Przedmiotem projektu pn.: „Modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej w Płocku” jest realizacja inwestycji obejmującej zaprojektowanie i wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej obiektów użyteczności publicznej Gminy-Miasto Płock. Zakres prac obejmie w szczególności modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, źródeł ciepła, instalacji wentylacji, instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej, ocieplenie budynków, wymianę opraw oświetleniowych wraz z wymianą źródła światła oraz wykorzystanie OZE (powietrzna pompa ciepła). CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU-zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej 6 budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie M.Płocka. Są to placówki oświatowe: 3 przedszkola, ośrodek szkolno-wychowawczy oraz 2 zespoły szkół. W wyniku modernizacji energetycznej obiekty te uzyskają poprawę efektywności energetycznej o co najmniej 25% w odniesieniu do stanu istniejącego. Przedmiotowe przedsię. stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby w zakresie poprawy energetycznej obiektów publ. oraz zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń w Płocku–mieście w którym stwierdzono przekroczenia dopuszczalnych poziomów substancji szkodliwych w powietrzu. GRUPA DOCELOWA-dzieci, uczniowie i młodzież oraz pracownicy bezpośrednio korzystający z obiektów. Z efektów środowiskowych projektu korzystać będą wszyscy mieszkańcy miasta oraz turyści. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Beneficjent zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy PZP zawarł umowę z wykonawcą prac projektowych i prac budowlano-montażowych. W ramach przedmiotowego proj. realizowana będzie tylko część z szerszego zakresu wynikającego z umowy z wykonawcą. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo z zastosowaniem optymalnych technik i technologii stosowanych przy realizacji tego typu projektów. Przeprowadzona w studium analiza potwierdza, że projekt jest wykonalny pod względem technicznym, finansowym i organizacyjnym. The subject of the project is: “Energy modernisation of public utility facilities in Płock” is the realisation of an investment involving the design and execution of comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility facilities of the Municipality-City Płock. The scope of work will include, in particular, modernisation of central heating, heat sources, ventilation system, hot water installation, warming of buildings, replacement of luminaires with light source exchange and the use of RES (air heat pump). Main objective of the project – Increasing the energy efficiency of 6 public buildings in M.Płock. These are educational establishments: 3 kindergartens, school and education center and 2 school teams. As a result of energy modernisation, these facilities will achieve an energy efficiency improvement of at least 25 % in relation to the existing state. This is a response to the identified needs in terms of energy improvement of publ facilities and the reduction of pollutant emissions in Płock-city where the limit levels of harmful substances in the air have been exceeded. Target group-children, pupils and young people and workers using the facilities directly. The environmental effects of the project will be enjoyed by all residents of the city and tourists. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. The beneficiary, in accordance with the provisions of the PZP Act, concluded an agreement with the contractor of design works and construction and assembly works. Only part of the wider scope resulting from the contract with the contractor will be implemented under this project. The project will be implemented in one step using optimal techniques and technologies used in the implementation of such projects. The analysis carried out in the study confirms that the project is technically feasible, financially and organizationally feasible. The beneficiary shall have the capacity to maintain the project effects during its durability. (English)

