Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji Urzędu Gminy w Korczewie, ul. Ks. Stanisława Brzóski 20a. W ramach projektu przewidziano: modernizację przegrody strop wewnętrzny pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem; modernizację przegrody ściana wewnętrzna, strefa ogrzewana – nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody ściana wewnętrzna strefa ogrzewana-nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody strop wewnętrzny parter - piętro strefa nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody dach; modernizację przegrody ściana na gruncie fundamentowa; modernizację przegrody ściana zewnętrzna; modernizację przegrody OZ Drewniane „Wentylacja grawitacyjna”; modernizację przegrody DZ - :”Wentylacja grawitacyjna”;- modernizację instalacji grzewczej; montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych o mocy 0,005 MW. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej. Powyższe działania w sposób kompleksowy przyczynią się do realizacji założonego celu. Po ukończeniu fazy przygotowawczej, w której inwestor uzyska wszelkie wymagane prawem dokumenty, uzgodnienia i zezwolenia, realizacja projektu będzie polegała na wyłonieniu wykonawcy w trybie określonym w ustawie Prawo zamówień publicznych, a następnie na rozpoczęciu, prowadzeniu i ukończeniu fazy inwestycyjnej. W realizację projektu zaangażowane będą wszystkie podmioty i osoby, których zakres obowiązków i odpowiedzialności uregulowany jest w krajowym prawie budowlanym, jak również wynika z zasad sztuki budowlanej. Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest Gmina Korczew (gmina wiejska), a beneficjentem ostatecznym będą wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Korczew, a także pracownicy i użytkownicy budynku objętego niniejszym projektem. Do sformułowanego zakresu działań przyczyniły się następujące potrzeby: ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych, stropu, podłóg, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, wymiana okien i drzwi, zwiększanie udziału OZE, poprawa efektywności energetycznej, ograniczenie niskiej emisji. Obecny stan techniczny budynku wymaga przeprowadzenia natychmiastowych prac termomodernizacyjnych. (Polish)

The project concerns thermomodernisation of the Municipal Office in Korczew, ul. FR. Stanislaw Brzóski 20a. The project envisages: modernisation of the inner ceiling partition under an unheated attic; modernisation of the partition internal wall, heated zone – unheated; modernisation of the partition wall internal heated-unheated zone; modernisation of the floor floor partition – floor unheated zone; modernisation of the roof partition; modernisation of the wall partition on the foundation ground; modernisation of the bulkhead of the outer wall; modernisation of the OZ Wooden partition “Gravitational centrifuge”; modernisation of the partition DZ -:“Gravitational ventilation”;- modernisation of the heating system; assembly of 0.005 MW photovoltaic cells. The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency. These actions will contribute comprehensively to the objective pursued. After completion of the preparatory phase, in which the investor obtains all the documents, arrangements and permits required by law, the implementation of the project will consist of selecting the contractor in the procedure set out in the Public Procurement Law, and then on starting, conducting and completing the investment phase. The implementation of the project will involve all entities and persons whose responsibilities and responsibilities are governed by national construction law, as well as the principles of construction art. The final beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Korczew (rural commune), and the final beneficiary will be all residents of the Municipality of Korczew, as well as employees and users of the building covered by this project. The following needs have contributed to the scope of action: insulation of external walls, ceilings, floors, modernisation of heating systems, replacement of windows and doors, increasing the share of RES, improving energy efficiency, reducing low emissions. The current technical condition of the building requires immediate thermal retrofitting. (English)

Le projet concerne la thermomodernisation du bureau municipal de Korczew, ul. FR Stanislaw Brzóska 20a. Le projet prévoit: modernisation de la cloison du plafond interne sous le grenier non chauffé; modernisation de la paroi interne de cloison, zone chauffée — non chauffée; modernisation de la paroi interne du cloisonnement de la zone chauffée non chauffée; modernisation du plancher intérieur du cloisonnement — zone de plancher non chauffée; modernisation du cloisonnement du toit; modernisation du mur de cloison sur le sol de fondation; modernisation du mur extérieur de la cloison; modernisation de la cloison de ventilation «Gravity» OZ; modernisation de la division de la DZ — «aération de masse»;- modernisation du système de chauffage; installation de cellules photovoltaïques d’une capacité de 0,005 MW. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique. Ces actions contribueront à la réalisation de l’objectif poursuivi d’une manière globale. Après l’achèvement de la phase préparatoire, au cours de laquelle l’investisseur obtient tous les documents juridiques, arrangements et permis requis par la loi, la mise en œuvre du projet consistera à sélectionner le contractant selon la procédure prévue par la loi sur les marchés publics, puis au début, à la conduite et à l’achèvement de la phase d’investissement. Toutes les entités et personnes dont les responsabilités et responsabilités sont régies par le droit national de la construction, ainsi que les principes de l’art de la construction, participeront à la mise en œuvre du projet. Le bénéficiaire final du projet est la municipalité de Korczew (municipalité) et le bénéficiaire final sera tous les résidents de la municipalité de Korczew, ainsi que les employés et les utilisateurs du bâtiment couvert par ce projet. Das Projekt sieht Folgendes vor: Modernisierung der Trennwand der Innenobergrenze unter dem unbeheizten Dachboden; Modernisierung der Trennwand, beheizte Zone – unbeheizt; Modernisierung der Trennwand der beheizten nicht beheizten Zone; Modernisierung der Trennwand Innenboden – Bodenzone unbeheizt; Modernisierung der Dachwand; Modernisierung der Trennwand auf dem Fundamentboden; Modernisierung der Außenwand der Trennwand; Modernisierung der OZ-Trennwand „Gravity Lüftung“; Modernisierung der Teilung des DZ – „Gravity-Belüftung“;- Modernisierung des Heizsystems; Installation von Photovoltaikzellen mit einer Leistung von 0,005 MW. