Celem głównym projektu jest usprawnienie działania systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi w województwie lubelskim poprzez rozbudowę i wyposażenie RIPOK. Realizacja ww. celu możliwa będzie poprzez osiągnięcie celów szczegółowych, tj.: - Ochrona środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie efektywności odzysku i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych - Zwiększenie mocy przerobowych systemu zagospodarowania odpadów województwa lubelskiego W projekcie zaangażowanych zostało 7 podmiotów: PGK z o. o. z siedzibą w Biłgoraju (pełni rolę Lidera), ZZO MZC Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Włodawie, PGO Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Chełmie, ZUK Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Puławach, ZZOK w Adamkach k. Radzynia Podlaskiego Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Radzyniu Podlaskim, MSOK "KRAS-EKO" Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Wincentowie, PGKIM Łęczna Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Łęcznej. Projekt obejmuje swoim zakresem zadania ukierunkowane na poprawę gospodarowania odpadami na obszarze województwa lubelskiego, w szczególności przyczyni się do zapobiegania nadmiernej ilości powstawania odpadów, efektywnego zbierania, wstępnego magazynowania, przetwarzania oraz w dalszej kolejności odzysku czy unieszkodliwiania. Projekt obejmuje obszar województwa lubelskiego. Rezultaty będą miały charakter ponadlokalny i regionalny. Korzystać będą mieszkańcy regionów: Południowego, Centralno-Wschodniego, Północno - Zachodniego, Południowo - Zachodniego, Chełma, Puław, oraz w pewnym zakresie całego województwa. Z rezultatów projektu korzystać będą zarówno mieszkańcy gmin ujętych w systemie poszczególnych partnerów projektu jak również rolnicy (w zakresie zagospodarowania kompostu) i przedsiębiorcy. Rezultatami realizacji inwestycji będzie m.in.: - Wzrost możliwości przerobowych zakładów w zakresie recyklingu odpadów o około 30 050 Mg, - Wzrost możliwości przerobowych zagospodarowania odpadów zakładów o około 51 200 Mg, - Wskaźnik liczby osób objętych systemem zagospodarowania odpadów na poziomie około 835 084 osób. The main objective of the project is to improve the operation of the municipal waste management system in Lubelskie voivodship through the development and equipment of RIPOK. It will be possible to achieve this objective by achieving the specific objectives, i.e.: — Environmental protection by increasing the efficiency of recovery and recycling of municipal waste – Increasing the capacity of the waste management system of Lubelskie Voivodship The project involved 7 entities: PGK z o. o. with its registered office in Biłgoraj (she fulfils the role of Leader), zzo Mzc Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Włodava, PGO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Chełm, ZUK Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Puławy, ZZOK in Adamki near Radzynia Podlaski Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Radzyń Podlaski, MSOK The project covers tasks aimed at improving waste management in the Lubelskie Voivodship, in particular it will contribute to the prevention of excessive waste generation, efficient collection, pre-stocking, treatment and subsequent recovery or disposal. The project covers the area of Lubelskie Voivodeship. The results will be translocal and regional in nature. The region will benefit from: Southern, Central-East, North-Western, South-Western, Chełm, Puławy, and to some extent the entire voivodship. The results of the project will benefit both residents of communes included in the system of individual partners of the project as well as farmers (for compost development) and entrepreneurs. The results of the investment will include: — Increasing the recycling capacity of plants in the field of waste recycling by approximately 30 050 Mg, – Increasing the possibility of reprocessing plant waste by about 51 200 Mg, – Index of the number of persons covered by the waste management system at the level of around 835 084 people. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer le fonctionnement du système municipal de gestion des déchets dans la voïvodie de Lubelskie en étendant et en équipant le RIPOK. Le projet couvre des tâches visant à améliorer la gestion des déchets dans la voïvodie de Lubelskie, notamment pour prévenir la production excessive de déchets, la collecte efficace, le préentreposage, le traitement et la valorisation ou l’élimination ultérieures. Le projet couvre la région de la voïvodie de Lubelskie. Les résultats seront trans-local et régional. Les habitants des régions bénéficieront: Sud, Centre-Est, Nord-Ouest, Sud-Ouest, Chełm, Pulaw, et dans une certaine mesure la voïvodie entière. Les résultats du projet profiteront aux résidents des municipalités incluses dans le système des partenaires individuels du projet, ainsi qu’aux agriculteurs (dans le domaine de la gestion du compost) et aux entrepreneurs. Das Projekt umfasst das Gebiet der Woiwodschaft Lubelskie. Die Ergebnisse werden translokal und regional sein. Den Einwohnern der Regionen wird Folgendes zugute kommen: Süd-, Mittel-Ost-, Nordwest-, Süd-West-, Chełm, Pulaw und in gewissem Maße die gesamte Woiwodschaft. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts werden sowohl den Bewohnern der Gemeinden, die in das System der einzelnen Projektpartner einbezogen sind, als auch den Landwirten (im Bereich Kompostmanagement) und Unternehmern zugutekommen. Die Ergebnisse der Investition umfassen: — Kapazitätssteigerung der Abfallrecyclinganlagen um ca. 30 050 Mg, – Kapazitätserhöhung für die Abfallbewirtschaftung von Anlagen um ca. 51 200 Mg, – Index der Personen, die unter das Abfallbewirtschaftungssystem fallen, bei rund 835 084 Personen. Il progetto riguarda compiti volti a migliorare la gestione dei rifiuti nel voivodato di Lubelskie, in particolare per prevenire la produzione eccessiva di rifiuti, la raccolta efficiente, il pre-immagazzinamento, il trattamento e il successivo recupero o smaltimento. Il progetto riguarda l'area del voivodato di Lubelskie. I risultati saranno trans-locali e regionali. Gli abitanti delle regioni beneficeranno di: Sud, centro-orientale, nord-ovest, sud-occidentale, Chełm, Pulaw, e in una certa misura l'intero voivodato. I risultati del progetto andranno a beneficio sia dei residenti dei comuni inclusi nel sistema dei singoli partner del progetto, sia degli agricoltori (nel settore della gestione del compost) e degli imprenditori. I risultati dell'investimento comprenderanno: — Aumento della capacità degli impianti di riciclaggio dei rifiuti di circa 30 050 Mg, — Aumento della capacità di gestione dei rifiuti degli impianti di circa 51 200 Mg, — Indice delle persone coperte dal sistema di gestione dei rifiuti a circa 835 084 persone. El proyecto abarca la zona del voivodato de Lubelskie. Los resultados serán translocales y regionales. Los habitantes de las regiones se beneficiarán de: Sur, centro-este, noroeste, sudoccidental, Chełm, Pulaw y, en cierta medida, todo el voivodato. Los resultados del proyecto beneficiarán tanto a los residentes de los municipios incluidos en el sistema de socios individuales del proyecto, como a los agricultores (en el ámbito de la gestión del compost) y a los empresarios.
