Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego w Woli Krzysztoporskiej poprzez kompleksową izolację termiczną ścian,stropu i stropodachu,wymianę grzejników oraz montaż zaworów termostatycznych,montaż elektrycznych podgrzewaczy ciepłej wody, wymianę okien piwnicznych i bramy garażowej.W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi polepszenie warunków użytkowania budynku przez mieszkańców,co sprzyjać będzie włączeniu społecznemu oraz przeciwdziałaniu ubóstwu energetycznemu osób, które nie mają możliwości zapewnienia sobie lokalu na komercyjnym rynku wynajmu nieruchomości.Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost świadomości mieszkańców Gminy Wola Krzysztoporska w zakresie wpływu działań termomodernizacyjnych na eliminację lub znaczne ograniczenie źródeł powstawania zwiększonego zapotrzebowania na energię oraz wpływ modernizacji energetycznej budynków mieszkalnych na oszczędność ekonomiczną, wynikającą z użytkowania oraz eksploatacji tego typu zabudowy.Realizacja projektu pozwoli na kompleksową termomodernizację 1 mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego o pow. mieszk.768,82, z którego korzystać będą 24 gospodarstwa domowe. Celem pośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej mieszkalnego budynku komunalnego w Woli Krzysztoporskiej poprzez oszczędność energii oraz racjonalizację użytkowania budynku komunalnego poprzez. Realizacja projektu sprzyjać będzie promowaniu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej w Gminie Wola Krzysztoporska, która w wydajny i zrównoważony sposób wykorzystuje zasoby i zmniejsza emisję zanieczyszczeń powietrza odpowiedzialnych za powstawanie zjawiska tzw. niskiej emisji oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Zaplanowane prace termomodernizacyjne przyczynią się do znacznych korzyści ekonomicznych oraz społecznych dla mieszkańców Woli Krzysztoporskiej. Grupą docelową projektu są przede wszystkim osoby bezpośrednio korzystające z termomodernizowanej infrastruktury, czyli mieszkańcy miejscowości Wola Krzysztoporska (Polish)

L’objectif du projet est d’approfondir la modernisation énergétique d’un bâtiment résidentiel à Wola Krzysztoporska par l’isolation thermique complète des murs, des voies et des rénovations, le remplacement des radiateurs et l’installation de vannes thermostatiques, l’installation de chauffe-eau chaude électriques, le remplacement des fenêtres de cave et des portes de garage. L’objectif indirect du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment municipal résidentiel de Wola Krzysztoporska en économisant l’énergie et en rationalisant l’utilisation du bâtiment municipal. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Energiemodernisierung eines Wohngebäudes in Wola Krzysztoporska durch eine umfassende Wärmedämmung von Wänden, Gleisen und Renovierungen, den Austausch von Heizkörpern und die Installation von Thermostatventilen, die Installation von elektrischen Warmwasserbereitern, den Austausch von Kellerfenstern und Garagentoren zu vertiefen. Indirektes Ziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz des Wohngebäudes in Wola Krzysztoporska durch Energieeinsparung und Rationalisierung der Nutzung des kommunalen Gebäudes durch. Das Projekt wird eine CO2-arme Wirtschaft in Wola Krzysztoporska fördern, die Ressourcen effizient und nachhaltig nutzt und die Emissionen von Luftschadstoffen verringert, die für das Phänomen der geringen Emissionen und Treibhausgasemissionen verantwortlich sind. Geplante Thermomodernisierungsarbeiten werden zu erheblichen wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Vorteilen für die Bewohner von Wola Krzysztoporska beitragen. Het doel van het project is om de energie-modernisering van een woongebouw in Wola Krzysztoporska te verdiepen door middel van uitgebreide thermische isolatie van muren, sporen en renovaties, vervanging van radiatoren en installatie van thermostatische kleppen, installatie van elektrische warmwaterverwarmingstoestellen, vervanging van kelderramen en garagepoorten. Als gevolg van het project zullen de gebruiksvoorwaarden van het gebouw worden verbeterd, wat sociale inclusie zal bevorderen en de energiearmoede van mensen die niet de mogelijkheid hebben om het pand op de commerciële huurmarkt te leveren, zal bevorderen. Het effect van het project zal zijn om het bewustzijn van bewoners van de gemeente Wola Krzysztoporska te vergroten. De indirecte doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de energie-efficiëntie van het woongemeentelijk gebouw in Wola Krzysztoporska door energie te besparen en het gebruik van het gemeentelijk gebouw te rationaliseren. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di approfondire la modernizzazione energetica di un edificio residenziale a Wola Krzysztoporska attraverso l'isolamento termico completo di pareti, binari e ristrutturazioni, la sostituzione di radiatori e l'installazione di valvole termostatiche, l'installazione di scaldacqua calda elettrica, la sostituzione di finestre di cantina e cancelli garage. L'obiettivo indiretto del progetto è migliorare l'efficienza energetica dell'edificio municipale residenziale di Wola Krzysztoporska risparmiando energia e razionalizzando l'uso dell'edificio comunale attraverso. Il progetto promuoverà un'economia a basse emissioni di carbonio a Wola Krzysztoporska, che utilizza le risorse in modo efficiente e sostenibile e riduce le emissioni di inquinanti atmosferici responsabili del fenomeno delle basse emissioni e delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra. Le opere di termomodernizzazione previste contribuiranno a notevoli benefici economici e sociali per gli abitanti di Wola Krzysztoporska. El objetivo del proyecto es profundizar la modernización energética de un edificio residencial en Wola Krzysztoporska a través del aislamiento térmico integral de paredes, pistas y remodelaciones, sustitución de radiadores e instalación de válvulas termostáticas, instalación de calentadores eléctricos de agua caliente, sustitución de ventanas de bodega y puertas de garaje. Como resultado del proyecto, se mejorarán las condiciones de uso del edificio, lo que promoverá la inclusión social y contrarrestará la pobreza energética de las personas que no tienen la oportunidad de proporcionar las instalaciones en el mercado de alquiler comercial. El efecto del proyecto será aumentar la conciencia de los residentes del municipio de Wola Krzysztoporska. El objetivo indirecto del proyecto es mejorar la eficiencia energética del edificio municipal residencial en Wola Krzysztoporska ahorrando energía y racionalizando el uso del edificio municipal. El proyecto promoverá una economía hipocarbónica en Wola Krzysztoporska, que utilice los recursos de manera eficiente y sostenible y reduzca las emisiones de contaminantes atmosféricos responsables del fenómeno de bajas emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero. Las obras de termomodernización planificadas contribuirán a importantes beneficios económicos y sociales para los habitantes de Wola Krzysztoporska.
