przewiduje modernizacje budynku po starej kotłowni wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu pod utworzenie PSZOK na działce o nr ew. 35/5 obręb ew. 0019 Wysoka. Inwestycja jest ujęta w Planie Gospodarki Odpadami dla Województwa Opolskiego na lata 2016-2022 z uwzględnieniem lat 2023-2028, co opisano w pkt. I.1.1 SW. The object of the project is the construction of the Municipal Waste Collection Point in the village of Wysoka in the municipality of Branice. Material scope The following shall be included in the material scope: 1. Construction works including modernisation of the building after the old boiler room together with the development of the site for the creation of PSZOK. 2. Supervising inspector 3. Promotion of the project In the present state Branice Municipality does not have its own PSZOK. The increasing number of waste from year to year by residents is collected by the companies selected by tenders, which deliver waste to the territory of another municipality. As a result, many inconveniences have arisen for residents of the municipality who do not know what to do with unusual waste. The project envisages modernisation of the building after the old boiler room with the development of the site for the creation of PSZOK on the plot no. 35/5 of the area or 0019 High. The investment is included in the Waste Management Plan for the Opolskie Voivodship for the years 2016-2022 taking into account the years 2023-2028, as described in point. I.1.1 SW. L’objet du projet est la construction du point de règlement des déchets municipaux dans la municipalité de High dans la municipalité de Branice. Champ d’application matériel Le champ d’application matériel comprend: 1. Travaux de construction impliquant la modernisation du bâtiment après l’ancienne chaufferie et le développement de la zone pour la création de PSZOK. 2. Inspecteur de surveillance 3. Promotion du projet Dans l’état actuel de la municipalité de Branice n’a pas son propre PSZOK. Le nombre croissant de déchets produits par les résidents d’une année à l’autre est collecté par les entreprises sélectionnées dans le cadre d’appels d’offres qui livrent les déchets à une autre municipalité. En conséquence, de nombreux inconvénients ont surgi pour les résidents de la municipalité qui ne savent pas quoi faire de déchets inhabituels. Le projet prévoit la modernisation du bâtiment après l’ancienne chaufferie ainsi que le développement de la zone pour la création de PSZOK sur le terrain no 35/5 ou 0019 High. L’investissement est inclus dans le plan de gestion des déchets de la voïvodie d’Opolskie pour les années 2016-2022, compte tenu des années 2023-2028, comme décrit au point. I.1.1 SW. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau des kommunalen Abfallbeseitigungspunktes in der Gemeinde High in der Gemeinde Branice. Materialumfang Der Materialumfang umfasst: 1. Bauarbeiten zur Modernisierung des Gebäudes nach dem alten Kesselraum und der Erschließung des Areals zur Errichtung von PSZOK. 2. Aufsichtsinspektor 3. Förderung des Projekts Im aktuellen Zustand der Gemeinde Branice hat keine eigene PSZOK. Die zunehmende Zahl der von den Bewohnern von Jahr zu Jahr anfallenden Abfälle wird von den im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen ausgewählten Unternehmen gesammelt, die den Abfall an eine andere Gemeinde liefern. Infolgedessen sind zahlreiche Unannehmlichkeiten für Bewohner der Gemeinde entstanden, die nicht wissen, was mit ungewöhnlichen Abfällen zu tun ist. Das Projekt sieht die Modernisierung des Gebäudes nach dem alten Kesselraum sowie die Erschließung des Areals zur Errichtung von PSZOK auf dem Grundstück Nr. 35/5 oder 0019 High vor. Die Investition ist im Abfallbewirtschaftungsplan für die Woiwodschaft Opolskie für die Jahre 2016-2022 unter Berücksichtigung der Jahre 2023-2028, wie in Absatz beschrieben, enthalten. I.1.1 SW. Het doel van het project is de bouw van het Gemeentelijk Afvalpunt in de gemeente High in de gemeente Branice. Materieel toepassingsgebied Het materiële toepassingsgebied omvat: 1. Bouwwerkzaamheden in verband met de modernisering van het gebouw na de oude ketelruimte en de ontwikkeling van het gebied voor de oprichting van PSZOK. 2. Toezichthoudende inspecteur 3. Promotie van het project In de huidige staat van de gemeente Branice heeft geen eigen PSZOK. Het toenemende aantal afval dat door ingezetenen van jaar tot jaar wordt geproduceerd, wordt verzameld door de via aanbestedingen geselecteerde bedrijven die het afval naar een andere gemeente brengen. Als gevolg daarvan zijn er tal van ongemakken ontstaan voor inwoners van de gemeente die niet weten wat te doen met ongewoon afval. Het project beoogt de modernisering van het gebouw na de oude ketelruimte, samen met de ontwikkeling van het gebied voor de oprichting van PSZOK op perceel nr. 35/5 gebied of 0019 High. De investering is opgenomen in het afvalbeheerplan voor het woiwodschap Opolskie voor de jaren 2016-2022, rekening houdend met de jaren 2023-2028, zoals beschreven in paragraaf. I.1.1 SW. L'oggetto del progetto è la costruzione del punto comunale di liquidazione dei rifiuti nel comune di High nel comune di Branice. Ambito materiale L'ambito materiale comprende: 1. Lavori di costruzione che comportano l'ammodernamento dell'edificio dopo il vecchio locale caldaia e lo sviluppo dell'area per la creazione del PSZOK. 2. Ispettore di vigilanza 3. Promozione del progetto Nell'attuale stato del Comune di Branice non dispone di un proprio PSZOK. Il numero crescente di rifiuti prodotti dai residenti di anno in anno è raccolto dalle imprese selezionate mediante gare d'appalto, che consegnano i rifiuti ad un altro comune. Di conseguenza, sono sorti numerosi disagi per i residenti del comune che non sanno cosa fare con rifiuti insoliti. Il progetto prevede l'ammodernamento dell'edificio dopo il vecchio locale caldaia insieme allo sviluppo dell'area per la creazione del PSZOK sul terreno n. 35/5 area o 0019 High. L'investimento è incluso nel piano di gestione dei rifiuti per il voivodato dell'Opolskie per gli anni 2016-2022, tenendo conto degli anni 2023-2028, come descritto al paragrafo. I.1.1 SW. El objeto del proyecto es la construcción del Punto Municipal de Residuos en el municipio de Alta, en el municipio de Branice. Ámbito de aplicación material El ámbito de aplicación del material incluye: 1. Obras de construcción que implican la modernización del edificio después de la antigua sala de calderas y el desarrollo de la zona para la creación de PSZOK. 2. Inspector supervisor 3. Promoción del proyecto En el estado actual del municipio de Branice no tiene su propio PSZOK. El creciente número de residuos generados por los residentes de año en año es recogido por las empresas seleccionadas a través de licitaciones, que entregan los residuos a otro municipio. Como resultado, han surgido numerosos inconvenientes para los residentes del municipio que no saben qué hacer con los residuos inusuales. El proyecto prevé la modernización del edificio después de la antigua sala de calderas junto con el desarrollo de la zona para la creación de PSZOK en la parcela n.º 35/5 o 0019 Alto. La inversión se incluye en el Plan de Gestión de Residuos del Voivodato de Opolskie para los años 2016-2022, teniendo en cuenta los años 2023-2028, tal como se describe en el apartado. I.1.1 SW.
