Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie jednej e-usługi dostępnej w formie platformy SaaS, przeznaczonej dla przedsiębiorców z branży dietetycznej oraz dla Wnioskodawcy. Platforma ma na celu wspomagania współpracy przedsiębiorców w ramach jednej marki, dostarcza im narzędzi wspierających pracę dietetyka. Platforma wspiera procesy Wnioskodawcy w zakresie automatyzacji procesów obsługi współpracujących przedsiębiorców w obszarze finanse, księgowość, sprzedaż i marketing oraz automatyzuje procesy obsługi klienta końcowego w zakresie produkcji / świadczenia usługi tworzenia planu dietetycznego - który jest produktem końcowym obsługi takiego klienta. Do podstawowych funkcjonalności systemu będą należeć: wspomagane komputerowo tworzenie planów dietetycznych, zarządzanie bazą składników i posiłków, automatyczne wystawianie dokumentów sprzedażowych użytkownikom korzystającym z usługi dokumenty będą wykorzystywały ustandaryzowany format danych EDI, wspieranie procesu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem poprzez dostarczenie wskaźników ( Business Intelligence ), wspieranie procesu rozliczania faktur sprzedażowych, wspieranie procesu marketingowego tzw. lejka sprzedaży ( konwersja użytkownika testowego na użytkownika platformy ) Platforma będzie umieszczona w chmurze obliczeniowej, zapewni dostęp mobilny oraz będzie udostępniać otwarte API do dalszych integracji (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of a single e-service available in the form of a SaaS platform, intended for entrepreneurs from the diet industry and for the Applicant. The platform is aimed at supporting the cooperation of entrepreneurs within a single brand, providing them with tools supporting the work of a nutritionist. The platform supports processes Applicants in the field of automation of service processes of cooperating entrepreneurs in the field of finance, accounting, sales and marketing and automates the final customer service processes in the field of production/provision of dietary plan – which is the final product of such client’s service. The basic functionality of the system will include: computer-assisted development of dietary plans, management of ingredients and meals database, automatic issuing of sales documents to users of the service will use standardised EDI data format, support the management process of the enterprise by providing indicators (Business Intelligence), support the process of accounting for sales invoices, support the marketing process of so-called “sale funnel” (conversion of test user to platform user) The platform will be located in cloud computing, will provide mobile access and will provide open APIs for further integration (English)

Le projet aura pour objet l’achat et la mise en œuvre d’un service électronique unique, disponible sous la forme d’une plateforme SaaS, destiné aux entrepreneurs du secteur de l’alimentation et à la requérante. La plateforme vise à soutenir la coopération des entrepreneurs au sein d’une marque unique, leur fournit des outils pour soutenir le travail d’un nutritionniste. La plateforme soutient les processus de la requérante dans le domaine de l’automatisation des processus de services des entrepreneurs coopérants dans le domaine de la finance, de la comptabilité, des ventes et de la commercialisation, et automatise les processus de service aux utilisateurs finaux dans le domaine de la production/fourniture d’un service de création de plans alimentaires — qui est le produit final de ce service à la clientèle. Les fonctionnalités de base du système comprendront: les plans alimentaires assistés par ordinateur, la gestion de la base de données des ingrédients et des repas, la délivrance automatique de documents de vente aux utilisateurs utilisant le service utiliseront un format de données EDI standardisé, soutiendra le processus de gestion des affaires en fournissant des indicateurs (Business Intelligence), soutiendra le processus de compensation des factures de vente, soutiendra le processus de commercialisation de l’entonnoir de vente (conversion de l’utilisateur test en plateforme utilisateur) La plateforme sera placée dans l’informatique en nuage, fournir un accès mobile et fournir des API ouvertes pour une intégration ultérieure (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Implementierung eines einzigen elektronischen Dienstes, der in Form einer SaaS-Plattform für Unternehmer in der Ernährungsindustrie und für den Antragsteller zur Verfügung steht. Die Plattform zielt darauf ab, die Zusammenarbeit von Unternehmern innerhalb einer einzigen Marke zu unterstützen und ihnen Werkzeuge zur Unterstützung der Arbeit eines Ernährungsberaters zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Plattform unterstützt die Prozesse