Projekt zakłada wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych we własnym zakresie prac B+R, poprzez zakup i uruchomienie nowoczesnej, innowacyjnej linii technologicznej przeznaczonej do wytwarzania wysokiej jakości elementów ogrodzeń zewnętrznych. Efekty projektu przyczynia się do realizacji: - celu Osi 3 RPO WL w priorytecie inwestycyjnym 3a Konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstw - Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP oraz w 3c Wspieranie tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług - Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w MŚP - celów szczegółowych poddziałania 3.7 Wzrost konkurencyjności MŚP, ponieważ dzięki realizacji projektu Siatpol będzie konkurował na rynkach unikalnymi pod względem właściwości i innowacyjnymi produktami. Innowacyjna technologia, której wdrożenie jest główną osią tego projektu inwestycyjnego zostanie wdrożona w następujących etapach: 1.zaprojektowanie przez Zespół powołany do realizacji zadnia inwestycyjnego, ciągu technologicznego niezbędnego do realizacji celów projektu, 2.przeprowadzenie procedury wyboru dostawców nabywanych środków trwałych, 3.zakup elementów linii technologicznej służącej do realizacji inwestycji, w skład linii wchodzą elementy wyszczególnione w harmonogramie rzeczowo - finansowym czyli malarnia proszkowa wraz z wyposażeniem oraz zgrzewarka wraz z wyposażeniem, 4.integracja nabytych środków trwałych w ciąg technologiczny zgodnie w wymaganiami nowej technologii 5.testy oraz korekty ustawień nowego ciągu technologicznego 6.rozpoczęcie seryjnej produkcji znacząco ulepszonego produktu Planowanym efektem realizacji projektu jest znaczny wzrost żywotności, jakości oraz estetyki elementów produkowanychogrodzeń. Opisana w projekcie innowacyjna linia produkcyjna paneli ogrodzeniowych, furtek, bram i słupków znacznie podniesie konkurencyjność wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym, oraz europejskim dzięki temu, że umożliwi produkcję elementów ogrodzeń ze zwiększoną odpornością na warunki atmosferyczne. The project assumes the implementation of the results of R & D work carried out on its own, through the purchase and commissioning of a modern, innovative technological line designed to produce high-quality elements of external fences. The effects of the project contribute to the implementation of: — Axis 3 ROP WL in investment priority 3a Competitiveness of enterprises – Improved conditions for the development of SMEs and in 3c Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced capacity in product and service development – Increased use of innovation in SMEs – specific objectives of sub-measure 3.7 Increase the competitiveness of SMEs, as Siatpol will compete in markets unique in terms of properties and innovative products. Innovative technology, the implementation of which is the main axis of this investment project, will be implemented in the following stages: 1.design by the Team appointed to realise the investment day, the technological sequence necessary to achieve the objectives of the project, 2. carrying out the procedure for selecting suppliers of purchased fixed assets, 3.purchase of the elements of the technological line used to implement the investment, the line consists of elements specified in the actual – financial schedule, i.e. powder painting plant with equipment and welding equipment, 4.integration of acquired fixed assets into the technological sequence according to the requirements of the new technology 5. The innovative production line of fencing panels, gates, gates and posts described in the project will significantly increase the applicant’s competitiveness on the regional market and the European market thanks to the fact that it will enable the production of fencing elements with increased resistance to weather conditions. Le projet consiste à mettre en œuvre les résultats de ses propres travaux de R & D, en achetant et en lançant une ligne technologique moderne et innovante conçue pour produire des éléments de clôture externes de haute qualité. Les résultats du projet contribuent à la mise en œuvre: — objectif Axe 3 du ROP WL dans la priorité d’investissement 3a Compétitivité des entreprises — Meilleures conditions pour le développement des PME et 3c Soutenir la création et l’expansion de capacités avancées pour le développement de produits et de services — Application accrue de l’innovation dans les PME — Objectifs spécifiques de la sous-mesure 3.7 Accroître la compétitivité des PME, car par la mise en œuvre du projet SIATPOL sera concurrentielle sur des marchés uniques en termes de caractéristiques et de produits innovants. Les technologies innovantes, dont la mise en œuvre est l’axe principal de ce projet d’investissement, seront mises en œuvre aux étapes suivantes: 1.Design par l’équipe désignée pour mettre en œuvre la journée d’investissement, le cours technologique nécessaire pour atteindre les