Celem ogólnym projektu dotyczy głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Łęcznej poprzez realizację działań mających na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej obiektu użyteczności publicznej - palcówki edukacyjnej. Cele główne projektu dotyczą: -obniżenia poziomu zużycia energii w sezonie grzewczym, wskutek braku odpowiedniej izolacji i ocieplenia budynku szkoły; -zmniejszenia zużycia ciepła na ogrzewanie budynku; -zmniejszenia kosztów ogrzewania w bud. objętym przedsięwzięciem usprawnienia energetycznego. Zadania w projekcie: przeprowadzenie prac/robót budowlanych dot. przedsięwzięcia termodernizacyjnego - ocieplenie budynku -ściany zewnętrzne z elewacją, stropodachy, wymianę stolarki okiennej/drzwiowej, wykonanie instalacji odgromowej; modernizację inst. wentylacji; c.o.; inst. elektrycznej; inst. elektrycznej; przewiduje się także usługi w zakresie nadzoru inwestorskiego w branżach: budowlanej, sanitarnej, elektrycznej, ornitologicznej; przewidziano realizację działań promocyjnych - tablica pamiątkowa oraz zaangażowanie kadry zarządzającej projektem. Cel ogólny projektu zostanie osiągnięty na poziomie wskaźników: I. Wskaźniki produktu: 1. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 1 szt.; 2. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji: 7929,98 m2; 3. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE: 1 szt.; 4. Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,02 [MWe]; II. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej: 4409 GJ/rok; 2. cd. wskaźników w piśmie przewodnim. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowią: - poziom instytucjonalny: Gmina Łęczna (Beneficjent projektu), Szkoła Podstawowa nr 2 (jednost. organizacyjna Beneficjenta-wsparcie przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcia) - poziom indywidualny: uczniowie, kadra nauczycielska, kadra kierownicza (bezpośrednio); rodzice, opiekunowie, mieszkańcy Gminy (pośrednio). The general objective of the project concerns a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the Elementary School No. 2 building in Łęczna through actions aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the public utility facility – educational fingering. The main objectives of the project are to: —lower energy consumption during the heating season due to lack of adequate insulation and warming of the school building; —reducing heat consumption for building heating; —reducing the cost of heating in the building covered by the energy improvement project. Tasks in the project: carrying out construction works/works on the Termodernisation project – insulation of the building – exterior walls with facade, stropodachy, replacement of window/door carpentry, lightning installation; modernisation of ventilation inst.; C.O.; electrical inst.; electrical inst.; investor supervision services are also foreseen in the following sectors: construction, sanitary, electrical, ornithological; the implementation of promotional activities – a commemorative plaque and the involvement of the project managers are foreseen. The overall objective of the project will be achieved at the level of indicators: I. Product Indicators: 1. Number of energy-efficient buildings: 1 pcs; 2. Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal upgrade: 7929,98 m²; 3. Number of RES generation units built: 1 pcs; 4. Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources: 0,02 [MWe]; II. Result indicators: 1. Amount of thermal energy saved: 4409 GJ/year; 2. cd. indicators in the theme letter. The target group in the project shall be: — institutional level: Łęczna commune (Beneficiant of the project), Primary School No 2 (organisational unit of the Beneficiary – support of the project) – individual level: pupils, teaching staff, managers (directly); parents, guardians, residents of the municipality (indirectly). L’objectif général du projet est de moderniser en profondeur et en profondeur la construction de l’école primaire no 2 à Łęczna grâce à la mise en œuvre de mesures visant à accroître l’efficacité énergétique de l’installation d’utilité publique — pédagogie. