Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana 50 szt. kotłów opalanych węglem, służących indywidualnym gospodarstwom domowym z terenu Gminy Tymbark do wytwarzania ciepła dla potrzeb grzewczych oraz przygotowania c.w.u. W miejsce starych kotłów zaplanowano montaż kotłów gazowych: 46 szt. oraz opalanych biomasą: 4 szt. Ich liczba oraz rodzaj wynikają z zapotrzebowania zgłoszonego przez mieszkańców.Specyfika projektu w działaniu 4.4.2 typ A decyduje o tym, iż parametry kotłów takie jak moc, sprawność itd. zostaną dobrane po przeprowadzeniu audytów energetycznych, odpowiednio do zapotrzebowania danego budynku wynikającego z: poziomu docieplenia, powierzchni, liczby użytkowników oraz dotychczasowego zużycia paliwa. Audyty zostaną przeprowadzone przez wskazanych przez IZ audytorów, a wszystkie urządzenia spełniać będą wymogi ekoprojektu, a po ich instalacji spełnione zostaną wymogi co do poziomu zużycia Ep przez dany budynek. W związku z planowaną wymianą kotłów zajdzie konieczność wymiany części wewn. instalacji cieplnych w budynkach. Po sporządzeniu audytów zostaną określone szczegółowe warunki techn. i wskazane budynki, w których będzie wymieniana instalacja.Kalkulację kosztów wymiany źródła ciepła oraz instalacji wewn. sporządzono zgodnie z zasadami dofinansowania: 1 dla kotłów 350złkW mocy, maks. do mocy wyznaczonej w audycie i nie więcej niż 8 tys. złkocioł, tu: śr. ok. 22,7kWkocioł i cena 8000 zł kocioł; 2 dla instalacji przyjęto cenę średnio 5312,35 złkocioł, przy założeniu, że instalacje będą wykonane we wszystkich budynkach.Ponadto projekt przewiduje realizację działań na rzecz podniesienia świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców. W ramach przysługującego limitu kosztów pośrednich zaplanowano promocję projektu, a także koszty zarządzania i usługi w zakresie obsługi techn. Koszty przygotowawcze objęły przygotowanie analizy ekonomiczno finansowej.W ramach montażu finansowego wkład własny pochodzić będzie z budżetu Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)

After the audits will be prepared, detailed technical conditions will be specified and the buildings in which the installation will be replaced will be specified.The calculation of the costs of heat exchange and internal installations was prepared in accordance with the principles of co-financing: 1 for boilers 350ZŁW power, max. to the power determined in the audit and not more than 8 thousand PLN boilers, here: Wed’s ok. 22,7kCipper and price of 8000 PLN boiler; 2 for the installation, on average, the price of PLN5312.35 boilers was accepted, assuming that the installations will be made in all buildings.In addition, the project envisages the implementation of activities aimed at raising the environmental awareness of residents. Within the limits of indirect costs, project promotion as well as management costs and techn services are planned. Le projet a pour objet le remplacement de 50 chaudières au charbon destinées aux ménages de la région de la municipalité de Tymbark pour la production de chaleur pour le chauffage et la préparation de l’eau chaude. 46 et alimentés à la biomasse: 4 pièces Leur nombre et leur type sont dus à la demande signalée par les résidents. Ziel des Projekts ist die Ersetzung von 50 Kohlekesseln, die einzelne Haushalte aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Tymbark zur Wärmeerzeugung und zur Aufbereitung von Warmwasser versorgen. An Stelle der alten Kessel ist die Installation von Gaskesseln geplant: 46 und Biomasse befeuert: 4 Stück Ihre Anzahl und Art sind auf die von den Bewohnern gemeldete Nachfrage zurückzuführen. Die Besonderheit des Projekts in Aktion 4.4.2 Typ A bestimmt, dass Kesselparameter wie Leistung, Effizienz usw. nach Durchführung von Energieaudits entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des betreffenden Gebäudes ausgewählt werden, da das Niveau der Erwärmung, der Oberfläche, der Nutzerzahl und des bisherigen Kraftstoffverbrauchs. Die Audits werden von den von der Genehmigungsbehörde benannten Prüfern durchgeführt, und alle Geräte werden den Ökodesign-Anforderungen entsprechen und sobald sie installiert sind, werden die Anforderungen hinsichtlich des Niveaus des Ep-Verbrauchs des Gebäudes erfüllt. Im Zusammenhang mit dem geplanten Austausch von Kesseln wird es notwendig sein, interne Teile der thermischen Anlagen in Gebäuden zu ersetzen. Darüber hinaus sieht das Projekt die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Umweltbewusstseins der Anwohner vor. Die Förderung des Projekts sowie Verwaltungskosten und technische Dienstleistungen sind im Rahmen der indirekten Kosten geplant. Die vorbereitenden Kosten umfassten die Erstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Analyse.Im Rahmen der Finanzanlage wird der Eigenbeitrag aus dem Haushalt