Projekt dotyczy budowy Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w miejscowości Długosiodło dla mieszkańców gm. Długosiodło. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje projekt, roboty budowlane, nadzór, zakup wyposażenia PSZOK a także działania promocyjne związane z projektem. W PSZOK zbieranych będzie 16 frakcji odp. (zgodnych z Katalogiem odpadów - zał. do Regulaminu konkursu): papier, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, opakowania wielomateriałowe, zmieszane odp. opakowaniowe, przeterminowane leki, chemikalia oraz zanieczyszczone opakowania, zużyte baterie i akumulatory, zużyty sprzęt elektr. i elektron., meble i inne odp. wielkogabarytowe, odp. budowlane i rozbiórkowe, zużyte opony, odp. zielone, odzież i tekstylia inne niż biodegradowalne, popioły, inne odp. nie wymienione wyżej. W PSZOK będzie funkcjonował punkt napraw oraz punkt przyjmowania rzeczy używanych niestanowiących odp., celem ponownego użycia. Planowana jest też promocyjna akcja edukacyjna dot. selektywnego zbierania odp.. Projekt obejmuje 100% mieszkańców gm. Długosiodło. Zostaną utworzone dwa miejsca pracy. PSZOK otwarty będzie min. 8 godz., 5 dni w tygodniu, w tym sobota, min. do godz.19:00. W ramach projektu przewiduje się: wykonanie prac związanych z zagospodarowaniem terenu (utwardzenie, organizacja spływu wody, nasadzenia zieleni, wiata pod kontenery otwarte), zakup i ustawienie pojemników i kontenerów na odp., oświetlenie terenu, ogrodzenie, oznakowanie poziome placu, tablice informacyjne i edukacyjne. Dzięki realizacji projektu poprawie ulegnie system gospodarki odpadami w gminie, a gm. Długosiodło wywiąże się z obowiązku utworzenia PSZOK zawartego w ustawie o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach. Planowana inwestycja została wpisana do Planu inwestycyjnego dla województwa mazowieckiego w ramach Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego 2022 i będzie realizowana we wschodnim regionie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi, gdzie nie uwzględniono komponentu dot. termicznego przekształcania odp. The project concerns the construction of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the village of Długosiodło for residents of the Longsiodło Municipal Waste Collection. PSZOK will be open at least 8 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturday, min. until 19:00 p.m. The project envisages: execution of works related to land management (heavy, organisation of water flow, planting of greenery, shelters for open containers), purchase and installation of containers and containers for protection, land lighting, fence, horizontal marking of the square, information and educational boards. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the waste management system in the commune will be improved, and Gm. Długosiodło will fulfil its obligation to create PSZOK contained in the Act on Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. The planned investment was included in the Investment Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship as part of the Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie voivodship 2022 and will be implemented in the eastern region of municipal waste management, where the component for thermal conversion of p.p. is not included. Le projet concerne la construction du point sélectif de collecte des déchets municipaux (PSZOK) à Długosiodło pour les résidents de Długosiodło. Le projet prévoit: construction de travaux liés à l’aménagement du territoire (durcissement, organisation du ruissellement de l’eau, plantation de verdure, abri pour conteneurs ouverts), achat et mise en place de conteneurs et de conteneurs pour res., éclairage du terrain, clôture, marquage horizontal du carré, information et signalisation éducative. Bij PSZOK is er een reparatiepunt en een ontvangstpunt voor niet-responsieve tweedehands artikelen voor hergebruik. Er is ook een promotie-educatiecampagne over gescheiden inzameling gepland. Het project bestrijkt 100 % van de inwoners van de gemeente. Er zullen twee banen worden gecreëerd. PSZOK is minimaal 8 uur, 5 dagen per week geopend, inclusief zaterdag, min. tot 19:00 uur. Il progetto riguarda la costruzione del punto selettivo di raccolta dei rifiuti municipali (PSZOK) a Długosiodło per i residenti di Długosiodło. Il progetto comprende progetti, lavori di costruzione, supervisione, acquisto di attrezzature PSZOK e attività promozionali connesse al progetto. 16 frazioni saranno raccolte in PSZOK. (conformemente al Catalogo dei Rifiuti — Allegato al Regolamento Concorrenza): carta, plastica, vetro, imballaggi multimateriali, imballaggi misti, medicinali scaduti, prodotti chimici e imballaggi contaminati, rifiuti di pile e accumulatori, rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, mobili e altre ingombranti, costruzioni e demolizione, pneumatici usurati, verdi, abbigliamento e tessili diversi da quelli biodegradabili, ceneri, diversi da quelli sopra menzionati. Al PSZOK ci sarà un punto di riparazione e un punto di ricezione per oggetti di seconda mano non responsivi per il riutilizzo. È prevista anche una campagna promozionale sulla raccolta differenziata. Il progetto copre il 100 % degli abitanti del comune. Saranno creati due posti di lavoro. PSZOK sarà aperto almeno 8 ore, 5 giorni alla settimana, compreso il sabato, min. fino alle 19:00. Il progetto prevede: costruzione di lavori relativi allo sviluppo del territorio (indurimento, organizzazione del dilavamento idrico, impianto verde, ricovero per contenitori aperti), acquisto e posa di contenitori e contenitori per res., illuminazione del terreno, recinzione, marcatura orizzontale della piazza, segnaletica informativa e didattica. Grazie all'attuazione del progetto, il sistema di gestione dei rifiuti nel comune sarà migliorato e il comune rispetterà l'obbligo di creare PSZOK previsto dalla legge sul mantenimento della pulizia e dell'ordine nei comuni. L'investimento previsto è stato inserito nel piano di investimenti per il voivodato di Mazowieckie nell'ambito del piano di gestione dei rifiuti per il voivodato di Mazowieckie 2022 e sarà attuato nella regione orientale della gestione dei rifiuti urbani, dove non è inclusa la componente di trasformazione termica. PSZOK estará abierto al menos 8 horas, 5 días a la semana, incluyendo sábado, min. hasta las 19:00. El proyecto prevé: construcción de obras relacionadas con el desarrollo del suelo (endurecimiento, organización de escorrentías de agua, plantación de vegetación, refugio para contenedores abiertos), compra y colocación de contenedores y contenedores para res., iluminación del terreno, valla, marcado horizontal de la plaza, información y letreros educativos. Gracias a la ejecución del proyecto, se mejorará el sistema de gestión de residuos en el municipio y el municipio cumplirá con la obligación de crear PSZOK contenida en la Ley sobre el mantenimiento de la limpieza y el orden en los municipios.
