Projekt polega na budowie 5ciu parkingów typu naziemnego jednopoziomowego z kostki brukowej w kolorze szarym lub czerwonym, z wyodrębnionymi miejscami postojowymi. Parkingi zlokalizowane będą przy 4ech stacjach PKP oraz w centrum gminy. Każdy parking posiadać będzie miejsca postojowe dla samochodów osobowych 275 miejsc łącznie w tym miejsca dla osób niepełnosprawnych 24 miejsca i rodzica z dzieckiem. Wyposażone będą w zadaszone miejsca dla pojazdów jednośladowych rowerów skuterów w ilości 81 miejsc. Stojaki rowerowe zaprojektowano w kształcie odwróconej litery U.Budowę parkingów PR, w tym ich wyposażenie zaprojektowano z uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa podróżnych oraz potrzeb osób o ograniczonej mobilności poprzez likwidację barier architektonicznych: zastosowanie obniżonychwtopionych krawężników umożliwiających poruszanie się osobom o ograniczonej mobilności, zwłaszcza niepełnosprawnym z ograniczoną mobilnością ruchową.Parkingi wyposażone zostaną w niezbędną infrastrukturę techniczną: stanowiska postojowe, odwodnienie system paneli polipropylenowych wraz z połączeniami kanalizacja deszczowa ze studzienkami Zastów, oświetlenie lampy energooszczędne LED, system monitoringu wizyjnego, stojaki rowerowe rama typu U wraz z zadaszeniem, oznakowane miejsca, przeznaczone do wysadzenia pasażera, umożliwiające zatrzymanie się przynajmniej jednego pojazdu kiss ride, kosze na śmieci, zorganizowaną zieleń z nasadzeniami łatwymi w utrzymaniu , dojścia zapewniające komunikację wewnętrzną w tym ze stacją PKP i peronem , tablice z regulaminem i informacją o przeznaczeniu parkingu wyłącznie dla osób przesiadających się na komunikację zbiorową, oznakowanie poziome i pionowe elementy identyfikacji wizualnej dojazdu do każdego parkingu, spójne dla tego typu inwestycji realizowanych w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych.Projekt obejmuje ponadto budowę 830 mb drogi dojazdowej do parkingu przy stacji PKP w Zastowie.