objectifs du projet, 2. la conduite de la procédure de sélection des fournisseurs d’actifs fixes achetés, 3. l’achat d’éléments de la ligne technologique pour la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, la ligne se compose d’éléments spécifiés dans le calendrier matériel et financier, c’est-à-dire la peinture en poudre ainsi que l’équipement et la machine à souder avec équipement, 4. l’intégration des actifs fixes achetés dans une séquence technologique conformément aux exigences de la nouvelle technologie 5.tests et ajustement des paramètres de la nouvelle séquence technologique 6.début de la production en série d’un produit considérablement amélioré L’effet prévu de la mise en œuvre du projet est une augmentation significative de la durée de service, qualité et esthétique des éléments des clôtures produites. La ligne de production innovante de panneaux de clôture, portes, portes et poteaux décrits dans le projet augmentera considérablement la compétitivité du candidat sur le marché régional, ainsi que sur le marché européen, grâce au fait qu’elle permettra la production d’éléments de clôture avec une résistance accrue aux intempéries. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Umsetzung der Ergebnisse eigener F & E-Arbeiten durch den Kauf und die Einführung einer modernen, innovativen Technologielinie, die auf die Herstellung hochwertiger externer Zaunelemente ausgelegt ist. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts tragen zur Umsetzung folgender Ziele bei: — Ziel Achse 3 der ROP WL in der Investitionspriorität 3a Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen – Bessere Bedingungen für die Entwicklung von KMU und 3c Förderung der Schaffung und des Ausbaus fortgeschrittener Kapazitäten für die Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen – verstärkte Anwendung von Innovation in KMU – Spezifische Ziele der Teilmaßnahme 3.7 Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von KMU, da durch die Durchführung des Projekts SIATPOL auf den einzigartigen Märkten in Bezug auf Merkmale und innovative Produkte konkurrieren wird. Innovative Technologien, deren Umsetzung die Hauptachse dieses Investitionsvorhabens darstellt, werden in folgenden Phasen umgesetzt: 1.Design durch das Team ernannt, um den Investitionstag, den technologischen Kurs notwendig, um die Ziele des Projekts zu erreichen, 2. Durchführung des Verfahrens für die Auswahl der Lieferanten von gekauften Anlagegütern, 3.der Kauf von Elementen der technologischen Linie für die Durchführung der Investition, die Linie besteht aus Elementen, die im Material und Finanzplan angegeben sind, d. h. Pulverlackierung zusammen mit Ausrüstung und Schweißmaschine mit Ausrüstung, 4. Integration von erworbenen Anlagegütern in eine technologische Sequenz gemäß den Anforderungen der neuen Technologie 5.Tests und Anpassung der Einstellungen der neuen technologischen Sequenz 6. Beginn der Serienproduktion eines deutlich verbesserten Produkts Der geplante Effekt der Projektdurchführung ist eine erhebliche Steigerung der Lebensdauer, Qualität und Ästhetik der Elemente der hergestellten Zaun. Die im Projekt beschriebene innovative Produktionslinie von Zaunpaneelen, Toren, Toren und Pfosten wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Antragstellers sowohl auf dem regionalen Markt als auch auf dem europäischen Markt deutlich steigern, da sie die Herstellung von Fechtenelementen mit erhöhter Witterungsbeständigkeit ermöglichen wird. Het project omvat de uitvoering van de resultaten van eigen O & O-werkzaamheden, door de aankoop en lancering van een moderne, innovatieve technologische lijn die is ontworpen om hoogwaardige externe schermelementen te produceren. De resultaten van het project dragen bij tot de uitvoering van: — doelstelling 3 van het ROP WL inzake investeringsprioriteit 3a Concurrentievermogen van ondernemingen — Betere voorwaarden voor de ontwikkeling van kmo’s en 3c Ondersteuning van de totstandbrenging en uitbreiding van geavanceerde capaciteiten voor de ontwikkeling van producten en diensten — Verhoogde toepassing van innovatie in het MKB — Specifieke doelstellingen van submaatregel 3.7 Verhoging van het concurrentievermogen van kmo’s, aangezien SIATPOL via de uitvoering van het project zal concurreren op markten die uniek zijn op het gebied van kenmerken en innovatieve producten. Innovatieve technologie, waarvan de uitvoering de hoofdas van dit investeringsproject is, zal in de volgende fasen worden geïmplementeerd: 1.Ontwerp door het Team aangewezen om de investeringsdag, de technologische cursus die nodig is om de doelstellingen van het project uit te voeren, 2. het uitvoeren van de procedure voor het selecteren van leveranciers van gekochte vaste activa, 3.de aankoop van elementen van de technologische lijn voor de uitvoering van de investering, de lijn bestaat uit elementen gespecificeerd in het materiële en financiële schema, d.w.z. poeder schilderen samen met apparatuur en lasmachine met apparatuur, 4.integratie van gekochte vaste activa in een technologische volgorde in overeenstemming met de eisen van de nieuwe technologie 5.tests en aanpassing van de instellingen van de nieuwe technologische sequentie 6.starten van de seriële productie van een aanzienlijk verbeterd product Het geplande effect van de projectuitvoering is een aanzienlijke toename van de levensduur, kwaliteit en esthetiek van elementen van de hekken geproduceerd. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione dei risultati delle proprie opere di R & S, acquistando e lanciando una linea tecnologica moderna e innovativa, progettata per produrre elementi di recinzione esterna di alta qualità. I risultati del progetto contribuiscono all'attuazione di: — obiettivo 3 del POR WL nella priorità d'investimento 3a Competitività delle imprese — Migliori condizioni per lo sviluppo delle PMI e 3c Sostenere la creazione e l'espansione di capacità avanzate per lo sviluppo di prodotti e servizi — Maggiore applicazione dell'innovazione nelle PMI — Obiettivi specifici della sottomisura 3.7 Aumentare la competitività delle PMI, poiché attraverso l'attuazione del progetto SIATPOL competerà su mercati unici in termini di caratteristiche e prodotti innovativi. Le tecnologie innovative, la cui realizzazione è l'asse principale di questo progetto di investimento, saranno attuate nelle seguenti fasi: 1.Design da parte del Team incaricato di implementare la giornata di investimento, il corso tecnologico necessario per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto, 2. condurre la procedura per la selezione dei fornitori di immobilizzazioni acquistate, 3. l'acquisto di elementi della linea tecnologica per la realizzazione dell'investimento, la linea è costituita da elementi specificati nel calendario materiale e finanziario, vale a dire verniciatura a polvere insieme a attrezzature e saldatrici con attrezzature, 4.integrazione di immobili acquistati in una sequenza tecnologica in conformità con le esigenze della nuova tecnologia 5.test e regolazione delle impostazioni della nuova sequenza tecnologica 6.avviare la produzione in serie di un prodotto significativamente migliorato L'effetto previsto della realizzazione del progetto è un significativo aumento della durata del servizio, qualità ed estetica degli elementi delle recinzioni prodotte. L'innovativa linea di produzione di pannelli per recinzioni, cancelli, cancelli e pali descritti nel progetto aumenterà notevolmente la competitività del richiedente sul mercato regionale, nonché sul mercato europeo, grazie al fatto che consentirà la produzione di elementi di scherma con maggiore resistenza agli agenti atmosferici. El proyecto implica la puesta en práctica de los resultados de las propias obras de I+D, mediante la adquisición y puesta en marcha de una línea tecnológica moderna e innovadora diseñada para producir elementos de cercado externos de alta calidad. Los resultados del proyecto contribuyen a la ejecución de: — objetivo 3 del ROP WL en la prioridad de inversión 3.a Competitividad de las empresas — Mejores condiciones para el desarrollo de las PYME y en 3c Apoyo a la creación y ampliación de capacidades avanzadas para el desarrollo de productos y servicios — Mayor aplicación de la innovación en las PYME — Objetivos específicos de la submedida 3.7 Aumentar la competitividad de las PYME, ya que mediante la ejecución del proyecto SIATPOL competirá en mercados únicos en términos de características y productos innovadores. La tecnología innovadora, cuya ejecución es el eje principal de este proyecto de inversión, se implementará en las siguientes etapas: 1.Diseño por el Equipo designado para implementar la jornada de inversión, el curso tecnológico necesario para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto, 2. la realización del procedimiento de selección de proveedores de activos fijos adquiridos, 3.la compra de elementos de la línea tecnológica para la implementación de la inversión, la línea consta de elementos especificados en el calendario material y financiero, es decir, pintura en polvo junto con equipo y soldadora con equipo, 4.integración de los activos fijos adquiridos en una secuencia tecnológica de acuerdo con los requisitos de la nueva tecnología 5.pruebas y ajuste de los ajustes de la nueva secuencia tecnológica 6. Comienzo de la producción en serie de un producto significativamente mejorado El efecto previsto de la ejecución del proyecto es un aumento significativo de la vida útil, calidad y estética de los elementos de las vallas producidas. La innovadora línea de producción de paneles de esgrima, puertas, portones y postes descritos en el proyecto aumentará significativamente la competitividad del solicitante en el mercado regional, así como en el mercado europeo, gracias a que permitirá la producción de elementos de cerca con una mayor resistencia a la intemperie.
