W ramach Projektu zaplanowano działania dotyczące zakupu specjalistycznej aparatury i sprzętu medycznego umożliwiające poprawę jakości i dostępności do opieki zdrowotnej w regionie realizując w ten sposób cel wskazany w Narodowym Programie Zdrowia na lata 2016-2020, przyjętym przez radę Ministrów w dniu 4.08.2016 r., a mianowicie wydłużenie życia w zdrowiu, poprawę zdrowia i związanej z nim jakości życia ludności oraz zmniejszenie nierówności społecznych w zdrowiu. Projekt jest zgodny z dokumentem „Krajowe ramy strategiczne Policy Paper dla ochrony zdrowia na lata 2014–2020” w zakresie Narzędzia 13 i 14. Wskazuje na zwiększenie jakości efektywnie świadczonych usług zdrowotnych o wysokim standardzie poprzez wyposażenie placówki w specjalistyczną aparaturę i sprzęt medyczny, który będzie w 100% wykorzystywany na potrzeby diagnostyki i leczenia schorzeń m.in.: urologicznych, nefrologicznych, onkologicznych, neurologicznych, ortopedycznych - zgodnie z Policy Paper. Wsparta będzie inwestycja w infrastrukturę poprzez zakup nowoczesnego sprzętu służącego do diagnostyki i leczenia schorzeń w zakresach świadczonych w Przychodni Specjalistycznej w ramach ambulatoryjnej opieki specjalistycznej, w Poradni Podstawowej Opieki Zdrowotnej i leczenia szpitalnego, które zgodne są z zapotrzebowaniem na świadczenia zdrowotne warunkowanym trendami demograficznymi w zasięgu działalności szpitala. Przeprowadzona zostanie również modernizacja pomieszczeń Przychodni Specjalistycznej i POZ wraz z rozbudową Pracowni Endoskopowej. Przedsięwzięcie ma na celu zwiększenie jakości i dostępności do opieki zdrowotnej w rejonie działania szpitala. Finansowanie inwestycji odbędzie się w ramach płatności zaliczkowej. Funkcjonowanie Szpitala jest uzasadnione w kontekście map potrzeb zdrowotnych, zakres zgodny z Policy Paper. Świadczenia medyczne udzielane przez Szpital są finansowane ze środków publicznych w ramach kontraktu NFZ. Okres trwałości nie jest zagrożony. (Polish)

As part of the project, activities related to the purchase of specialised medical equipment and equipment were planned to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare in the region, thus fulfilling the objective set out in the National Health Programme 2016-2020, adopted by the Council of Ministers on 4.08.2016, namely extending life in health, improving health and the associated quality of life of the population and reducing social inequalities in health. The project is in line with the “National Strategic Framework for Health Policy Paper 2014-2020” for Tools 13 and 14. It points to an increase in the quality of effective health services of a high standard by equipping the facility with specialised medical equipment and equipment, which will be used in 100 % for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, among others: urological, nephrological, oncological, neurological, orthopaedic – according to Policy Paper. Investment in infrastructure will be supported by the purchase of modern equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the scopes provided in the Specialist Clinic as part of outpatient specialist care, the Basic Health Care Clinic and hospital treatment, which are consistent with the demand for health services, subject to demographic trends within the range of hospital activity. There will also be modernisation of the premises of the Specialist and GP Clinic together with the extension of the Endoscopic Laboratory. The project aims to increase the quality and availability of healthcare in the area of operation of the hospital. The financing of the investment will take place as part of an advance payment. The functioning of the Hospital is justified in the context of health needs maps, the scope compatible with Policy Paper. Medical services provided by the Hospital are financed by public funds under the NFZ contract. The shelf life is not at risk. (English)

