Projekt realizowany jest przez Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Sułkowicach i ma na celu: Wzrost kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych u mieszkańcówgminy Sułkowice zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznych oraz ich otoczenia poprzez udział w projekcie Druga szansa dla 33 osób wlatach 20192022. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Sułkowice.Grupa docelowa: 7 osób bezrobotnych, 22 osoby bierne zawodowo, 4 osób zatrudnionych, 14 osób niepełnosprawnych niezależnie od statusu,będą to osoby zarówno bezrobotne, bierne zawodowo i zatrudnione.W ramach projektu przewiduje się w zależności od indywidualnej identyfikacja potrzeb i potencjałów UP szeroką gamę wsparcia, może to byćkompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno zawodowa lub tylko społeczna m.in.: praca socjalna, wsparcie psychologa, doradcy zawodowego, psychiatry, specjalisty ds. uzależnień, staże, kurs obsługi komputera. Wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej będzie prowadzone przez Klub Integracji Społecznej, który znajduje się w strukturach OPS. (Polish)

The project is implemented by the Social Welfare Centre in Sułkowice and aims at: Increase social and occupational competences in the Sułkowice community at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their surroundings through participation in the second chance for 33 people in the years 20192022. The project will be implemented in the Municipality of Sułkowice. 7 unemployed people, 22 inactive persons, 4 people employed, 14 persons with disabilities regardless of their status, will be both unemployed, inactive and employed.The project provides for a wide range of support, depending on individual needs and potentials of UP, can be a comprehensive socio-occupational activation or only social: social work, psychologist support, professional advisors, psychiatrists, addiction specialists, traineeships, computer courses. Support for professional activation will be run by the Social Integration Club, which is located in the OPS structures. (English)

Le projet est mis en œuvre par le centre de protection sociale de Sułkowice et vise à: Renforcement des compétences sociales et professionnelles des habitants de la commune de Sułkowice exposés au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale et de leur environnement grâce à la participation au projet Deuxième chance pour 33 personnes en 20192022. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Sułkowice. 7 chômeurs, 22 personnes inactives, 4 personnes occupées, 14 personnes handicapées quel que soit leur statut, seront à la fois au chômage, inactives et occupées. Le projet prévoit, en fonction de l’identification individuelle des besoins et des potentiels de l’AP, un large éventail de soutiens, il peut s’agir d’une activation socioprofessionnelle globale ou uniquement sociale, entre autres: travail social, soutien psychologue, conseiller de carrière, psychiatre, spécialiste de la toxicomanie, stage, cours d’informatique. Le soutien à l’activation professionnelle sera assuré par le Club d’Intégration Sociale, qui est situé dans les structures de l’OPS. (French)

Das Projekt wird vom Sozialhilfezentrum in Sułkowice durchgeführt und zielt darauf ab, Erhöhung der sozialen und beruflichen Kompetenzen in den Einwohnern der Gemeinde Sułkowice, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, und ihrer Umgebung durch Beteiligung am Projekt Zweite Chance für 33 Personen im Jahr 20192022. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Sułkowice durchgeführt. Zielgruppe: 7 Arbeitslose, 22 Nichterwerbstätige, 4 Beschäftigte, 14 Menschen mit Behinderungen, unabhängig von ihrem Status, werden arbeitslos, nicht erwerbstätig und erwerbstätig sein. Das Projekt sieht je nach individuellen Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse und Potenziale der PA ein breites Spektrum an Unterstützung vor, es kann eine umfassende sozioökonomische Aktivierung oder nur soziale Aktivierung sein, unter anderem: Sozialarbeit, Psychologe-Unterstützung, Berufsberaterin, Psychiater, Suchtspezialist, Praktikum, Computerkurs. Die Unterstützung der beruflichen Aktivierung erfolgt durch den Club of Social Integration, der sich in den Strukturen von OPS befindet. (German)

Het project wordt uitgevoerd door het Centrum voor Sociaal Welzijn in Sułkowice en heeft tot doel: Vergroting van de sociale en beroepscompetenties bij de inwoners van de gemeente Sułkowice die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting en hun omgeving door deelname aan het project Tweede kans voor 33 mensen in 20192022. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de gemeente Sułkowice. Doelgroep: 7 werklozen, 22 inactieven, 4 werknemers, 14 personen met een handicap, ongeacht hun status, zullen werkloos, inactief en werkzaam zijn. Het project voorziet, afhankelijk van de individuele identificatie van de behoeften en mogelijkheden van de PA, een breed scala aan ondersteuning, het kan een uitgebreide sociaal-professionele activering zijn of alleen sociaal, onder andere: sociaal werk, psychologenondersteuning, loopbaanadviseur, psychiater, verslavingsspecialist, stage, computercursus. Il progetto è realizzato dal Social Welfare Centre di Sułkowice e mira a: Aumento delle competenze sociali e professionali negli abitanti del comune di Sułkowice a rischio di povertà o esclusione sociale e loro dintorni attraverso la partecipazione al progetto Seconda opportunità per 33 persone nel 20192022. Il progetto sarà attuato nel comune di Sułkowice. 7 disoccupati, 22 persone inattive, 4 persone occupate, 14 persone con disabilità indipendentemente dal loro status, saranno sia disoccupati, inattivi e occupati. Il progetto prevede, a seconda dell'identificazione individuale delle esigenze e delle potenzialità dell'AP, una vasta gamma di sostegno, può essere un'attivazione socio-professionale globale o solo sociale, tra gli altri: assistenza sociale, supporto psicologo, consulente di carriera, psichiatra, specialista delle dipendenze, stage, corso informatico. Il supporto per l'attivazione professionale sarà effettuato dal Club di Integrazione Sociale, che si trova nelle strutture di OPS. (Italian)

El proyecto se ejecutará en el municipio de Sułkowice. 7 personas desempleadas, 22 inactivas, 4 personas empleadas, 14 personas con discapacidad independientemente de su situación, serán tanto desempleadas, inactivas y empleadas. El proyecto prevé, dependiendo de la identificación individual de las necesidades y potenciales de la AP, una amplia gama de apoyo, puede ser una activación socioprofesional integral o solo social, entre otros: trabajo social, apoyo psicólogo, consejero de carrera, psiquiatra, especialista en adicciones, pasantía, curso de informática.
