Podstawowe cele projektu to: I/ Zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wdrożenie i komercjalizację wyników prac B+R poprzez uruchomienie innowacyjnych metod regeneracji wałów korbowych i bloków silników spalinowych. Innowacja produktową jest wprowadzenie na rynek nowej usłudze Regeneracji podzespołu silnika wał/blok. Wprowadzone technologie regeneracji wału korbowego oraz bloku silnika, podnoszą skuteczność pracy tego silnika oraz redukują ryzyko ponownego uszkodzenia silnika w wyniku zerwania filmu olejowego pomiędzy łożyskiem ślizgowym a wałem korbowym. Realizacja projektu możliwa będzie poprzez wdrożenie opracowanych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R oraz inwestycje związane z zakupem środków trwałych niezbędnych do świadczenie nowych usług. II/ Wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy na rynku krajowym i zagranicznym. III/ Pozyskanie nowych dla przedsiębiorstwa rynków zbytu (Polska - nowi kontrahenci oraz Czechy - nowy rynek zbytu). IV/ Wzrost przychodów i zysków, które zostaną przeznaczone na kolejne projekty badawcze oraz ich komercjalizację V/ Utrzymanie miejsc pracy oraz utworzenie nowych stanowisk w innowacyjnej polskiej firmie motoryzacyjnej. Wdrażanie wyników badań będzie prowadzone z udziałem jednostek nauko - badawczych, dzięki czemu nastąpi zacieśnienie współpracy pomiędzy przedsiębiorcą a ośrodkami badawczymi. (Polish)

The main objectives of the project are: I/Increase the company’s competitiveness through the implementation and commercialisation of R & D results by launching innovative crankshafts and engine blocks. Product innovation is the launch of a new shaft/block engine subassembly service. The introduced crankshaft and engine block regeneration technologies increase the efficiency of the engine and reduce the risk of engine damage by breaking the oil film between the sliding bearing and the crankshaft. Implementation of the project will be possible through the implementation of R & D works developed by the Applicant and investments related to the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the provision of new services. II/Increased competitiveness of the applicant on the domestic and foreign markets. III/Acquiring new markets for the company (Poland – new contractors and the Czech Republic – a new outlet market). IV/Increase of revenues and profits, which will be allocated to subsequent research projects and their commercialisation V/Maining of jobs and the creation of new posts in an innovative Polish automotive company. Implementation of research results will be carried out with the participation of science-research units, so that cooperation between the entrepreneur and research centres will be strengthened. Les principaux objectifs du projet sont les suivants: I/Améliorer la compétitivité de l’entreprise en mettant en œuvre et en commercialisant les résultats des travaux de R & D en lançant des méthodes innovantes de régénération des vilebrequins et des blocs de moteurs à combustion. L’innovation produit est le lancement d’un nouvel arbre/bloc d’entretien de la régénération des composants du moteur. Les technologies introduites pour la régénération du vilebrequin et du bloc moteur augmentent l’efficacité de ce moteur et réduisent à nouveau le risque d’endommager le moteur en raison de la rupture du film d’huile entre le palier coulissant et le vilebrequin. La mise en œuvre du projet sera possible grâce à la mise en œuvre de travaux de R & D développés par la requérante et d’investissements liés à l’achat d’immobilisations nécessaires à la fourniture de nouveaux services. II/Améliorer la compétitivité de l’entreprise de la requérante sur les marchés intérieur et étranger. III/Acquisition de nouveaux débouchés pour l’entreprise (Pologne — nouveaux contractants et République tchèque — nouveau marché). IV/Augmentation des recettes et des bénéfices à affecter à d’autres projets de recherche et à leur commercialisation V/Conservation des emplois et création de nouveaux postes dans une entreprise automobile polonaise innovante. La mise en œuvre des résultats de la recherche sera réalisée avec la participation d’unités scientifiques et de recherche, ce qui renforcera la coopération entre les entrepreneurs et les centres de recherche. Die Hauptziele des Projekts sind: I/Erhöhung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens durch Umsetzung und Vermarktung der Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeit durch Einführung innovativer Verfahren zur Regeneration von Kurbelwellen und Verbrennungsmotorenblöcken. Produktinnovation ist die Einführung einer neuen Motorkomponenten-Regenerationswelle/Block. Eingeführte Technologien zur Regeneration von Kurbelwelle und Motorblock erhöhen die Effizienz dieses Motors und reduzieren das Risiko von Motorschäden durch Ölfolienbruch zwischen Gleitlager und Kurbelwelle. