Projekt dotyczy budowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w miejscowości Zatory. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje projekt, roboty budowlane, nadzór, zakup wyposażenia PSZOK, a także działania promocyjne związane z projektem. W PSZOK zbieranych będzie 16 frakcji odp. (zgodnych z Katalogiem odpadów - zał. do Regulaminu konkursu): papier, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, opakowania wielomateriałowe, zmieszane odp. opakowaniowe, przeterminowane leki, chemikalia oraz zanieczyszczone opakowania, zużyte baterie i akumulatory, zużyty sprzęt elektr. i elektron., meble i inne odp. wielkogabarytowe, odp. budowlane i rozbiórkowe, zużyte opony, odp. zielone, odzież i tekstylia inne niż biodegradowalne, popioły, inne odp. nie wymienione wyżej. W PSZOK będzie funkcjonował punkt napraw oraz punkt przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odpadów, celem ponownego użycia. Planowana jest też promocyjna akcja edukacyjna dotycząca selektywnej zbiórki odpadów. Projekt obejmuje 100% mieszkańców gm. Zatory. Zostanie utworzone jedno miejsce pracy. PSZOK otwarty będzie min. 8 godz., 5 dni w tygodniu, w tym sobota, min. do godz. 19:00. W ramach projektu przewiduje się: wykonanie prac związanych z zagospodarowaniem terenu (utwardzenie, organizacja spływu wody, nasadzenia zieleni, wiata pod kontenery otwarte), zakup i ustawienie pojemników i kontenerów na odp., oświetlenie terenu, ogrodzenie, oznakowanie poziome placu, tablice informacyjne i edukacyjne. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie system gospodarki odpadami w gminie. Planowana inwestycja została wpisana do Planu inwestycyjnego dla województwa mazowieckiego w ramach Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego 2022 i będzie w zachodnim regionie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi, w którym obecnie nie uwzględniono komponentu dotyczącego termicznego przekształcenia odpadów oraz odzyskiwania energii. The project concerns the construction of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Zatory. PSZOK will be open at least 8 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturday, min. until hours. 19:00 A.M. The project envisages: execution of works related to land management (heavy, organisation of water flow, planting of greenery, shelters for open containers), purchase and installation of containers and containers for protection, land lighting, fence, horizontal marking of the square, information and educational boards. The project will improve the waste management system in the commune. The planned investment was included in the Investment Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship as part of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship 2022 and will be in the western region of municipal waste management, which currently does not take into account the component concerning thermal waste conversion and energy recovery. Le projet concerne la construction du point de collecte sélective des déchets (PSZOK) à Zatory. Le projet comprend le projet, les travaux de construction, la supervision, l’achat d’équipement PSZOK, ainsi que des activités promotionnelles liées au projet. 16 fractions seront collectées en PSZOK. (conformément au catalogue des déchets — annexe du règlement sur la concurrence): papier, matières plastiques, verre, emballages multimatériaux, emballages mixtes, médicaments périmés, produits chimiques et emballages contaminés, déchets de piles et d’accumulateurs, déchets d’équipements électriques et électroniques, meubles et autres encombrants, construction et démolition, pneus usés, verts, vêtements et textiles autres que biodégradables, cendres, autres que ceux mentionnés ci-dessus. PSZOK disposera d’un point de réparation et d’un point de réception pour les marchandises non déchet utilisées en vue de leur réutilisation. Une action éducative promotionnelle sur la collecte séparée des déchets est également prévue. Le projet couvre 100 % des habitants de Zemory. Un lieu de travail sera créé. PSZOK sera ouvert au moins 8 heures, 5 jours par semaine, y compris le samedi, min. 19:00. Le projet prévoit: construction de travaux liés à l’aménagement du territoire (durcissement, organisation du ruissellement de l’eau, plantation de verdure, abri pour conteneurs ouverts), achat et mise en place de conteneurs et de conteneurs pour res., éclairage du terrain, clôture, marquage horizontal du carré, information et signalisation éducative. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le système de gestion des déchets dans la municipalité sera amélioré. L’investissement prévu a été inscrit dans le plan d’investissement pour la voïvodie de Mazowieckie dans le cadre du plan de gestion des déchets de la province de Mazowieckie 2022 et sera dans la région occidentale de la gestion des déchets municipaux, qui ne comprend actuellement pas la composante de la transformation des déchets thermiques et de la valorisation énergétique. Das Projekt umfasst Projekt, Bauarbeiten, Überwachung, Beschaffung von PSZOK-Ausrüstung sowie Werbemaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt. 16 Fraktionen werden in PSZOK gesammelt. (im Einklang mit dem Abfallkatalog – Anhang der Wettbewerbsordnung): Papier, Kunststoffe, Glas, Mehrstoffverpackungen, gemischte Verpackungen, abgelaufene Arzneimittel, Chemikalien und kontaminierte Verpackungen, Altbatterien und Akkumulatoren, Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte, Möbel und andere sperrige, Bau- und Abrisse, abgenutzte Reifen, Grüne, Bekleidung und Textilien, ausgenommen