Projekt jest kompleksową odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby i problemy wynikające z braku ich zaspokojenia i obejmuje poprawę warunków i jakości życia mieszkańców Janowa Lubelskiego. Realizowany będzie na wyznaczonych w LPR obszarach rewit. Zadania ujęte w proj. mają na celu wywołanie jakościowej pozytywnej zmiany obszaru poprzez: 1. Rewitaliz. RYNKU wraz z budową budynku Dworca Autobusowego; 2. Rewit. Parku MISZTALEC; 3. Przeb. i rozbud. budynku gimnaz. przy ul. ogrodowej 25 na potrz. przedszkola; 4. Bud. parkingu ogólnodost. z placem wielofunkcyjnym przy ul. Świerdzowej dla hist. centrum handl.-usł.; 5. Dostosow. pomieszczeń OPS pod program SENIOR+. Wszystkie wymieniowe działania określone zostały w LPR jako priorytetowe a ich szczegółowa specyfikacja zawarta w opracowanej dokumentacji technicznej (w załączeniu). Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji oraz mieszkańcy spoza obszaru, turyści-projekt nie zakłada realokacji/przesiedlania mieszkańców z ob.rewitalizacji. Wskaźniki: Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach szt. 5, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społ./kult./turyst. będącej przedmiotem p. os/rok 10000, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnospraw. szt. 5, Liczba obiektów wspartych szt. 5; Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy . EPC 1; Powierzchnia obsz. obj. Rewit. 2,57ha. Celem proj.jest poprawa dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych, kulturalnych, turystycznych w obszarze rewitalizacji. (Polish)

The project is a comprehensive response to the identified needs and problems resulting from their failure to meet them and includes improving the conditions and quality of life of the inhabitants of Janów Lubelski. It will be implemented on the revital areas designated in the LPR. The objectives of the project are to trigger a qualitatively positive change in the area by: 1. It’s a revitalisation. Market with the construction of the Bus Station building; 2. It’s a Rewit. The Park MISZTALEC; 3. Alteration and extension of the gymnasium building at 25 garden street at the time of kindergarten; 4. Bud. general parking lot with multifunctional square at ul. The clerk for hist. sales centre-service; 5. Customise OPS rooms for SENIOR+. All listed actions are identified in the LPR as a priority and their detailed specification included in the technical documentation (attached). The target group consists of residents of the revitalisation area and residents from outside the area, tourists-project does not assume relocation/resettlement of residents from the area of revitalisation. Indicators: Number of infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas of pcs. 5, Number of persons using social infrastructure facilities/cult./tourist subject p. os/year 10000, Number of objects tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities. 5, Number of objects supported by pcs. 5. Il s’agit d’une réponse globale aux besoins et problèmes identifiés résultant de leur manque de satisfaction et comprend l’amélioration des conditions et de la qualité de vie des résidents de Janów Lubelski. Il sera mis en œuvre dans les domaines de REWIT désignés dans le LPR. Les tâches incluses dans le projet visent à déclencher un changement qualitatif positif dans le domaine en: 1. C’est une revitalisation. Le marché ainsi que la construction du bâtiment de la gare routière; 2. REWIT. Le parc MISZTALEC; 3. Transfert et extension du bâtiment du gymnase dans la rue 25 jardin pour la maternelle; 4. Bud. parking public avec place multifonctionnelle à ul. Świerdzowa pour son centre commercial; 5. Personnalisation des salles OPS pour le programme SENIOR+. Toutes ces actions sont identifiées comme prioritaires dans le RPT et leurs spécifications détaillées sont incluses dans la documentation technique (ci-jointe). Le groupe cible est les résidents de la région de revitalisation et les résidents de l’extérieur de la région, les touristes — le projet ne présuppose pas la réaffectation/réinstallation des résidents de la région de revitalisation. Das Projekt ist eine umfassende Antwort auf die ermittelten Bedürfnisse und Probleme, die sich aus ihrer mangelnden Zufriedenheit ergeben, und umfasst die Verbesserung der Lebensbedingungen und Lebensqualität der Bewohner von Janów Lubelski. Sie wird in den im LPR ausgewiesenen REWIT-Bereichen umgesetzt. Die im Projekt enthaltenen Aufgaben zielen darauf ab, eine qualitative positive Veränderung in diesem Bereich herbeizuführen, indem 1. Es ist eine Revitalisierung. Der Markt zusammen mit dem Bau des Busbahnhofsgebäudes; 2. REWIT. Der MISZTALEC-Park; 3. Transfer und Erweiterung des Gymnasiumsgebäudes in 25 Gartenstraße für