Przedmiot projektu pn. Rozbudowa sieci wodociągowej i kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz z modernizacją oczyszczalni ścieków na obszarze gminy Gnojnik: Budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w systemie grawitacyjno tłocznym na terenie miejscowości Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, odprowadzającej ścieki do istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków, na obszarze aglomeracji Gnojnik o RLM 4747. Budowa sieci wodociągowych rozdzielczych w miejscowościach: Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa. Rozbudowa oczyszczalni ścieków w Gnojniku wraz z instalacją fotowoltaiczną. Projekt obejmuje również przygotowanie PFU, analizy finansowej jak również koszty z tytułu zarządzania projektem, informacji i promocji oraz zatrudniania Inspektora nadzoru budowlanego.Ścieki, odprowadzane za pomocą wybudowanej w ramach projektu kanalizacji sanitarnej będą kierowane i oczyszczane w oczyszczalni ścieków w Gnojniku nazwa KPOŚK: Gnojnik SBR spełniającej wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego.Ponadto sieć wodociągowa budowana w zakresie przedmiotowego wniosku jest realizowana w ramach projektu kompleksowego, ponieważ w aglomeracji, na terenie której realizowany jest projekt aglomeracja Gnojnik; wielkość: 4 747 RLM, gospodarka ściekowa nie została w pełni uregulowana zgodnie z wymogami Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21.05.1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych i projekt obejmuje również budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej. Extension of the water supply and sanitary sewage system together with the modernisation of the sewage treatment plant in the Gnojnik commune: Construction of sanitary sewage system in gravitationally pressing system in the area of Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, draining sewage to the existing sewage treatment plant, in the area of the Gnojnik agglomeration with RLM 4747. Construction of distribution water supply networks in towns: Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowowa. Expansion of waste water treatment plant in Gnojnik with photovoltaic installation. The project also covers the preparation of PFU, financial analysis as well as costs related to project management, information and promotion, as well as the employment of the Inspector of Construction Supervision.The sewage drains, which were built as part of the sanitary sewage system, will be directed and treated in the sewage treatment plant in Gnojnik the name of KPOŚK: SBR slurry complying with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment OJ L,.., p.. U. L 13540 of 30.5.1991 and the Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be fulfilled for the introduction of sewage into water or land, and on substances which are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment.Moreover, the water supply network built in the scope of this proposal is implemented as part of a comprehensive project, because in the agglomeration area where the Gnojnik agglomeration project is implemented; size: 4 747 RLM, waste water management has not been fully regulated in accordance with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21.05.1991 on urban waste water treatment and the project also covers the construction of sanitary sewage networks. Objet du projet: Extension du système d’approvisionnement en eau et d’assainissement et modernisation de la station d’épuration des eaux usées de la municipalité de Gnojnik: Construction d’un réseau d’assainissement sanitaire dans un système de pression par gravité dans les villes d’Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, rejetant les eaux usées vers l’usine de traitement des eaux usées existante, dans la zone de l’agglomération de Gnojnik avec un E.P. 4747. Gegenstand des Projekts: Erweiterung der Wasserversorgung und Abwasserentsorgung zusammen mit der Modernisierung der Kläranlage in der Gemeinde Gnojnik: Bau eines sanitären Kanalisationsnetzes in einem Schwerkraft-Drucksystem in den Städten Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, Ableitung von Abwasser an die bestehende Kläranlage, im Bereich der Gemeinde Gnojnik mit S. 4747. Bau von Wasserversorgungsnetzen in Gemeinden: Uszew, Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gos Przydowa. Erweiterung der Kläranlage in Gnojnik mit Photovoltaik-Anlage. Das Projekt umfasst auch die Vorbereitung der PFU, die Finanzanalyse sowie die Kosten für Projektmanagement, Information und Publizität und Beschäftigung des Bauaufsichtsinspektors. Abwasser, das durch Sanitär- Abwassersystem im Rahmen des Projekts entsorgt wird, wird in der Kläranlage in Gnojnik unter dem Namen KPOŚK geleitet und behandelt: Gnojnik SBR erfüllt die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91271EWG des Rates vom 21. Mai 1991 über die Behandlung von kommunalem Abwasser U. L 13540 vom 30.5.1991 und Verordnung des Umweltministers vom 18. November 2014 über die Bedingungen für die Ableitung von Abwasser in Wasser oder Land und über Stoffe, die für die aquatische Umwelt besonders schädlich sind.Zudem wird das im Rahmen dieses Antrags errichtete Wasserversorgungsnetz im Rahmen eines umfassenden Projekts umgesetzt, da in der Agglomeration, in der das Projekt des Ballungsraums Gnojnik umgesetzt wird; Größe: 4 747 S. E., die Abwasserbewirtschaftung wurde nicht in vollem Umfang gemäß den Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91271EWG des Rates vom 21. Mai 1991 über die Behandlung von kommunalem Abwasser geregelt, und das Projekt umfasst auch den Bau eines Abwassernetzes. Die Sanitärquote für die Gemeinde Gnojnik beträgt 38.8. Oggetto del progetto: Ampliamento del sistema di approvvigionamento idrico e igienico-sanitario e ammodernamento dell'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue nel comune di Gnojnik: Costruzione di una rete fognaria sanitaria in un sistema di pressione gravitazionale nelle città di Uszew, Zawada Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gosprzydowa, che scarica acque reflue verso l'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue esistente, nella zona dell'agglomerato di Gnojnik con a.e. 4747. Costruzione di reti di distribuzione idrica nelle località: Uszew, Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gos Przydowa. Ampliamento dell'impianto di depurazione di Gnojnik con impianto fotovoltaico. Il progetto comprende anche la preparazione del PFU, l'analisi finanziaria nonché i costi di gestione del progetto, informazione e pubblicità e impiego dell'Ispettore di supervisione delle costruzioni. Le acque reflue, scaricate attraverso il sistema fognario sanitario costruito nell'ambito del progetto, saranno convogliate e trattate presso l'impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue di Gnojnik il nome KPOŚK: Gnojnik SBR che soddisfa i requisiti della direttiva 91271CEE del Consiglio, del 21 maggio 1991, concernente il trattamento delle acque reflue urbane U. L 13540 del 30.5.1991 e il regolamento del ministro dell'Ambiente del 18 novembre 2014 sulle condizioni da rispettare per lo scarico delle acque reflue nelle acque o nel suolo e su sostanze particolarmente nocive per l'ambiente acquatico. Inoltre, la rete di approvvigionamento idrico costruita nell'ambito della presente domanda è attuata nell'ambito di un progetto globale, poiché nell'agglomerato in cui è in corso di attuazione il progetto dell'agglomerato di Gnojnik; dimensioni: 4 747 a.e., la gestione delle acque reflue non è stata pienamente regolamentata conformemente ai requisiti della direttiva 91271CEE del Consiglio, del 21 maggio 1991, concernente il trattamento delle acque reflue urbane e il progetto comprende anche la costruzione di una rete di servizi igienico-sanitari. Construcción de redes de distribución de agua en localidades: Uszew, Uszewska, Gnojnik, Gos Przydowa. Ampliación de la depuradora de aguas residuales en Gnojnik con instalación fotovoltaica. El proyecto también incluye la preparación del PFU, el análisis financiero, así como los costos de gestión del proyecto, información y publicidad y empleo del Inspector de Supervisión de la Construcción.