Dans le cadre du projet, des activités liées à l’achat d’équipements et d’équipements médicaux spécialisés sont prévues pour améliorer la qualité et l’accessibilité des soins de santé dans la région, mettant ainsi en œuvre l’objectif fixé dans le programme national de santé 2016-2020, adopté par le Conseil des ministres le 4 août 2016, à savoir l’extension de la vie en bonne santé, l’amélioration de la santé et de la qualité de vie associée de la population et la réduction des inégalités sociales en matière de santé. Le projet est conforme au «Cadre stratégique national pour la politique sanitaire 2014-2020» au titre des outils 13 et 14. Souligne l’amélioration de la qualité des services de santé effectivement fournis de haut niveau en dotant l’institution d’équipements et d’équipements médicaux spécialisés, qui seront utilisés à 100 % pour le diagnostic et le traitement des maladies, entre autres: urologique, néphrologique, oncologique, neurologique, orthopédique — selon le document d’orientation. Les investissements dans les infrastructures seront soutenus par l’achat d’équipements modernes pour le diagnostic et le traitement des maladies dans le cadre de la clinique spécialisée dans le cadre des soins ambulatoires spécialisés, dans la Clinique de soins de santé de base et de traitement hospitalier, qui correspondent à la demande de services de santé conditionnée par l’évolution démographique dans le champ d’activité de l’hôpital. Les salles de la Clinique Spécialiste et du POZ seront également modernisées avec l’extension de l’atelier d’endoscopie. Le projet vise à améliorer la qualité et l’accessibilité des soins de santé dans la zone hospitalière. Le financement de l’investissement se fera sous la forme d’un préfinancement. Le fonctionnement de l’hôpital se justifie dans le contexte des cartes des besoins en matière de santé, conformément au document d’orientation. Les services médicaux fournis par l’hôpital sont financés par des fonds publics dans le cadre du contrat de la NFZ. La durée de conservation n’est pas compromise. (French)

Weist auf die Verbesserung der Qualität der qualitativ hochwertigen Gesundheitsdienstleistungen hin, indem die Einrichtung mit spezialisierten medizinischen Geräten und Geräten ausgestattet wird, die zu 100 % für die Diagnose und Behandlung von Krankheiten verwendet werden, unter anderem: urologische, nephrologische, onkologische, neurologische, orthopädische – entsprechend dem Policy Paper. Das Funktionieren des Krankenhauses ist im Zusammenhang mit den Gesundheitsbedarfskarten gerechtfertigt, der mit dem Strategiepapier in Einklang steht. Medizinische Leistungen des Krankenhauses werden aus öffentlichen Mitteln im Rahmen des NFZ finanziert. Die Haltbarkeit wird nicht beeinträchtigt. (German)

In het kader van het project zijn activiteiten met betrekking tot de aankoop van gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur en apparatuur gepland om de kwaliteit en de toegankelijkheid van de gezondheidszorg in de regio te verbeteren, en aldus uitvoering te geven aan de doelstelling van het nationaal gezondheidsprogramma 2016-2020, dat op 4 augustus 2016 door de Raad van Ministers is goedgekeurd, namelijk het verlengen van een gezond leven, het verbeteren van de gezondheid en de daarmee samenhangende levenskwaliteit van de bevolking en het verminderen van sociale ongelijkheden op het gebied van gezondheid. Het project is in overeenstemming met het „National Strategic Framework for Health Policy Paper 2014-2020” in het kader van de instrumenten 13 en 14. Wijst op de verbetering van de kwaliteit van doeltreffend verleende gezondheidsdiensten van hoge kwaliteit door de instelling uit te rusten met gespecialiseerde medische apparatuur en apparatuur, die voor 100 % zal worden gebruikt voor de diagnose en behandeling van ziekten, onder meer: urologisch, nefhrologisch, oncologisch, neurologisch, orthopedisch — volgens het Beleidsdocument. Investeringen in infrastructuur zullen worden ondersteund door de aankoop van moderne apparatuur voor de diagnose en behandeling van ziekten in het kader van de gespecialiseerde polikliniek in het kader van de poliklinische gespecialiseerde zorg, in de kliniek voor basisgezondheidszorg en ziekenhuisbehandeling, die in overeenstemming zijn met de vraag naar gezondheidsdiensten, afhankelijk van demografische trends binnen de reikwijdte van de werkzaamheden van het ziekenhuis. De zalen van de Specialist Clinic en het POZ zullen ook worden gemoderniseerd samen met de uitbreiding van de Endoscopy Workshop. Het project heeft tot doel de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van de gezondheidszorg in het ziekenhuis te verbeteren. De financiering van de investering zal plaatsvinden als voorfinanciering. De werking van het ziekenhuis is gerechtvaardigd in de context van de kaarten van de gezondheidsbehoeften, die in overeenstemming zijn met het beleidsdocument. Medische diensten van het ziekenhuis worden gefinancierd uit overheidsmiddelen op grond van het contract van de NFZ. De houdbaarheid is niet in gevaar. (Dutch)