des Antragstellers auf dem Gebiet der Automatisierung der Serviceprozesse von kooperierenden Unternehmern im Bereich Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Vertrieb und Marketing und automatisiert die Prozesse des Endbenutzerservices im Bereich der Produktion/Bereitstellung von Ernährungsplanerstellungsservice – das ist das Endprodukt eines solchen Kundenservices. Die grundlegenden Funktionen des Systems umfassen: computergestützte Ernährungspläne, Verwaltung der Zutaten- und Verpflegungsdatenbank, automatische Ausgabe von Verkaufsbelegen an Nutzer, die den Dienst nutzen, verwenden standardisiertes EDI-Datenformat, unterstützen den Geschäftsmanagementprozess durch die Bereitstellung von Indikatoren (Business Intelligence), unterstützen den Prozess der Abrechnung von Verkaufsrechnungen, unterstützen den Marketingprozess des sogenannten Verkaufstrichters (Umwandlung des Testbenutzers auf die Nutzerplattform) Die Plattform wird in das Cloud-Computing platziert, den mobilen Zugriff bereitstellen und offene APIs für weitere Integration bereitstellen. Het voorwerp van het project is de aankoop en uitvoering van één enkele e-dienst die beschikbaar is in de vorm van een SaaS-platform, bestemd voor ondernemers in de voedingsindustrie en voor de aanvrager. Het platform is bedoeld om de samenwerking van ondernemers binnen één merk te ondersteunen en biedt hen tools om het werk van een voedingsdeskundige te ondersteunen. Het platform ondersteunt de processen van de aanvrager op het gebied van automatisering van de serviceprocessen van samenwerkende ondernemers op het gebied van financiën, boekhouding, verkoop en marketing, en automatiseert de processen van de eindgebruikersdienst op het gebied van de productie/het verlenen van diensten voor het maken van dieetplannen — het eindproduct van een dergelijke klantenservice. Oggetto del progetto sarà l'acquisto e l'attuazione di un unico servizio elettronico disponibile sotto forma di piattaforma SaaS, destinato agli imprenditori del settore alimentare e al richiedente. La piattaforma si propone di sostenere la cooperazione degli imprenditori all'interno di un unico marchio, fornendo loro strumenti per sostenere il lavoro di un nutrizionista. La piattaforma supporta i processi del Richiedente nel campo dell'automazione dei processi di servizio degli imprenditori cooperanti nel settore della finanza, della contabilità, delle vendite e del marketing, e automatizza i processi di servizio all'utente finale nel campo della produzione/fornitura del servizio di creazione di piani dietetici — che è il prodotto finale di tale servizio clienti. Le funzionalità di base del sistema comprenderanno: piani dietetici informatizzati, gestione del database degli ingredienti e dei pasti, rilascio automatico dei documenti di vendita agli utenti che utilizzano il servizio utilizzerà il formato standardizzato dei dati EDI, supporterà il processo di gestione aziendale fornendo indicatori (Business Intelligence), supportando il processo di compensazione delle fatture di vendita, supportando il processo di marketing del cosiddetto imbuto di vendita (conversione dell'utente di test alla piattaforma utente) La piattaforma sarà inserita nel cloud computing, fornirà accesso mobile e fornirà API aperte per un'ulteriore integrazione (Italian)

El objeto del proyecto será la compra e implantación de un único servicio electrónico disponible en forma de plataforma SaaS, destinada a empresarios del sector de la alimentación y al solicitante. La plataforma tiene como objetivo apoyar la cooperación de emprendedores dentro de una sola marca, les proporciona herramientas para apoyar el trabajo de un nutricionista. La plataforma apoya los procesos del solicitante en el campo de la automatización de los procesos de servicio de empresarios cooperantes en el área de finanzas, contabilidad, ventas y marketing, y automatiza los procesos de servicio al usuario final en el campo de la producción/prestación del servicio de creación de planes dietéticos, que es el producto final de dicho servicio al cliente. Las funcionalidades básicas del sistema incluirán: los planes dietéticos asistidos por ordenador, la gestión de la base de datos de ingredientes y comidas, la emisión automática de documentos de venta a los usuarios que utilizan el servicio utilizarán un formato de datos EDI estandarizado, apoyarán el proceso de gestión empresarial proporcionando indicadores (Business Intelligence), apoyando el proceso de compensación de facturas de ventas, apoyando el proceso de comercialización del denominado embudo de ventas (conversión de usuario de prueba a plataforma de usuario) La plataforma se colocará en la computación en la nube, proporcionará acceso móvil y proporcionará API abiertas para una mayor integración.