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts betrifft eine tiefgreifende, umfassende Energiemodernisierung des Gebäudes der Grundschule Nr. 2 in Łęczna durch die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz der öffentlichen Versorgungsanlage – pädagogisches Fingern. Die Hauptziele des Projekts sind: —Verringerung des Energieverbrauches während der Heizperiode, da das Schulgebäude nicht ausreichend isoliert und erwärmt wird; Verringerung des Wärmeverbrauchs für die Heizung des Gebäudes; Senkung der Heizkosten in den Gebäuden, die durch das Energieverbesserungsprojekt abgedeckt werden. Aufgaben im Projekt: Durchführung von Arbeiten/Werken im Zusammenhang mit dem Wärmedämmungsprojekt – Isolierung des Gebäudes – Außenwände mit Fassade, Renovierung, Austausch von Fenster-/Türtischarbeiten, Ausführung des Blitzsystems; Modernisierung der Lüftung; c.o.; elektrisch; elektrisch; Investitionsaufsichtsdienstleistungen in den folgenden Sektoren sind ebenfalls ins Auge gefasst: Bau, Sanitär, Elektrik, Ornithologie; es sind Werbemaßnahmen geplant – eine Gedenktafel und die Beteiligung von Projektmanagern. De algemene doelstelling van het project is een grondige, alomvattende energie-modernisering van het gebouw van Primary School nr. 2 in Łęczna door middel van maatregelen ter verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie van de openbare nutsvoorziening — onderwijsvinger. De belangrijkste doelstellingen van het project zijn: het energieverbruik tijdens het verwarmingsseizoen verlagen als gevolg van het gebrek aan adequate isolatie en opwarming van het schoolgebouw; —verminder het warmteverbruik voor de verwarming van het gebouw; —verlaag de verwarmingskosten in de gebouwen die onder het energieverbeteringsproject vallen. Taken in het project: het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden/werkzaamheden in verband met het thermische isolatieproject — isolatie van het gebouw — buitenmuren met gevel, renovatie, vervanging van raam/deurschrijnwerk, uitvoering van bliksemsysteem; modernisering van de ventilatie; c.o.; elektrisch; elektrisch; ook diensten op het gebied van toezicht op investeringen in de volgende sectoren worden overwogen: bouw, sanitair, elektrisch, ornithologisch; promotieactiviteiten zijn gepland — een gedenkbord en de betrokkenheid van projectmanagers. L'obiettivo generale del progetto riguarda una profonda e completa modernizzazione energetica dell'edificio della scuola primaria n. 2 a Łęczna attraverso l'attuazione di misure volte ad aumentare l'efficienza energetica dell'impianto di pubblica utilità — diteggiatura didattica. Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono: —diminuire il livello di consumo energetico durante la stagione di riscaldamento, a causa della mancanza di un adeguato isolamento e riscaldamento dell'edificio scolastico; ridurre il consumo di calore per il riscaldamento dell'edificio; —ridurre i costi di riscaldamento negli edifici coperti dal progetto di miglioramento energetico. Compiti del progetto: realizzazione di lavori/lavori relativi al progetto di isolamento termico — isolamento dell'edificio — pareti esterne con facciata, ristrutturazione, sostituzione di finestre/porte falegnameria, esecuzione di un sistema di fulmini; ammodernamento della ventilazione; c.a.; elettrico; elettrico; sono previsti anche servizi di vigilanza sugli investimenti nei seguenti settori: costruzioni, sanitarie, elettriche, ornitologiche; sono previste attività promozionali — una bacheca commemorativa e il coinvolgimento dei responsabili di progetto. El objetivo general del proyecto se refiere a una modernización energética profunda y completa del edificio de la Escuela Primaria n.º 2 en Łęczna mediante la aplicación de medidas destinadas a aumentar la eficiencia energética de la instalación de servicios públicos — digitación educativa. Los principales objetivos del proyecto son: —disminuir el nivel de consumo de energía durante la temporada de calefacción, debido a la falta de aislamiento y calentamiento adecuados del edificio escolar; —reducir el consumo de calor para la calefacción del edificio; reducir los costes de calefacción en los edificios cubiertos por el proyecto de mejora energética. Tareas en el proyecto: realización de obras/obras relativas al proyecto de aislamiento térmico — aislamiento del edificio — paredes exteriores con fachada, renovación, sustitución de carpintería de ventanas/puertas, ejecución del sistema de rayos; modernización de la ventilación; c.o.; electricidad; electricidad; también se prevén servicios de supervisión de las inversiones en los siguientes sectores: construcción, sanitaria, eléctrica, ornitológica; se planifican actividades de promoción: una junta conmemorativa y la participación de los directores de proyectos.
