Założenia: Zaprojektowanie i wybudowanie instalacji w zakresie OZE na terenie Gm.Iłów i Słubice.Wyposażenie 31 budynków użyteczności publ. i 101 indywidualnych gosp. domowych i rolnych w instalacje solarne, pompy ciepła i/lub ogniwa fotowoltaiczne.
