Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa Domu Seniora w miejscowości Kolumna w powiecie łaskim w województwie łódzkim wraz z zakupem wyposażenia niezbędnego do osiągnięcia celów realizowanego projektu. Podstawowym celem działalności Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Kolumnie będzie zaspokojenie potrzeb bytowych, opiekuńczych, terapeutycznych, społecznych i religijnych mieszkańców na poziomie wykraczającym poza obowiązujący standard. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi zapewnienie dostępu do niedrogich, wysokiej jakości usług społecznych odpowiadających potrzebom ich odbiorców oraz przyczyniających się do ograniczenia wykluczenia społecznego osób w podeszłym wieku oraz ich aktywizacji. Przedsięwzięcie wpłynie na rozwój opieki nad osobami starszymi oraz osobami starszymi z niepełnosprawnościami. Zadania w projekcie to: Roboty budowlane, Zakup wyposażenia, Nadzór inwestorski, Zarządzanie projektem, promocja projektu i oferty Wnioskodawcy, Szkolenia EFS. Efekty realizacji projektu – utworzenie 62 miejsc dla pensjonariuszy: mężczyzn i kobiet, w pokojach jedno i dwu osobowych oraz apartamentach, przy zatrudnieniu 32 osób. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej - Stowarzyszeniem Amazonek Łask-Kolumna. Dom Pomocy Społecznej Kolumna oraz przy wsparciu podmiotów świadczących opiekę lekarską i wsparcie socjalne – na zasadnie zawartych porozumień. Wnioskodawca zakłada, iż z uwagi na fakt, iż w regionie nie ma tego typu placówki, adresatami oferty będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy regionu, w dalszej kolejności mieszkańcy województwa i kraju. Projekt uwzględnia potrzeby terytorialne i trendy demograficzne, wynikające z faktu starzenia się społeczeństwa, poparte analizą potrzeb. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of the Senior House in Kolumna in Łaskie County, Łódź Voivodeship, together with the purchase of equipment necessary to achieve the objectives of the project. The primary objective of the Social Assistance Centre in the Column will be to meet the needs of living, caring, therapeutic, social and religious residents at a level exceeding the applicable standard. The implementation of the investment will provide access to affordable, high-quality social services that meet the needs of their customers and contribute to reducing the social exclusion and activation of the elderly. The project will affect the development of care for the elderly and the elderly with disabilities. The tasks of the project are: Construction, Equipment Purchase, Investor Oversight, Project Management, Project Promotion and Offers Applicants, ESF Training. Results of the project – creation of 62 places for pensioners: men and women, single and double rooms and apartments, with 32 people employed. The project will be implemented in partnership with the subject of social economy – Association of Amazons Łask-Column. The Column Social Assistance Centre and with the support of entities providing medical care and social support – on the basis of agreements concluded. The applicant assumes that due to the fact that there is no such facility in the region, the recipients of the offer will be mainly residents of the region, then residents of the voivodship and the country. L’objet du projet est la construction de la maison senior à Kolumna dans le comté de Łaskie, dans la voïvodie de Łódź, ainsi que l’achat de l’équipement nécessaire à la réalisation des objectifs du projet. L’objectif premier de la maison de protection sociale de la colonne sera de satisfaire les besoins des résidents en matière de vie, de soins, thérapeutiques, sociaux et religieux à un niveau supérieur à la norme applicable. L’investissement permettra l’accès à des services sociaux abordables et de qualité qui répondent aux besoins de leurs bénéficiaires et contribueront à réduire l’exclusion sociale et l’activation des personnes âgées. Le projet contribuera au développement des soins aux personnes âgées et aux personnes âgées handicapées. Les tâches du projet sont les suivantes: Travaux de construction, achat d’équipements, supervision des investisseurs, gestion de projet, promotion de projets et offre du demandeur, formation FSE. Résultats du projet — création de 62 places pour les résidents: hommes et femmes, dans des chambres et suites simples et doubles, avec 32 personnes occupées. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat avec l’entité de l’économie sociale — l’association Amazon Łask-Column. House of Social Welfare Colonn et avec le soutien d’entités fournissant des soins médicaux et un soutien social — sur la base d’accords dûment conclus. Le demandeur suppose qu’en raison de l’absence d’un tel établissement dans la région, l’offre sera principalement adressée aux résidents de la région, puis aux résidents de la province et du pays. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau des Senior House in Kolumna in der Woiwodschaft Łaskie, Woiwodschaft Łódź, zusammen mit dem Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung, um die Ziele des Projekts zu erreichen. Das primäre Ziel des Sozialen Wohlfahrtshauses in der Kolumne besteht darin, die Lebens-, Pflege-, therapeutischen, sozialen und religiösen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner auf einem Niveau zu befriedigen, das den geltenden Standard übersteigt. Die Investitionen werden den Zugang zu erschwinglichen, hochwertigen sozialen Dienstleistungen ermöglichen, die den Bedürfnissen ihrer Empfänger entsprechen und zur Verringerung der sozialen Ausgrenzung und Aktivierung älterer Menschen beitragen. Das Projekt wird zur Entwicklung der Betreuung älterer und älterer Menschen mit Behinderungen beitragen. Die Aufgaben im Projekt sind: Bauarbeiten, Beschaffung von Ausrüstung, Investorenaufsicht, Projektmanagement, Projektförderung und Angebot des Antragstellers, ESF-Schulung. Projektergebnisse – Schaffung von 62 Plätzen für Einwohner: Männer und Frauen, in Einzel- und Doppelzimmern und Suiten mit 32 Beschäftigten. Das Projekt wird in Partnerschaft mit der sozialwirtschaftlichen Einheit – dem Verband Amazon Łask-Column – durchgeführt. House of Social Welfare Column und mit Unterstützung von Einrichtungen, die medizinische Versorgung und soziale Unterstützung leisten – auf ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossenen Vereinbarungen. Der Antragsteller geht davon aus, dass das Angebot aufgrund des Fehlens einer solchen Niederlassung in der Region in erster Linie an Einwohner der Region, dann an Einwohner der Provinz und des Landes, gerichtet wird. Het doel van het project is de bouw van het Senior House in Kolumna in de provincie Łaskie, Łódź Voivodeship, samen met de aankoop van de apparatuur die nodig is om de doelstellingen van het project te bereiken. Het hoofddoel van het Sociaal Welzijnshuis in de kolom is te voorzien in de woon-, zorg-, therapeutische, sociale en religieuze behoeften van bewoners op een niveau dat de toepasselijke norm overschrijdt. De taken in het project zijn: Bouwwerkzaamheden, aankoop van apparatuur, toezicht op investeerders, projectbeheer, projectpromotie en aanbod van aanvragers, ESF-opleiding. Projectresultaten — creatie van 62 plaatsen voor bewoners: mannen en vrouwen, in een- en tweepersoonskamers en suites, met 32 werknemers. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in samenwerking met de entiteit van de sociale economie — de vereniging Amazon Łask-Column. Kolom House of Social Welfare en met de steun van entiteiten die medische zorg en sociale ondersteuning verlenen — op naar behoren gesloten overeenkomsten. Verzoekster gaat ervan uit dat wegens het ontbreken van een dergelijke vestiging in de regio, het aanbod in de eerste plaats zal worden gericht tot inwoners van de regio, vervolgens tot inwoners van de provincie en van het land. L'oggetto del progetto è la costruzione della casa senior a Kolumna nella contea di Łaskie, voivodato di Łódź, unitamente all'acquisto delle attrezzature necessarie per conseguire gli obiettivi del progetto. L'obiettivo principale della Casa di previdenza sociale nella colonna sarà quello di soddisfare le esigenze di vita, di cura, terapeutiche, sociali e religiose dei residenti a un livello che superi lo standard applicabile. L'investimento consentirà l'accesso a servizi sociali di alta qualità e a prezzi accessibili che rispondano alle esigenze dei destinatari e contribuiscano a ridurre l'esclusione sociale e l'attivazione degli anziani. Il progetto contribuirà allo sviluppo dell'assistenza agli anziani e agli anziani con disabilità. I compiti del progetto sono: Lavori di costruzione, acquisto di attrezzature, supervisione degli investitori, gestione dei progetti, promozione del progetto e offerta del candidato, formazione FSE. Risultati del progetto — creazione di 62 posti per i residenti: uomini e donne, in camere singole e doppie e suite, con 32 persone occupate. Il progetto sarà attuato in partenariato con l'entità dell'economia sociale — l'associazione Amazon Łask-Column. El objeto del proyecto es la construcción de la Casa Senior en Kolumna en el condado de Łaskie, Voivodato de Łódz, junto con la compra de los equipos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto. El objetivo principal de la Casa de Bienestar Social de la Columna será satisfacer las necesidades de vida, cuidados, terapéuticas, sociales y religiosas de los residentes a un nivel que supere el nivel aplicable. La inversión permitirá el acceso a servicios sociales asequibles y de alta calidad que satisfagan las necesidades de sus beneficiarios y contribuyan a reducir la exclusión social y la activación de las personas de edad avanzada. El proyecto contribuirá al desarrollo de la atención a las personas mayores y las personas mayores con discapacidad. Las tareas del proyecto son: Obras de construcción, compra de equipos, supervisión de inversores, gestión de proyectos, promoción de proyectos y oferta del solicitante, formación del FSE. Resultados del proyecto — creación de 62 plazas para residentes: hombres y mujeres, en habitaciones individuales y dobles y suites, con 32 personas empleadas. El proyecto se ejecutará en asociación con la entidad de economía social — la Asociación Amazonia Łask-Column. Columna de la Casa de Bienestar Social y con el apoyo de entidades que prestan atención médica y apoyo social — en acuerdos debidamente concertados. El solicitante supone que, debido a que no existe tal establecimiento en la región, la oferta se dirigirá principalmente a los residentes de la región, luego a los residentes de la provincia y del país.