biologisch abbaubare Asche, andere als die oben genannten. PSZOK verfügt über eine Reparaturstelle und eine Empfangsstelle für nicht abfallverwendete Waren zur Wiederverwendung. Darüber hinaus ist eine Werbemaßnahme zur getrennten Sammlung von Abfällen geplant. Das Projekt umfasst 100 % der Einwohner von Zemory. Es wird ein Arbeitsplatz geschaffen. PSZOK ist mindestens 8 Stunden, 5 Tage die Woche, einschließlich Samstag, min. 19:00. Das Projekt sieht Folgendes vor: Bau von Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Landentwicklung (Härtung, Organisation des Wasserabflusses, Pflanzung von Grün, Schutz für offene Container), Kauf und Einstellung von Containern und Containern für Res., Geländebeleuchtung, Zaun, horizontale Markierung des Platzes, Information und Bildungszeichen. Het project betreft de bouw van het Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Zatory. Het project omvat projecten, bouwwerken, toezicht, aankoop van PSZOK-apparatuur en promotieactiviteiten in verband met het project. 16 fracties worden verzameld in PSZOK. (conform de afvalcatalogus — bijlage bij de Mededingingsverordeningen): papier, kunststoffen, glas, verpakkingen voor meerdere materialen, gemengde verpakkingen, verlopen geneesmiddelen, chemicaliën en verontreinigde verpakkingen, afgedankte batterijen en accu’s, afgedankte elektrische en elektronenapparatuur, meubilair en andere omvangrijke, bouw- en sloopbanden, versleten banden, groen, kleding en textiel, andere dan biologisch afbreekbaar, as, andere dan de hierboven genoemde. PSZOK zal beschikken over een reparatiepunt en een ontvangstpunt voor niet-afval gebruikte goederen voor hergebruik. Er is ook een voorlichtingsactie op het gebied van gescheiden afvalinzameling gepland. Het project bestrijkt 100 % van de inwoners van Zemory. Er zal één werkplek worden gecreëerd. PSZOK is minimaal 8 uur, 5 dagen per week geopend, inclusief zaterdag, min. 19:00. Het project voorziet in: bouw van werken in verband met grondontwikkeling (verharding, organisatie van waterafvoer, aanplant van groen, beschutting voor open containers), aankoop en plaatsing van containers en containers voor res., terreinverlichting, hek, horizontale markering van het plein, informatie en educatieve borden. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project zal het afvalbeheersysteem in de gemeente worden verbeterd. De geplande investering is opgenomen in het investeringsplan voor het woiwodschap Mazowieckie als onderdeel van het afvalbeheerplan voor de provincie Mazowieckie 2022 en zal zich bevinden in de westelijke regio voor het beheer van stedelijk afval, die momenteel niet de component van thermische afvalverwerking en energieterugwinning omvat. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione del punto di raccolta selettiva dei rifiuti (PSZOK) a Zatory. Il progetto comprende progetti, lavori di costruzione, supervisione, acquisto di attrezzature PSZOK, nonché attività promozionali relative al progetto. 16 frazioni saranno raccolte in PSZOK. (conformemente al Catalogo dei Rifiuti — Allegato al Regolamento Concorrenza): carta, plastica, vetro, imballaggi multimateriali, imballaggi misti, medicinali scaduti, prodotti chimici e imballaggi contaminati, rifiuti di pile e accumulatori, rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, mobili e altre ingombranti, costruzioni e demolizione, pneumatici usurati, verdi, abbigliamento e tessili diversi da quelli biodegradabili, ceneri, diversi da quelli sopra menzionati. PSZOK avrà un punto di riparazione e un punto di ricevimento per i beni non usati usati per il riutilizzo. È inoltre prevista un'azione promozionale educativa sulla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Il progetto copre il 100 % degli abitanti di Zemory. Verrà creato un posto di lavoro. PSZOK sarà aperto almeno 8 ore, 5 giorni alla settimana, compreso il sabato, min. 19:00. Il progetto prevede: costruzione di lavori relativi allo sviluppo del territorio (indurimento, organizzazione del dilavamento idrico, impianto verde, ricovero per contenitori aperti), acquisto e posa di contenitori e contenitori per res., illuminazione del terreno, recinzione, marcatura orizzontale della piazza, segnaletica informativa e didattica. Grazie all'attuazione del progetto, il sistema di gestione dei rifiuti nel comune sarà migliorato. L'investimento previsto è stato inserito nel piano di investimenti per il voivodato di Mazowieckie nell'ambito del piano di gestione dei rifiuti per la provincia di Mazowieckie 2022 e sarà nella regione occidentale della gestione dei rifiuti urbani, che attualmente non comprende la componente della trasformazione termica dei rifiuti e del recupero energetico. PSZOK estará abierto al menos 8 horas, 5 días a la semana, incluyendo sábado, min. 19:00. El proyecto prevé: construcción de obras relacionadas con el desarrollo del suelo (endurecimiento, organización de escorrentías de agua, plantación de vegetación, refugio para contenedores abiertos), compra y colocación de contenedores y contenedores para res., iluminación del terreno, valla, marcado horizontal de la plaza, información y letreros educativos. Gracias a la ejecución del proyecto, se mejorará el sistema de gestión de residuos en el municipio. La inversión prevista se ha inscrito en el Plan de Inversiones para el Voivodato de Mazowieckie como parte del Plan de Gestión de Residuos de la Provincia de Mazowieckie 2022 y estará en la región occidental de gestión de residuos municipales, que actualmente no incluye el componente de transformación de residuos térmicos y recuperación de energía.