Nell'ambito del progetto, sono previste attività relative all'acquisto di attrezzature e attrezzature mediche specializzate al fine di migliorare la qualità e l'accessibilità dell'assistenza sanitaria nella regione, realizzando così l'obiettivo stabilito nel programma nazionale per la salute 2016-2020, adottato dal Consiglio dei ministri il 4 agosto 2016, vale a dire l'estensione della vita sana, il miglioramento della salute e la relativa qualità di vita della popolazione e la riduzione delle disuguaglianze sociali in materia di salute. Il progetto è in linea con il "Quadro strategico nazionale per la politica sanitaria 2014-2020" nell'ambito degli strumenti 13 e 14. Sottolinea il miglioramento della qualità dei servizi sanitari di alto livello forniti in modo efficace dotando l'istituzione di attrezzature e attrezzature mediche specializzate, che saranno utilizzate al 100 % per la diagnosi e il trattamento delle malattie, tra l'altro: urologico, nefrologico, oncologico, neurologico, ortopedico — secondo il documento programmatico. Gli investimenti nelle infrastrutture saranno sostenuti mediante l'acquisto di attrezzature moderne per la diagnosi e la cura delle malattie che rientrano nell'ambito della clinica specialistica ambulatoriale, nella clinica per l'assistenza sanitaria di base e le cure ospedaliere, che sono in linea con la domanda di servizi sanitari subordinata all'evoluzione demografica nell'ambito dell'attività dell'ospedale. Anche le sale della Clinica Specialista e del POZ saranno ammodernate insieme all'ampliamento del Laboratorio di Endoscopia. Il progetto mira ad aumentare la qualità e l'accessibilità dell'assistenza sanitaria nell'area ospedaliera. Il finanziamento dell'investimento avverrà sotto forma di prefinanziamento. Il funzionamento dell'ospedale è giustificato nel contesto delle mappe delle esigenze sanitarie, in linea con il documento programmatico. I servizi medici forniti dall'ospedale sono finanziati con fondi pubblici nell'ambito del contratto della NFZ. La durata di conservazione non è compromessa. (Italian)

En el marco del proyecto, se prevén actividades relacionadas con la adquisición de equipos y equipos médicos especializados para mejorar la calidad y accesibilidad de la asistencia sanitaria en la región, cumpliendo así el objetivo establecido en el Programa Nacional de Salud 2016-2020, adoptado por el Consejo de Ministros el 4 de agosto de 2016, a saber, ampliar la vida saludable, mejorar la salud y la calidad de vida asociada de la población y reducir las desigualdades sociales en materia de salud. El proyecto está en consonancia con el «Marco Estratégico Nacional para el Documento de Política Sanitaria 2014-2020» en el marco de las herramientas 13 y 14. Señala la mejora de la calidad de los servicios sanitarios efectivamente prestados de alto nivel, dotando a la institución de equipos y equipos médicos especializados, que serán 100 % utilizados para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de enfermedades, entre otros: urológica, nefrológica, oncológica, neurológica, ortopédica — según el Documento de Política. La inversión en infraestructuras se apoyará mediante la compra de equipos modernos para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de enfermedades dentro del ámbito de la Clínica Especializada como parte de la atención especializada ambulatoria, en la Clínica de Atención Básica de Salud y Tratamiento Hospitalario, que están en línea con la demanda de servicios de salud condicionados a las tendencias demográficas dentro del ámbito de actividad del hospital. Las salas de la Clínica Especialista y el POZ también se modernizarán junto con la ampliación del Taller de Endoscopia. El proyecto tiene como objetivo aumentar la calidad y accesibilidad de la asistencia sanitaria en el área hospitalaria. La financiación de la inversión se realizará como pago de prefinanciación. El funcionamiento del hospital está justificado en el contexto de los mapas de necesidades de salud, ámbito de aplicación coherente con el documento de política. Los servicios médicos prestados por el Hospital se financian con fondos públicos en virtud del contrato de la NFZ. La vida útil no está comprometida. (Spanish)
