Ogólne założenia projektu: Projekt „Termomodernizacja budynku administracyjnego Starostwa Powiatowego w Kozienicach” dotyczy głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, stanowiącego budynek administracyjny Starostwa Powiatowego - aparatu pomocniczego Starosty, organów Rady i Zarządu Powiatu Kozienickiego, czyli Wnioskodawcy projektu. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie prac inwestycyjnych które doprowadzą do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynku i poprawy jego stanu technicznego. Cele projektu: Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa stanu i efektywności energetycznej budynku administracyjnego Starostwa Powiatowego w Kozienicach. Osiągniecie założonego celu głównego umożliwi racjonalną i oszczędną gospodarki zasobami energetycznymi w budynku, prowadzące między innymi do zmniejszenia kosztów eksploatacyjnych, produkowanych zanieczyszczeń środowiska i poprawę komfortu korzystania ze zmodernizowanego budynku. Do najważniejszych korzyści jakie wystąpią w wyniku realizacji projektu należą: zapewnienie długotrwałej efektywności energetycznej budynku, wsparcie warunków dla gospodarki niskoemisyjnej i zrównoważonego rozwoju regionu, wzrost komfortu użytkowania budynku, poprawa stanu zdrowia pracowników i innych osób w nim przebywających, zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji budynku. Zakres projektu: Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: 1. Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej projektu, 2. Prace projektowe, 3. Prace budowlane, 4. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne Grupa docelowa: Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy powiatu kozienickiego – interesanci i pracownicy urzędu oraz pozostałe osoby korzystające z budynku administracyjnego. General project assumptions: The project “Termomodernisation of the administrative building of the District Starostwo in Kozienice” concerns a deep energy modernisation of the public utility building, which is the administrative building of the District Starostwo – an auxiliary apparatus of the Starosty, Council bodies and the Management Board of Kozienic District, i.e. the Applicant of the project. The project involves carrying out investment works that will increase the energy efficiency of the building and improve its technical condition. Objectives of the project: The main objective of the project is to improve the state and energy efficiency of the administrative building of the District Starostwo in Kozienice. Achieving the main objective will enable rational and economical management of energy resources in the building, leading, among other things, to reducing the operating costs, produced environmental pollution and improving the comfort of using the modernised building. The most important benefits of the project are: ensure long-term energy efficiency of the building, support conditions for the low-carbon economy and sustainable development of the region, increase the comfort of use of the building, improve the health of workers and other residents, reduce the cost of operation of the building. Scope of the project: The scope of the project shall cover the following tasks: 1. Preparation of the application documentation of the project, 2. Design work, 3. Construction work, 4. Information and promotion activities target group: The target group of the project consists of residents of the Kozienic district – interested persons and employees of the office and other persons using the administrative building. Hypothèses générales du projet: Le projet «Termomodernisation du bâtiment administratif du bureau de district de Kozienice» concerne la modernisation énergétique profonde du bâtiment d’utilité publique, qui est le bâtiment administratif du bureau de district — l’appareil auxiliaire du Starosty, les organes du conseil de district de Kozienicki et le conseil d’administration, c’est-à-dire le demandeur du projet. Le projet consiste à réaliser des travaux d’investissement qui permettront d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment et d’en améliorer l’état technique. Objectifs du projet: L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’état et l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment administratif du bureau de district de Kozienice. La réalisation de l’objectif global permettra une utilisation rationnelle et efficace des ressources énergétiques dans le bâtiment, ce qui permettra, entre autres, de réduire les coûts d’exploitation, la pollution de l’environnement produite et d’améliorer le confort d’utilisation du bâtiment modernisé. Les avantages les plus importants du projet sont les suivants: garantir l’efficacité énergétique à long terme