Kindergarten; 4. Bud. öffentlicher Parkplatz mit multifunktionalen Platz bei ul. Świerdzowa für hist. Einkaufszentrum; 5. Anpassung der OPS-Räume für das SENIOR±Programm. Alle diese Maßnahmen werden in der LPR als vorrangig eingestuft, und ihre detaillierten Spezifikationen sind in der technischen Dokumentation (angehängt) enthalten. Zielgruppe sind Bewohner des Revitalisierungsgebiets und Bewohner von außerhalb des Gebiets, Touristen – das Projekt setzt nicht die Neuzuweisung/Umsiedlung von Bewohnern aus der Region der Revitalisierung voraus. Indikatoren: Anzahl der Infrastruktureinrichtungen in Revitalisierungsgebieten 5, Anzahl der Personen, die soziale/kulte/touristische Einrichtungen nutzen, vorbehaltlich p.p./Jahr 10000, Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen. 5, Anzahl der unterstützten Objekte pcs. 5; Zahl der neu geschaffenen Arbeitsplätze. Het project is een alomvattend antwoord op vastgestelde behoeften en problemen als gevolg van hun gebrek aan tevredenheid en omvat het verbeteren van de omstandigheden en de kwaliteit van leven van inwoners van Janów Lubelski. Het zal worden uitgevoerd op de gebieden van REWIT die in de LPR zijn aangewezen. De in het project opgenomen taken hebben tot doel een kwalitatieve positieve verandering op het gebied teweeg te brengen door: 1. Het is een revitalisatie. De markt samen met de bouw van het busstationgebouw; 2. IK WEET HET. Het MISZTALEC-park; 3. Overdracht en uitbreiding van het gymnasiumgebouw op 25 tuinstraat voor kleuterschool; 4. Bud. openbare parkeerplaats met multifunctioneel plein bij ul. Świerdzowa voor hist. winkelcentrum; 5. Aanpassing van OPS-zalen voor het SENIOR±programma. Al deze acties worden in de LPR als prioriteit aangemerkt en de gedetailleerde specificaties ervan zijn opgenomen in de technische documentatie (bijlage). De doelgroep is bewoners van het revitalisatiegebied en bewoners van buiten het gebied, toeristen-het project veronderstelt niet de herverdeling/hervestiging van bewoners uit de regio van revitalisatie. Il progetto è una risposta globale alle esigenze e ai problemi individuati derivanti dalla loro mancanza di soddisfazione e comprende il miglioramento delle condizioni e della qualità della vita dei residenti di Janów Lubelski. Sarà attuato nei settori di REWIT designati nell'LPR. I compiti inclusi nel progetto mirano a innescare un cambiamento qualitativo positivo nell'area: 1. È una rivitalizzazione. Il mercato insieme alla costruzione dell'edificio della stazione degli autobus; 2. RIPRODUCIAMO. Il Parco MISZTALEC; 3. Trasferimento e ampliamento dell'edificio palestra a 25 strada giardino per l'asilo; 4. Bud. parcheggio pubblico con piazza multifunzionale a ul. Świerdzowa per il centro commerciale ist.; 5. Personalizzazione delle sale OPS per il programma SENIOR+. Tutte queste azioni sono individuate come priorità nell'LPR e le relative specifiche dettagliate sono incluse nella documentazione tecnica (allegata). Il gruppo destinatario è costituito dai residenti dell'area di rivitalizzazione e dai residenti al di fuori dell'area, i turisti — il progetto non presuppone la riassegnazione/riinsediamento dei residenti dalla regione di rivitalizzazione. El proyecto es una respuesta integral a las necesidades y problemas identificados derivados de su falta de satisfacción e incluye la mejora de las condiciones y la calidad de vida de los residentes de Janów Lubelski. Se aplicará en las áreas de REWIT designadas en la LPR. Las tareas incluidas en el proyecto tienen por objeto desencadenar un cambio cualitativo positivo en la zona mediante: 1. Es una revitalización. El mercado junto con la construcción del edificio de la estación de autobuses; 2. DE NUEVO. El parque MISZTALEC; 3. Traslado y ampliación del edificio del gimnasio en la calle del jardín 25 para el jardín de infantes; 4. Bud. estacionamiento público con plaza multifuncional en UL. Świerdzowa para el centro comercial hist.; 5. Personalización de las salas OPS para el programa SENIOR+. Todas estas acciones se identifican como una prioridad en la LPR y sus especificaciones detalladas se incluyen en la documentación técnica (adjunta). El grupo destinatario son los residentes de la zona de revitalización y los residentes de fuera de la zona, turistas; el proyecto no presupone la reasignación o el reasentamiento de residentes de la región de revitalización. Indicadores: Número de instalaciones de infraestructura situadas en zonas revitalizadas 5, número de personas que utilizan servicios sociales/cultos/turismo sujetos a p.p./año 10000, Número de instalaciones adaptadas a las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad. 5, número de objetos soportados PC. 5; Número de puestos de trabajo de nueva creación.
