Przedmiotem projektu jest w wprowadzenie e-usług w ochronie zdrowia z wykorzystaniem Wspólnej Platformy Informacyjnej (WPI). W ramach projektu wdrożone zostanie odpowiednie oprogramowanie oraz zakupiony zostanie niezbędny sprzęt, który umożliwi świadczenie e-usług oraz zapewnienie elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów. Beneficjentami są: -Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Białej -Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej ZOZ w Głuchołazach -Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu -Opolskie Centrum Rehabilitacji w Korfantowie -Centrum Terapii Nerwic w Mosznej Sp. z o.o. -Zespół Szkół Medycznych w Brzegu. W ramach prac zostanie zakupiona i zainstalowana u wszystkich partnerów infrastruktura informatyczna umożliwiająca realizację przedsięwzięcia. Na infrastrukturę złożą się przede wszystkim: prace w obrębie serwerowni w siedzibach wybranych Partnerów, wykonanie sieci w Szkole Medycznej w Brzegu, zakup niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i peryferyjnego. Ponadto zakupione zostanie oprogramowanie. Oprócz systemu EDM i e-usług, przewidziane są systemy obsługujące środowisko pracy systemu EDM (bazy danych, wirtualizacja), czy zwiększające bezpieczeństwo. Oddzielny element stanowi integracja dwustronna z platformą informatyczną zwaną Wspólną Platformą Informatyczną –skrót WPI (dedykowane konfiguracje Avatara), uwzględniająca specyfikę danego Beneficjenta. W ramach projektu planowane są też szkolenia. Wskaźniki: Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 4: 34 Liczba udostępnionych usług wewnątrzadministrac. L’objet du projet est l’introduction de services en ligne dans les soins de santé au moyen de la plateforme commune d’information (WPI). Le projet mettra en œuvre les logiciels appropriés et achètera l’équipement nécessaire pour permettre la fourniture de services électroniques et la circulation électronique des documents. Les bénéficiaires sont: —Équipe de soins de santé à Biała — Service de santé publique autonome ZOZ à Głuchołazy — Équipe de soins de santé publique autonome à Kędzierzyn-Koźle — Centre de réadaptation Opolskie à Korfantów — Centre de thérapie de Nerw à Moszna Sp. z o.o. — Écoles de médecine à Brzeg. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Einführung elektronischer Dienste im Gesundheitswesen unter Nutzung der Gemeinsamen Informationsplattform (WPI). Das Projekt wird eine geeignete Software implementieren und die erforderlichen Geräte erwerben, um die Bereitstellung von elektronischen Diensten und den elektronischen Dokumentenverkehr zu ermöglichen. Die Begünstigten sind: —Health Care Team in Biała – Selbstständige öffentliche Gesundheitsabteilung ZOZ in Głuchołazy – Selbstständiges Gesundheitsteam in Kędzierzyn-Koźle -Opolskie Zentrum für Rehabilitation in Korfantów – Zentrum für Therapie von Nerwic in Moszna Sp. z o.o. – Medizinische Schulen in Brzeg. Im Rahmen der Arbeiten wird die IT-Infrastruktur für die Durchführung des Projekts von allen Partnern erworben und installiert. Die Infrastruktur wird in erster Linie Folgendes umfassen: arbeitet im Serverraum am Hauptsitz ausgewählter Partner, Implementierung des Netzwerks an der Medizinischen Schule in Brzeg, Kauf der notwendigen IT- und Peripheriegeräte. Darüber hinaus wird die Software gekauft. Neben dem EDM-System und E-Services gibt es Systeme, die die Arbeitsumgebung des EDM-Systems (Datenbanken, Virtualisierung) unterstützen oder die Sicherheit erhöhen. Ein separates Element ist eine zweiseitige Integration mit einer IT-Plattform namens Common Information Platform – abgekürzt WPI (dedizierte Avatarkonfigurationen) unter Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten des Begünstigten. Die Ausbildung ist auch im Rahmen des Projekts geplant. Indikatoren: Anzahl der Online-öffentlichen Dienste mit Laufzeitniveau 4: 34 Anzahl der erbrachten Dienstleistungen innerhalb des Verwaltungspersonals. Het onderwerp van het project is de invoering van e-diensten in de gezondheidszorg met behulp van het gemeenschappelijk informatieplatform (WPI). Het project zal passende software implementeren en de nodige apparatuur aanschaffen om e-diensten en elektronische documentcirculatie mogelijk te maken. Als onderdeel van de werkzaamheden zal de IT-infrastructuur voor de uitvoering van het project bij alle partners worden aangekocht en geïnstalleerd. De infrastructuur zal in de eerste plaats bestaan uit: werkt in de serverruimte op het hoofdkantoor van geselecteerde partners, implementatie van het netwerk aan de Medische School in Brzeg, aankoop van de nodige IT en randapparatuur. Daarnaast zal de software worden gekocht. Naast het EDM-systeem en e-services zijn er systemen die de werkomgeving van het EDM-systeem (databases, virtualisatie) ondersteunen of de veiligheid vergroten. Een afzonderlijk element is een tweezijdige integratie met een IT-platform genaamd het Common Information Platform — afgekort WPI (specifieke Avatar-configuraties), rekening houdend met de specifieke kenmerken van de begunstigde. L'oggetto del progetto è l'introduzione di servizi elettronici nell'assistenza sanitaria utilizzando la piattaforma comune d'informazione (WPI). Il progetto metterà in atto un software adeguato e acquisterà le attrezzature necessarie per consentire la fornitura di servizi elettronici e la circolazione dei documenti elettronici. I beneficiari sono: —Gruppo di assistenza sanitaria a Biała — Dipartimento di sanità pubblica auto-responsabile ZOZ a Głuchołazy — Team di assistenza sanitaria pubblica autosufficiente a Kędzierzyn-Koźle — Centro di riabilitazione a Korfantów — Centro di terapia di Nerwic a Moszna Sp. z o.o. — Scuole mediche a Brzeg. El proyecto pondrá en marcha programas informáticos adecuados y adquirirá el equipo necesario para permitir la prestación de servicios electrónicos y la circulación electrónica de documentos.