des Antragstellers stammen. Het doel van het project is de vervanging van 50 kolengestookte ketels ten behoeve van individuele huishoudens uit het gebied van de gemeente Tymbark voor warmteopwekking voor verwarmingsdoeleinden en de voorbereiding van warm water. In plaats van oude ketels is de installatie van gasketels gepland: 46 en met biomassa gestookt: 4 stuks Het aantal en het type ervan zijn toe te schrijven aan de door de bewoners gemelde vraag. De specificiteit van het project in actie 4.4.2 type A bepaalt dat ketelparameters zoals vermogen, efficiëntie, enz. zullen worden geselecteerd na het uitvoeren van energieaudits, op basis van de behoeften van het betrokken gebouw vanwege: het niveau van de opwarming, de oppervlakte, het aantal gebruikers en het eerdere brandstofverbruik. De audits worden uitgevoerd door de door de BA aangewezen auditors, en alle apparatuur zal voldoen aan de eisen inzake ecologisch ontwerp en na installatie zal worden voldaan aan de eisen met betrekking tot het niveau van het Ep-verbruik van het gebouw. In verband met de geplande vervanging van ketels moet de interne onderdelen van thermische installaties in gebouwen worden vervangen. Na het opstellen van de audits zullen de gedetailleerde technische voorwaarden en de gebouwen waarin de installatie zal worden vervangen worden gespecificeerd. Berekening van de kosten van warmte-uitwisseling en interne installaties is opgesteld volgens de regels van medefinanciering: 1 voor ketels 350złkW vermogen, max. tot het in de audit gespecificeerde vermogen en niet meer dan 8 duizendboiler PLN, hier: D. ok. 22.7kBoiler en prijs van 8000 PLN ketel; 2 voor de installatie werd de gemiddelde prijs van 5312,35 PLN vastgesteld, ervan uitgaande dat de installaties in alle gebouwen zullen worden uitgevoerd. Bovendien voorziet het project in de uitvoering van maatregelen om het milieubewustzijn van de bewoners te vergroten. De promotie van het project en de beheerskosten en technische diensten zijn gepland binnen de grenzen van de indirecte kosten. De voorbereidende kosten omvatten de voorbereiding van een economische en financiële analyse.In het kader van de financiële installatie komt de eigen bijdrage uit de begroting van de aanvrager. L'obiettivo del progetto è la sostituzione di 50 caldaie a carbone al servizio delle singole famiglie dell'area del comune di Tymbark per la produzione di calore a fini di riscaldamento e la preparazione di acqua calda. Al posto delle vecchie caldaie, è prevista l'installazione di caldaie a gas: 46 e alimentati a biomassa: 4 pezzi Il loro numero e il loro tipo sono dovuti alla domanda segnalata dai residenti. La specificità del progetto nell'azione 4.4.2 di tipo A determina che i parametri della caldaia come potenza, efficienza, ecc. saranno selezionati dopo aver effettuato audit energetici, in funzione delle esigenze dell'edificio interessato a causa: il livello di riscaldamento, la superficie, il numero di utenti e il consumo di carburante precedente. Gli audit saranno effettuati dagli auditor designati dall'AG e tutte le apparecchiature saranno conformi alle specifiche di progettazione ecocompatibile e, una volta installate, saranno soddisfatte le prescrizioni relative al livello di consumo Ep dell'edificio. Inoltre, il progetto prevede l'attuazione di misure per sensibilizzare i residenti in materia ambientale. La promozione del progetto, i costi di gestione e i servizi tecnologici sono previsti entro i limiti dei costi indiretti. I costi preparatori comprendevano la preparazione di un'analisi economica e finanziaria.Nel quadro dell'installazione finanziaria, il contributo proprio proverrà dal bilancio del richiedente. El objetivo del proyecto es la sustitución de 50 calderas de carbón que sirven a hogares individuales de la zona del municipio de Tymbark para la generación de calor para calefacción y preparación de agua caliente. En lugar de calderas antiguas, está prevista la instalación de calderas de gas: 46 y la biomasa alimentada: 4 piezas Su número y tipo se deben a la demanda comunicada por los residentes. La especificidad del proyecto en la acción 4.4.2 tipo A determina que parámetros de calderas como potencia, eficiencia, etc. serán seleccionados después de realizar auditorías energéticas, según las necesidades del edificio en cuestión debido a: el nivel de calentamiento, superficie, número de usuarios y consumo previo de combustible. Las auditorías serán realizadas por los auditores designados por la AG, y todos los equipos cumplirán con los requisitos de diseño ecológico y, una vez instalados, se cumplirán los requisitos relativos al nivel de consumo de Ep del edificio. En relación con la sustitución prevista de las calderas, será necesario sustituir las partes internas de las instalaciones térmicas en los edificios.