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird durch die Durchführung der vom Antragsteller entwickelten FuE-Arbeiten und durch Investitionen im Zusammenhang mit dem Erwerb von Anlagegütern, die für die Erbringung neuer Dienstleistungen erforderlich sind, möglich sein. II/Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens des Antragstellers auf dem Inlands- und Auslandsmarkt. III/Erwerb neuer Absatzmärkte für das Unternehmen (Polen – neue Auftragnehmer und Tschechische Republik – neuer Markt). IV/Erhöhung der Einnahmen und Gewinne für weitere Forschungsprojekte und deren Kommerzialisierung V/Erhaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Schaffung neuer Positionen in einem innovativen polnischen Automobilunternehmen. Die Umsetzung der Forschungsergebnisse erfolgt unter Beteiligung von wissenschaftlichen und Forschungseinheiten, die die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Unternehmern und Forschungszentren stärken werden. De belangrijkste doelstellingen van het project zijn: I/Verbeter het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf door de implementatie en commercialisering van de resultaten van O & O-werkzaamheden door het lanceren van innovatieve methoden voor de regeneratie van krukasjes en verbrandingsmotorenblokken. Productinnovatie is de lancering van een nieuwe motorcomponent regeneratie service as/blok. Geïntroduceerde technologieën voor regeneratie van krukas en motorblok verhogen de efficiëntie van deze motor en verminderen het risico op motorschade opnieuw als gevolg van het breken van de oliefilm tussen het glijdende lager en de krukas. De uitvoering van het project zal mogelijk zijn door de uitvoering van door de aanvrager ontwikkelde O & O-werkzaamheden en investeringen in verband met de aankoop van vaste activa die nodig zijn voor het verlenen van nieuwe diensten. II/Verbeter het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming van de aanvrager op de binnenlandse en buitenlandse markten. III/Aankoop van nieuwe afzetmogelijkheden voor het bedrijf (Polen — nieuwe aannemers en Tsjechië — nieuwe markt). IV/Verhoging van inkomsten en winsten toe te wijzen aan verdere onderzoeksprojecten en hun commercialisering V/Behoud van banen en het scheppen van nieuwe posities in een innovatief Pools automobielbedrijf. De uitvoering van de onderzoeksresultaten zal worden uitgevoerd in samenwerking met wetenschappelijke en onderzoekseenheden, die de samenwerking tussen de ondernemer en de onderzoekscentra zullen versterken. Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono: Aumentare la competitività dell'azienda realizzando e commercializzando i risultati delle attività di R & S lanciando metodi innovativi di rigenerazione di alberi a gomito e blocchi di motori a combustione. L'innovazione del prodotto è il lancio di un nuovo albero/blocco di servizio di rigenerazione componente motore. Le tecnologie introdotte per la rigenerazione dell'albero motore e del blocco motore aumentano l'efficienza di questo motore e riducono di nuovo il rischio di danni al motore a causa della rottura della pellicola di olio tra il cuscinetto scorrevole e l'albero motore. L'attuazione del progetto sarà possibile attraverso l'attuazione dei lavori di R & S sviluppati dal richiedente e gli investimenti relativi all'acquisto di immobilizzazioni necessarie per la fornitura di nuovi servizi. II/Aumentare la competitività dell'impresa del richiedente sui mercati nazionali ed esteri. III/Acquisizione di nuovi sbocchi di mercato per l'impresa (Polonia — nuovi imprenditori e Repubblica ceca — nuovo mercato). IV/Aumento delle entrate e degli utili da destinare a ulteriori progetti di ricerca e alla loro commercializzazione V/Conservazione di posti di lavoro e creazione di nuove posizioni in una società automobilistica polacca innovativa. L'attuazione dei risultati della ricerca sarà effettuata con la partecipazione di unità scientifiche e di ricerca, che rafforzeranno la cooperazione tra l'imprenditore e i centri di ricerca. Los principales objetivos del proyecto son: I/Aumentar la competitividad de la empresa mediante la implementación y comercialización de los resultados del trabajo de I+D mediante el lanzamiento de métodos innovadores de regeneración de cigüeñales y bloques de motores de combustión. La innovación del producto es el lanzamiento de un nuevo eje/bloque de servicio de regeneración de componentes del motor. Las tecnologías introducidas para la regeneración del cigüeñal y el bloque del motor aumentan la eficiencia de este motor y reducen de nuevo el riesgo de daños en el motor debido a la rotura de la película de aceite entre el rodamiento deslizante y el cigüeñal. La ejecución del proyecto será posible mediante la ejecución de obras de I+D desarrolladas por el solicitante y las inversiones relacionadas con la compra de activos fijos necesarios para la prestación de nuevos servicios. II) Aumentar la competitividad de la empresa del solicitante en los mercados nacional y extranjero. III/Adquisición de nuevas salidas de mercado para la empresa (Polonia — nuevos contratistas y República Checa — nuevo mercado). IV/Incremento de los ingresos y beneficios que se asignarán a nuevos proyectos de investigación y su comercialización V/Conservación de puestos de trabajo y creación de nuevos puestos en una innovadora empresa polaca de automoción. La aplicación de los resultados de la investigación se llevará a cabo con la participación de unidades científicas y de investigación, lo que reforzará la cooperación entre el empresario y los centros de investigación.
