Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 349 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 115 os. (50K 65M), osoby niepełnosprawne 11 os. (5K 6M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 172 os. (80K 92M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Volomin County. The target group of the project is 349 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Wallomin district for whom the I or II aid profile has been defined. In the target group of the project are: people over 50 years of age 115 people. (50K 65M), persons with disabilities 11 persons (5K 6M) and long-term unemployed 172 persons. (80K 92M). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés sans emploi dans la voïvodie de Volomin. Le groupe cible du projet est de 349 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus appartenant à des groupes défavorisés qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Volomin pour lequel le profil d’aide I ou II a été défini. Dans le groupe cible du projet sont: personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans 115 personnes. (50K 65M), personnes handicapées 11 personnes. (5K 6M) et les chômeurs de longue durée 172 personnes. (80K 92M). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, le Bureau du travail de Poviat fournira un soutien sous la forme de services et d’instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die benachteiligten Gruppen angehören, die in der Woiwodschaft Volomin arbeitslos sind. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 349 Personen ab 30 Jahren, die zu benachteiligten Gruppen gehören, die im Bezirk Volomin arbeitslos sind und für die das Beihilfeprofil I oder II festgelegt wurde. In der Zielgruppe des Projekts sind: Personen über 50 Jahre 115 Personen. (50K 65M), Menschen mit Behinderungen 11 Personen. (5K 6M) und Langzeitarbeitslose 172 Personen. (80K 92M). Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird das Arbeitsamt Poviat Unterstützung in Form von Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumenten leisten, auf die im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen Bezug genommen wird. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen van 30 jaar en ouder die deel uitmaken van kansarme groepen die werkloos zijn in het woiwodschap Volomin. De doelgroep van het project is 349 personen van 30 jaar en ouder die behoren tot kansarme groepen die werkloos zijn in het district Volomin waarvoor het steunprofiel I of II is vastgesteld. In de doelgroep van het project zijn: personen ouder dan 50 jaar 115 personen. (50K 65M), personen met een handicap 11 personen. (5K 6M) en de langdurig werklozen 172 personen. (80K 92M). Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal het Arbeidsbureau Poviat steun verlenen in de vorm van diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro per le persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni appartenenti a gruppi svantaggiati che sono disoccupati nel Voivodato di Volomin. Il gruppo destinatario del progetto è di 349 persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni appartenenti a gruppi svantaggiati disoccupati nel distretto di Volomin per i quali è stato definito il profilo di aiuto I o II. I destinatari del progetto sono: persone di età superiore a 50 anni 115 persone. (50K 65M), persone con disabilità 11 persone. (5K 6M) e i disoccupati di lunga durata 172 persone. (80K 92M). Nell'ambito del progetto per ciascun partecipante, la presentazione di una specifica offerta di attivazione professionale sarà preceduta da un'analisi delle competenze, delle attitudini e dei problemi professionali del partecipante. Su tale base, l'Ufficio del lavoro Poviat fornirà sostegno sotto forma di servizi e strumenti del mercato del lavoro di cui alla legge sulla promozione dell'occupazione e delle istituzioni del mercato del lavoro. El grupo destinatario del proyecto es de 349 personas de 30 años o más pertenecientes a grupos desfavorecidos que están desempleados en el distrito de Volomin para el que se ha definido el perfil de ayuda I o II.
