Przedmiotem projektu jest zagospodarowanie na cele turystyczne, kulturowe, edukacyjne i rozrywkowe obszaru Doliny Micholowskiej w miejscowości Maniowy gm. Czorsztyn. W ramach inwestycji zostaną wybudowane: Wewnętrzny układ komunikacyjny w postaci chodników wielofunkcyjnych, Zatoki parkingowe zlokalizowane bezpośrednio przy sąsiadującej drodze gminnej ul. Żeromskiego posiadające łącznie 21 miejsc postojowych. Odcinki rozbudowy istniejącej kanalizacji deszczowej, przebiegającej przez teren Doliny Micholowskiej oraz otwarty zbiornik retencyjny kanalizacji deszczowej, Oświetlenie terenu będące elementem wyposażenia technicznego wewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego-lampy oświetlenia parkowego z zasilaniem solarnym i połączone kanalizacja kablową, bez konieczności połączenia z zewnętrzną siecią energetyczną. Urządzenia rekreacji plenerowej: - Skatepark o nawierzchni betonowej, - tor do jazdy na rolkach typu pumptrack, - minirampa - urządzenia do ćwiczeń typu street workout - urządzenia siłowni zewnętrznej - stół do gry w tenisa stołowego Elementy małej architektury - stoły do gry w szachy z ławami, - stoły piknikowe z ławami, - ławki parkowe z oparciem, kosze. Dokumentacja budowlana Nadzór inwestorski Zakres planowanej inwestycji obejmuje obszar o powierzchni 18392,5 m2 zlokalizowany w m. Maniowy - Dolina Micholowska, który w MPZP jest przeznaczony jako tereny zieleni urządzonej 2.2ZP, jako tereny zabudowy mieszkaniowej i rekreacyjnej 15.1MN oraz tereny dróg gminnych. Projekt zostanie udostępniony nieodpłatnie. Obiekt będzie oferował całoroczną ofertę turystyczną i rekreacyjną. Do lokalizacji projektu jest zapewniona komunikacja publiczna. (Polish)

Zeromski has a total of 21 parking spaces. Extension sections of the existing rainwater drainage system, running through the Micholowska Valley and an open reservoir of rainwater drainage, illumination of the area which is part of the technical equipment of the internal communication system-lamp of park lighting with solar power and connected cable drainage, without the need to connect to the external power grid. Outdoor recreation equipment: — Concrete surface skatepark, – pumptrack roller skating track, – miniramp – street workout exercise equipment – outdoor gym equipment – table tennis table Elements of small architecture – chess tables with benches, – picnic tables with benches, – park benches with backrests, baskets. Building documentation Investor supervision The scope of the planned investment comprises an area of 18392.5 m² located in Maniowy – Valley Micholowska, which in the MPZP is designated as green areas of 2.2ZP, as residential and recreational areas 15.1MN and municipal roads. L’objet du projet est le développement à des fins touristiques, culturelles, éducatives et de divertissement de la région de la vallée de Micholowska à Maniowy, ville de Czorsztyn. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, les éléments suivants seront construits: Système de communication interne sous forme de trottoirs multifonctionnels, baies de stationnement situées directement sur la rue routière commune adjacente. Avec un total de 21 places de parking. Im Rahmen der Investition wird Folgendes aufgebaut: Internes Kommunikationssystem in Form von multifunktionalen Pflastern, Parkbuchten direkt an der angrenzenden Gemeindestraße. Żeromski mit insgesamt 21 Parkplätzen. Abschnitte der Erweiterung des bestehenden Regenwassersystems, durch das Gebiet von Micholowska Tal und den offenen Stausee von Regenwasser Kanalisation, Geländebeleuchtung, die Teil der technischen Ausstattung der internen Kommunikationssystem-Park-Beleuchtung mit Solarstrom und angeschlossenen Kabelkanälen ist, ohne die Notwendigkeit, an das externe Stromnetz anzuschließen. Freizeitausrüstung im Freien: — Skatepark mit Betonoberfläche, – Pumptrack-Rollenbahn, – Minirampe – Street-Workout-Ausstattung – Fitnessgeräte im Freien – Tischtennisplatte Elemente der kleinen Architektur – Schachtische mit Bänken, – Picknicktische mit Bänken, – Parkbänke mit Rückenlehnen, Körbe.