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Steigerung der Energieeffizienz. Diese Maßnahmen werden umfassend zu dem verfolgten Ziel beitragen. Nach Abschluss der Vorbereitungsphase, in der der Investor alle gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Rechtsdokumente, Vereinbarungen und Genehmigungen erhält, besteht die Durchführung des Projekts in der Auswahl des Auftragnehmers nach dem im Gesetz über das öffentliche Auftragswesen festgelegten Verfahren und anschließend mit Beginn, Durchführung und Abschluss der Investitionsphase. Alle Einrichtungen und Personen, deren Verantwortlichkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten durch das nationale Baurecht sowie die Grundsätze der Baukunst geregelt sind, werden an der Durchführung des Projekts beteiligt. Der Endbegünstigte des Projekts ist die Gemeinde Korczew (Gemeinde) und der Endbegünstigte wird alle Einwohner der Gemeinde Korczew sowie Mitarbeiter und Nutzer des von diesem Projekt erfassten Gebäudes sein. Der folgende Bedarf hat zum definierten Tätigkeitsbereich beigetragen: Isolierung von Außenwänden, Böden, Böden, Modernisierung des Heizsystems, Austausch von Fenstern und Türen, Erhöhung des Anteils erneuerbarer Energien, Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz, Verringerung der geringen Emissionen. Het project betreft de thermomodernisering van het gemeentebestuur in Korczew, ul. FR. Stanislaw Brzóska 20a. Het project voorziet in: modernisering van de verdeling van het interne plafond onder de onverwarmde zolder; modernisering van scheidingswand interne wand, verwarmde zone — onverwarmd; modernisering van de scheidingswand van de verwarmde niet-verwarmde zone; modernisering van de partitie interne vloer vloer — vloerzone onverwarmd; modernisering van de dakwand; modernisering van de scheidingswand op de funderingsbodem; modernisering van de scheidingswand buitenwand; modernisering van de OZ-wand „zwaartekrachtventilatie”; modernisering van de divisie van de DZ — „Gravity ventilatie”;- modernisering van het verwarmingssysteem; installatie van fotovoltaïsche cellen met een capaciteit van 0,05 MW. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het verhogen van de energie-efficiëntie. Deze acties zullen op alomvattende wijze bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de nagestreefde doelstelling. Na afloop van de voorbereidende fase, waarin de investeerder alle wettelijk vereiste juridische documenten, regelingen en vergunningen verkrijgt, bestaat de uitvoering van het project in de selectie van de opdrachtnemer volgens de procedure van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten, en vervolgens bij het begin, het verloop en de voltooiing van de investeringsfase. Alle entiteiten en personen wier verantwoordelijkheden en verantwoordelijkheden zijn geregeld door de nationale bouwwetgeving, alsmede de beginselen van de bouwkunst, zullen bij de uitvoering van het project worden betrokken. De uiteindelijke begunstigde van het project is de gemeente Korczew en de eindbegunstigde zal alle inwoners van de gemeente Korczew zijn, evenals werknemers en gebruikers van het gebouw waarop dit project betrekking heeft. Il progetto riguarda la termomodernizzazione dell'ufficio comunale di Korczew, ul. FR. Stanislaw Brzóska 20a. Il progetto prevede: ammodernamento della divisione del soffitto interno sotto la soffitta non riscaldata; ammodernamento di parete interna divisoria, zona riscaldata — non riscaldata; ammodernamento della parete interna divisoria della zona riscaldata non riscaldata; ammodernamento del pavimento interno divisorio — zona pavimento non riscaldata; ammodernamento del divisorio del tetto; ammodernamento del muro divisorio sul terreno della fondazione; ammodernamento della parete divisoria esterna; ammodernamento del divisorio OZ "aerazione Gravity"; ammodernamento della divisione della DZ — "Aerazione di gravità";- ammodernamento dell'impianto di riscaldamento; installazione di celle fotovoltaiche con una capacità di 0,005 MW. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è aumentare l'efficienza energetica. Tali azioni contribuiranno al conseguimento dell'obiettivo perseguito in modo globale. Dopo il completamento della fase preparatoria, in cui l'investitore ottiene tutti i documenti giuridici, le disposizioni e le autorizzazioni richieste dalla legge, l'attuazione del progetto consisterà nella selezione del contraente secondo la procedura prevista dalla legge sugli appalti pubblici e successivamente all'inizio, allo svolgimento e al completamento della fase di investimento. Nell'attuazione del progetto saranno coinvolti tutti gli enti e le persone le cui responsabilità e responsabilità sono disciplinate dalla legge nazionale sull'edilizia, nonché dai principi dell'arte edile. Il beneficiario finale del progetto è il comune di Korczew (comune) e il beneficiario finale sarà tutti residenti del comune di Korczew, nonché dipendenti e utenti dell'edificio oggetto del progetto. Todas las entidades y personas cuyas responsabilidades y responsabilidades estén reguladas por la legislación nacional de construcción, así como los principios del arte de la construcción, participarán en la ejecución del proyecto.
