Het project heeft tot doel de begunstigden van de OCMW-leden van de vereniging individuele en/of collectieve steun te bieden aan en in dienst te nemen. De steun moet de begunstigden in staat stellen om met de begunstigden alle instrumenten voor het zoeken naar werk te bespreken (CV, begeleidende brief, werkgelegenheidssteun, zoeken naar aanbiedingen, spontane sollicitaties, follow-up en herstart van sollicitaties, voorbereiding van het sollicitatiegesprek, enz.).