du bâtiment, soutenir les conditions d’une économie à faible intensité de carbone et d’un développement durable de la région, accroître le confort du bâtiment, améliorer la santé des travailleurs et des autres personnes qui y vivent, réduire les coûts d’exploitation des bâtiments. Portée du projet: Le champ d’application du projet couvre les tâches suivantes: 1. Préparation de la documentation relative à la demande de projet, 2. Travaux de conception, 3. Allgemeine Annahmen des Projekts: Das Projekt „Termomodernisierung des Verwaltungsgebäudes des Bezirksamtes in Kozienice“ betrifft die tiefgreifende Energiemodernisierung des öffentlichen Versorgungsgebäudes, das Verwaltungsgebäude des Bezirksamtes – der Hilfsapparat des Starosty, die Organe des Bezirksrats Kozienicki und des Vorstands, d. h. des Projektantragstellers. Das Projekt umfasst die Durchführung von Investitionsarbeiten, die die Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes erhöhen und seinen technischen Zustand verbessern. Ziele des Projekts: Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung des Zustands und der Energieeffizienz des Verwaltungsgebäudes des Bezirksamtes in Kozienice. Die Erreichung des Kernziels wird eine rationelle und effiziente Nutzung der Energieressourcen im Gebäude ermöglichen, die unter anderem zur Senkung der Betriebskosten, zur Umweltverschmutzung und zur Verbesserung des Komforts bei der Nutzung des modernisierten Gebäudes führt. Die wichtigsten Vorteile des Projekts sind: Gewährleistung einer langfristigen Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes, Unterstützung der Bedingungen für eine CO2-arme Wirtschaft und nachhaltige Entwicklung der Region, Steigerung des Komforts des Gebäudes, Verbesserung der Gesundheit der Arbeitnehmer und anderer Menschen, die dort leben, wodurch die Kosten für den Baubetrieb gesenkt werden. Algemene aannames van het project: Het project „Termomodernisering van het administratieve gebouw van het districtskantoor in Kozienice” heeft betrekking op de grondige energie-modernisering van het openbaar nutsgebouw, het administratieve gebouw van het districtskantoor — het hulpapparaat van de Starosty, de organen van de districtsraad Kozienicki en de raad van bestuur, d.w.z. de projectaanvrager. Het project omvat het uitvoeren van investeringswerkzaamheden die de energie-efficiëntie van het gebouw verhogen en de technische staat ervan verbeteren. Doelstellingen van het project: Het belangrijkste doel van het project is het verbeteren van de staat en de energie-efficiëntie van het administratieve gebouw van het District Office in Kozienice. De verwezenlijking van het hoofddoel zal een rationeel en efficiënt gebruik van energiebronnen in het gebouw mogelijk maken, waardoor onder meer de exploitatiekosten, de veroorzaakte milieuvervuiling en het comfort van het gemoderniseerde gebouw kunnen worden verminderd. Ipotesi generali del progetto: Il progetto "Termomodernizzazione dell'edificio amministrativo dell'ufficio del distretto di Kozienice" riguarda la profonda modernizzazione energetica dell'edificio di pubblica utilità, che è l'edificio amministrativo dell'ufficio distrettuale — l'apparato ausiliario dello Starosty, gli organi del consiglio distrettuale di Kozienicki e il consiglio di amministrazione, vale a dire il richiedente del progetto. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di lavori di investimento volti ad aumentare l'efficienza energetica dell'edificio e a migliorarne le condizioni tecniche. Obiettivi del progetto: L'obiettivo principale del progetto è migliorare lo stato e l'efficienza energetica dell'edificio amministrativo dell'ufficio distrettuale di Kozienice. Il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo principale consentirà un uso razionale ed efficiente delle risorse energetiche nell'edificio, che porterà, tra l'altro, a ridurre i costi operativi, l'inquinamento ambientale prodotto e a migliorare il comfort dell'utilizzo dell'edificio modernizzato. Supuestos generales del proyecto: El proyecto «Termomodernización del edificio administrativo de la Oficina del Distrito en Kozienice» se refiere a la modernización energética profunda del edificio de servicios públicos, que es el edificio administrativo de la Oficina del Distrito — el aparato auxiliar de la Starosty, los órganos del Consejo del Distrito de Kozienicki y el Consejo de Administración, es decir, el solicitante del proyecto. El proyecto consiste en realizar obras de inversión que aumenten la eficiencia energética del edificio y mejoren su estado técnico. Objetivos del proyecto: El objetivo principal del proyecto es mejorar el estado y la eficiencia energética del edificio administrativo de la Oficina del Distrito en Kozienice.