L’objet du projet: La «modernisation énergétique des services publics à Płock» est la mise en œuvre d’un investissement impliquant la conception et l’exécution d’une modernisation énergétique globale des services publics de la municipalité-ville de Płock. Les travaux porteront notamment sur la modernisation des installations de chauffage central, des sources de chaleur, des installations de ventilation, des installations d’eau chaude sanitaire, du réchauffement des bâtiments, du remplacement des luminaires par le remplacement d’une source lumineuse et de l’utilisation de SER (pompe à chaleur à air). Principal OBJECTIF DU PROJET — accroître l’efficacité énergétique de 6 bâtiments publics de M.Płock. Il s’agit d’établissements d’enseignement: 3 jardins d’enfants, un centre scolaire et 2 équipes scolaires. Ces installations permettront d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique d’au moins 25 % par rapport à l’état actuel grâce à la modernisation énergétique. Cette entreprise répond aux besoins identifiés en termes d’amélioration énergétique des usines de publ et de réduction des émissions de polluants dans la ville de Płock où des dépassements des valeurs limites pour les substances nocives dans l’air ont été constatés. Children’s Docel Group, les étudiants et les jeunes et le personnel utilisant directement les installations. Tous les résidents et les touristes bénéficieront des effets environnementaux du projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la formule «conception et construction». Le bénéficiaire, conformément aux dispositions de la loi PZP, a conclu un accord avec l’entrepreneur des travaux de conception, de construction et d’assemblage. Dans le cadre de ce projet, seule une partie du champ d’application plus large résultant du contrat conclu avec le contractant sera mise en œuvre. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en une seule étape en utilisant les techniques et technologies optimales utilisées pour la mise en œuvre de ces projets. L’analyse réalisée dans le cadre de l’étude confirme que le projet est techniquement, financièrement et organisationnelment réalisable. Gegenstand des Projekts: „Energiemodernisierung der öffentlichen Versorgungsbetriebe in Płock“ ist die Durchführung einer Investition in die Planung und Durchführung einer umfassenden Energiemodernisierung der öffentlichen Versorgungsbetriebe der Gemeinde-Stadt Płock. Die Arbeiten umfassen insbesondere die Modernisierung von Zentralheizungsanlagen, Wärmequellen, Lüftungsanlagen, Warmwasserinstallationen im Haushalt, die Erwärmung von Gebäuden, den Austausch von Leuchten durch den Austausch von Lichtquellen und die Nutzung von EE (Luftwärmepumpe). Hauptziel des Programms zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz von 6 öffentlichen Gebäuden in M.Płock. Dabei handelt es sich um Bildungseinrichtungen: 3 Kindergärten, ein Schulzentrum und 2 Schulteams. Mit diesen Anlagen wird eine Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz um mindestens 25 % gegenüber dem bestehenden Zustand infolge der Energieumrüstung erreicht. Dieses Unternehmen reagiert auf den ermittelten Bedarf in Bezug auf die Energieverbesserung von Kneipenanlagen und die Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen in der Stadt Płock, wo Überschreitungen der Grenzwerte für Schadstoffe in der Luft festgestellt wurden. Kinder Docel Group, Studenten und Jugendliche und Mitarbeiter, die die Einrichtungen direkt nutzen. Alle Bewohner und Touristen profitieren von den Umweltauswirkungen des Projekts. Das Projekt wird in der Formel „Design and Build“ umgesetzt. Het onderwerp van het project: „Modernisering van de energie van openbare nutsbedrijven in Płock” is de uitvoering van een investering in het ontwerp en de uitvoering van een alomvattende energie-modernisering van openbare nutsvoorzieningen van de gemeente Płock. De werkzaamheden omvatten met name de modernisering van centrale verwarmingsinstallaties, warmtebronnen, ventilatie-installaties, warmwaterinstallaties voor huishoudelijk gebruik, verwarming van gebouwen, vervanging van verlichtingsarmaturen door vervanging van lichtbron en gebruik van RES (luchtwarmtepomp). Belangrijkste DOELSTELLING VAN HET PROJECT-verhogen van de energie-efficiëntie van 6 openbare gebouwen in M.Płock. Dit zijn onderwijsinstellingen: 3 kleuterscholen, een school-onderwijscentrum en 2 schoolteams. Deze installaties zullen een verbetering van de energie-efficiëntie van ten minste 25 % ten opzichte van de bestaande toestand als gevolg van de energie-upgrade bereiken. Deze onderneming beantwoordt aan de vastgestelde behoeften op het gebied van energieverbetering van publinstallaties en vermindering van de uitstoot van verontreinigende stoffen in Płock-stad waar overschrijdingen van de grenswaarden voor schadelijke stoffen in de lucht zijn vastgesteld. Children’s Docel Group, studenten en jongeren en medewerkers die rechtstreeks gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Alle bewoners en toeristen zullen profiteren van de milieueffecten van het project. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de formule „design and build”. De begunstigde heeft overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de PZP-wet een overeenkomst gesloten met de aannemer van de ontwerp-, bouw- en assemblagewerkzaamheden. In het kader van dit project zal slechts een deel van het ruimere toepassingsgebied dat voortvloeit uit het contract met de contractant worden uitgevoerd. Het project zal in één stap worden uitgevoerd met gebruikmaking van de optimale technieken en technologieën die bij de uitvoering van dergelijke projecten worden gebruikt. De in de studie uitgevoerde analyse bevestigt dat het project technisch, financieel en organisatorisch haalbaar is. Oggetto del progetto: "Ammodernamento energetico dei servizi pubblici a Płock" è l'attuazione di un investimento che comporta la progettazione e l'esecuzione di una modernizzazione energetica globale dei servizi pubblici del comune-città di Płock. L'ambito dei lavori comprenderà, in particolare, l'ammodernamento degli impianti di riscaldamento centrale, le fonti di calore, gli impianti di ventilazione, gli impianti per l'acqua calda per uso domestico, il riscaldamento degli edifici, la sostituzione degli apparecchi di illuminazione con la sostituzione della sorgente luminosa e l'uso di RES (pompa di calore dell'aria). Obiettivo PRINCIPALE DEL PROGETTO — aumentare l'efficienza energetica di 6 edifici pubblici a M.Płock. Si tratta di istituti di istruzione: 3 asili, un centro scolastico e 2 squadre scolastiche. Tali impianti otterranno un miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica di almeno il 25 % rispetto allo stato esistente a seguito dell'ammodernamento dell'energia. Questa impresa risponde alle esigenze individuate in termini di miglioramento energetico degli impianti publ e riduzione delle emissioni inquinanti nella città di Płock, dove sono stati riscontrati superamenti dei valori limite per le sostanze nocive nell'aria. Gruppo Docel per bambini, studenti e giovani e personale che utilizza direttamente le strutture. Tutti i residenti e i turisti beneficeranno degli effetti ambientali del progetto. Il progetto sarà attuato nella formula "progettazione e costruzione". Il beneficiario, conformemente alle disposizioni della legge PZP, ha concluso un accordo con il contraente dei lavori di progettazione, costruzione e assemblaggio. Nell'ambito di questo progetto, solo una parte della portata più ampia risultante dal contratto con il contraente sarà attuata. Il progetto sarà attuato in una fase utilizzando le tecniche e le tecnologie ottimali utilizzate per l'attuazione di tali progetti. L'analisi effettuata nello studio conferma che il progetto è tecnicamente, finanziario e organizzativo fattibile. El objeto del proyecto: «Modernización energética de los servicios públicos en Płock» es la realización de una inversión que implica el diseño y la ejecución de una modernización energética integral de los servicios públicos del municipio de Płock. El alcance de las obras incluirá, en particular, la modernización de las instalaciones de calefacción central, las fuentes de calor, las instalaciones de ventilación, las instalaciones de agua caliente doméstica, el calentamiento de los edificios, la sustitución de luminarias por la sustitución de la fuente luminosa y el uso de fuentes de energía renovables (bomba de calor de aire). Principal OBJETIVO DEL PROYECTO: aumento de la eficiencia energética de 6 edificios públicos en M.Płock. Se trata de centros educativos: 3 jardines de infancia, un centro de educación escolar y 2 equipos escolares. Estas instalaciones lograrán una mejora de la eficiencia energética de al menos un 25 % en relación con el estado actual como resultado de la mejora energética. Esta empresa responde a las necesidades detectadas en términos de mejora energética de las instalaciones públicas y reducción de las emisiones contaminantes en la ciudad de Płock, donde se han detectado superaciones de los valores límite de sustancias nocivas en el aire. Grupo Docel Infantil, estudiantes y jóvenes y personal directamente utilizando las instalaciones. Todos los residentes y turistas se beneficiarán de los efectos ambientales del proyecto. El proyecto se ejecutará en la fórmula «diseño y construcción». El beneficiario, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley PZP, celebró un acuerdo con el contratista de las obras de diseño y construcción y montaje.
