Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności FOS-Design poprzez inwestycję w wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w zakresie wytwarzania płyt z odpadów opakowaniowych w meblarstwie. Idea wytworzenia ekologicznego materiału do wykorzystania w meblach jest pomysłem właścicieli spółki, którzy wraz ze swoimi pracownikami przeprowadzili wstępne badania w zakresie możliwości uzyskania płyty z surowców powstałych w wyniku recyklingu odpadów opakowaniowych. Zakupione wyniki prac B+R potwierdzają, iż możliwe jest wytwarzanie tego typu płyt i że jest to nowość na skalę światową. Realizacja projektu zostanie zrealizowana poprzez realizację dwóch zadań. Pierwszym są prace budowlane mające na celu poprawę warunków lokalowych firmy, co umożliwi jej rozwój i poprawę warunków pracy. Drugie zadanie to zakup środków trwałych - w pełni automatycznych maszyn i urządzeń umożliwiających wytworzenie i pełną obróbkę nowego surowca (prasa, szlifierka, okleiniarka, piła formatowa, centrum obróbcze CNC), zakup oprogramowania do projektowania oraz zakup systemu centralnego odpylania, podnoszącego wydajność poprzez poprawę warunków pracy, co przełoży się na większą produktywność i tym samym, konkurencyjność firmy. Grupą docelową, do której firma kieruje swój wyrób są klienci indywidualni i instytucjonalni, poszukujący nowoczesnych, solidnie wykonanych mebli, które jednocześnie wyróżnia fakt użycia ekologicznego, innowacyjnego na światową skalę elementu jakim jest płyta z odpadów. Głównym odbiorcą, na którym chce się skupiać Wnioskodawca są jednak przedszkola i żłobki, odbiorcy mebli z serii locomoco, które stanowią dla firmy priorytet działalności i których eksport firma planuje rozpocząć. W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki rezultatu: wzrost zatrudnienia (2 EPC), innowacja produktowa (1), przychody w I. roku po zakończeniu (500tys zł), wdrożone wyniki B+R (1) i wsk. produktu - wsparte przedsiębiorstwo (1), inwestycje prywatne (897378,47 zł), dostosowane obiekty (1). The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of FOS-Design by investing in implementation of R & D results in the production of packaging waste boards in furniture. The idea of creating ecological material for use in furniture is an idea of the company’s owners, who, together with their employees, carried out preliminary studies on the possibility of obtaining a board from raw materials resulting from recycling of packaging waste. The purchased results of R & D work confirm that it is possible to produce this type of plates and that it is a novelty on a global scale. The implementation of the project will be carried out through two tasks. The first is construction works aimed at improving the company’s premises, which will enable it to develop and improve working conditions. The second task is to purchase fixed assets – fully automatic machines and equipment enabling the production and full processing of the new raw material (press, grinder, edgebander, format saw, CNC machining center), purchase of design software and purchase of a central dust removal system that improves productivity by improving working conditions, which will result in increased productivity and thus competitiveness of the company. The target group to which the company directs its product are individual and institutional customers, looking for modern, well-made furniture, which at the same time distinguishes the fact of the use of an ecological, innovative on a global scale element such as waste board. The main recipient on which the applicant wants to focus are, however, kindergartens and nurseries, recipients of locomoco furniture, which are a priority for the company’s activities and whose export the company plans to start. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité et l’innovation de FOS-Design en investissant dans la mise en œuvre des résultats de la R & D dans la production de planches à partir de déchets d’emballages dans les meubles. L’idée de produire des matériaux écologiques destinés à être utilisés dans les meubles est l’idée des propriétaires de l’entreprise, qui, avec leurs employés, ont réalisé des études préliminaires sur la possibilité d’obtenir le carton à partir de matières premières résultant du recyclage des déchets d’emballages. Les résultats achetés des travaux de R & D confirment qu’il est possible de produire ce type de planche et qu’il s’agit d’une nouveauté à l’échelle mondiale. La mise en œuvre du projet se fera par l’exécution de deux tâches. Le premier concerne les travaux de construction visant à améliorer les locaux de l’entreprise, ce qui lui permettra de développer et d’améliorer les conditions de travail. La deuxième tâche est l’achat d’actifs fixes — machines et équipements entièrement automatiques pour la production et le traitement complet de nouvelles matières premières (presse, meuleuse, placage, scie de format, centre d’usinage CNC), l’achat de logiciels pour la conception et l’achat d’un système de dépoussiérage central, augmentant l’efficacité en améliorant les conditions de travail, ce qui se traduira par une productivité plus élevée et donc la compétitivité de l’entreprise. Le groupe cible vers lequel l’entreprise dirige son produit sont des clients individuels et institutionnels à la recherche d’un mobilier moderne et solide, qui distingue en même temps le fait d’utiliser un élément écologique et innovant à l’échelle mondiale, c’est-à-dire un panneau de déchets. Toutefois, le principal destinataire sur lequel la requérante souhaite se concentrer sont les jardins d’enfants et les crèches, les bénéficiaires de mobilier locomoco, qui constituent une priorité pour l’entreprise et dont l’exportation prévoit de démarrer. Le projet permettra d’obtenir des indicateurs de résultats: croissance de l’emploi (2 ETP), innovation de produits (1), chiffre d’affaires au cours de la première année suivant l’achèvement (500 000 PLN), résultats de la R-D mis en œuvre (1) et indice des produits — entreprises soutenues (1), investissements privés (897378,47 PLN), installations adaptées (1). Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovation von FOS-Design zu steigern, indem in die Umsetzung von F & E-Ergebnissen in die Herstellung von Kartons aus Verpackungsabfällen in Möbeln investiert wird. Die Idee, ökologisches Material für den Einsatz in Möbeln herzustellen, ist die Idee der Eigentümer des Unternehmens, die zusammen mit ihren Mitarbeitern erste Studien zur Möglichkeit der Gewinnung von Karton aus Rohstoffen durchgeführt haben, die sich aus dem Recycling von Verpackungsabfällen ergeben. Die erworbenen Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeiten bestätigen, dass es möglich ist, diese Art von Bord herzustellen, und dass es sich um eine Neuheit auf globaler Ebene handelt. Die Durchführung des Projekts erfolgt durch die Durchführung von zwei Aufgaben. Die erste ist die Bauarbeiten zur Verbesserung der Räumlichkeiten des Unternehmens, die es ermöglichen, die Arbeitsbedingungen zu entwickeln und zu verbessern. Het doel van het project is het concurrentievermogen en de innovatie van FOS-Design te vergroten door te investeren in de implementatie van O & O-resultaten in de productie van platen uit verpakkingsafval in meubilair. Het idee om ecologisch materiaal te produceren voor gebruik in meubelen is het idee van de eigenaren van het bedrijf, die samen met hun medewerkers voorbereidende studies hebben uitgevoerd naar de mogelijkheid om aan boord te komen van grondstoffen die het resultaat zijn van de recycling van verpakkingsafval. De aangekochte resultaten van O & O-werkzaamheden bevestigen dat het mogelijk is dit soort borden te produceren en dat het een nieuwigheid op wereldschaal is. De uitvoering van het project zal worden uitgevoerd door de uitvoering van twee taken. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare la competitività e l'innovazione di FOS-Design investendo nella realizzazione di risultati di R & S nella produzione di pannelli da rifiuti di imballaggio in mobili. L'idea di produrre materiale ecologico da utilizzare nei mobili è l'idea dei proprietari dell'azienda, che insieme ai loro dipendenti hanno effettuato studi preliminari sulla possibilità di ottenere bordo da materie prime derivanti dal riciclaggio dei rifiuti di imballaggio. I risultati acquisiti del lavoro di R & S confermano che è possibile produrre questo tipo di scheda e che si tratta di una novità su scala globale. L'attuazione del progetto sarà effettuata mediante l'esecuzione di due compiti. Il primo riguarda i lavori di costruzione volti a migliorare i locali dell'impresa, che le consentiranno di sviluppare e migliorare le condizioni di lavoro. Il secondo compito è l'acquisto di immobilizzazioni — macchine e attrezzature completamente automatiche per la produzione e la lavorazione completa di nuove materie prime (pressa, smerigliatrice, impiallacciatura, formato sega, centro di lavorazione CNC), l'acquisto di software per la progettazione e l'acquisto di un sistema centrale di depolverazione, aumentando l'efficienza migliorando le condizioni di lavoro, che si tradurrà in una maggiore produttività e quindi la competitività dell'azienda. I destinatari a cui l'azienda dirige il proprio prodotto sono clienti individuali e istituzionali alla ricerca di mobili moderni e solidamente realizzati, che al tempo stesso distingue il fatto di utilizzare un elemento ecologico, innovativo su scala globale, che è una scheda rifiuti. Tuttavia, il destinatario principale su cui il richiedente vuole concentrarsi sono asili e vivai, destinatari di mobili locomoco, che sono una priorità per l'azienda e la cui esportazione l'azienda prevede di iniziare. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar la competitividad y la innovación del diseño FOS mediante la inversión en la implementación de resultados de I+D en la producción de tableros a partir de residuos de envases en muebles. La idea de producir material ecológico para uso en muebles es la idea de los propietarios de la empresa, que junto con sus empleados realizaron estudios preliminares sobre la posibilidad de obtener tablero de materias primas resultantes del reciclado de residuos de envases. Los resultados adquiridos del trabajo de I+D confirman que es posible producir este tipo de tablero y que es una novedad a escala mundial. La ejecución del proyecto se llevará a cabo mediante la ejecución de dos tareas. El primero es el trabajo de construcción para mejorar las instalaciones de la empresa, lo que le permitirá desarrollar y mejorar las condiciones de trabajo. La segunda tarea es la compra de activos fijos — máquinas y equipos totalmente automáticos para la producción y procesamiento completo de nuevas materias primas (prensa, amoladora, chapa, sierra de formato, centro de mecanizado CNC), la compra de software para el diseño y la compra de un sistema central de desempolvado, aumentando la eficiencia mediante la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo, lo que se traducirá en una mayor productividad y por lo tanto la competitividad de la empresa. El grupo destinatario al que la empresa dirige su producto son clientes individuales e institucionales que buscan muebles modernos y sólidos, que al mismo tiempo distinguen el hecho de utilizar un elemento ecológico e innovador a escala mundial, que es un tablero de residuos. Sin embargo, el principal destinatario en el que el solicitante quiere centrarse son los jardines de infancia y guarderías, los receptores de muebles de locomoco, que son una prioridad para la empresa y cuya exportación tiene previsto comenzar.
