Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej z ustalonym profilem pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy i pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żagańskim. Zwiększenie zatrudnienia uczestników projektu nastąpi poprzez: usługi pośrednictwa pracy lub poradnictwa zawodowego, realizację staży, prac interwencyjnych, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacji wyposażenia i doposażenia miejsca pracy co przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu projektu. Uczestnicy zdobędą doświadczenie i nowe kwalifikacje, które będą zgodne z zapotrzebowaniem potencjalnych pracodawców. Oferowane wsparcie, dopasowane do potrzeb uczestnika pozwoli przerwać okres bezczynności zawodowej, spowoduje integrację i reintegrację zawodową i ożywienie gospodarcze poprzez założenie nowych firm oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over with an established profile of aid I (so-called active unemployed) or II (so-called “requiring support”) who are at a particularly disadvantaged labour market and who are unemployed in the Żagań County. The employment of participants in the project will be increased by: job placement or guidance services, implementation of traineeships, intervention work, training, one-off measures for starting a business, reimbursement of equipment and job refurbishment, which will contribute to the achievement of the project’s objective. Participants will gain experience and new qualifications that meet the needs of potential employers. The support offered, tailored to the needs of the participant, will end the period of inactivity, will result in integration and reintegration and economic recovery by setting up new companies and creating new jobs. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui bénéficient d’un profil fixe d’aide I (c’est-à-dire «chômeur actif») ou II (appelé «besoin d’aide»), qui sont particulièrement désavantagés sur le marché du travail et qui sont sans emploi dans le district de 'agań. L’augmentation de l’emploi des participants au projet sera réalisée par les moyens suivants: services de placement ou d’orientation professionnelle, stages, travail d’intervention, formation, création d’entreprises ponctuelles, remboursement de l’équipement et réaménagement de l’emploi, ce qui contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif du projet. Les participants acquerront de l’expérience et de nouvelles qualifications qui répondent aux besoins des employeurs potentiels. Le soutien offert, adapté aux besoins du participant, brisera la période d’inactivité, conduira à l’intégration et à la réinsertion dans l’emploi et à la reprise économique par la création de nouvelles entreprises et la création de nouveaux emplois. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von Menschen ab 30 Jahren mit einem festen Profil der Hilfe I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder II (sogenannte „Unterstützungspflicht“) zu erhöhen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt besonders benachteiligt sind und im Bezirk Żagań arbeitslos sind. Die Zunahme der Beschäftigung der Projektteilnehmer wird erreicht durch: Vermittlungs- oder Berufsberatungsdienste, Praktika, Interventionsarbeiten, Schulungen, einmalige Unternehmensgründungen, Erstattung von Ausrüstung und Arbeitsplatznachrüstung, die zur Erreichung des Projektziels beitragen. Die Teilnehmer sammeln Erfahrungen und neue Qualifikationen, die den Bedürfnissen potenzieller Arbeitgeber entsprechen. Die auf die Bedürfnisse des Teilnehmers zugeschnittene Unterstützung wird die Zeit der Nichterwerbstätigkeit durchbrechen, zur Integration und Wiedereingliederung in Beschäftigung und wirtschaftliche Erholung durch die Gründung neuer Unternehmen und die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze führen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten van mensen van 30 jaar en ouder met een vast profiel van steun I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of II (zogenaamde „noodzakelijke steun”), die bijzonder benadeeld zijn op de arbeidsmarkt en werkloos zijn in het district Çagań. De toename van de werkgelegenheid van de projectdeelnemers zal worden bereikt door: diensten voor loopbaanbegeleiding, stages, interventies, opleiding, eenmalige start-ups, terugbetaling van apparatuur en aanpassing van de baan, die zullen bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de doelstelling van het project. De deelnemers zullen ervaring en nieuwe kwalificaties opdoen die voldoen aan de behoeften van potentiële werkgevers. De aangeboden steun, afgestemd op de behoeften van de deelnemer, zal de periode van inactiviteit doorbreken, zal leiden tot integratie en reïntegratie in de werkgelegenheid en tot economisch herstel door de oprichting van nieuwe bedrijven en het scheppen van nieuwe banen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare le opportunità di lavoro delle persone di età pari o superiore a 30 anni con un profilo fisso di aiuti I (cosiddetti disoccupati attivi) o II (il cosiddetto "richiesto di sostegno"), che sono particolarmente svantaggiati sul mercato del lavoro e che sono disoccupati nel distretto di Żagań. L'aumento dell'occupazione dei partecipanti al progetto sarà realizzato mediante: servizi di collocamento o di orientamento professionale, tirocini, interventi di intervento, formazione, avvio di imprese una tantum, rimborso di attrezzature e adeguamento del lavoro, che contribuiranno al conseguimento dell'obiettivo del progetto. I partecipanti acquisiranno esperienza e nuove qualifiche che soddisfano le esigenze dei potenziali datori di lavoro. Il sostegno offerto, adattato alle esigenze del partecipante, interromperà il periodo di inattività, porterà all'integrazione e al reinserimento nell'occupazione e alla ripresa economica attraverso la creazione di nuove imprese e la creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es aumentar las oportunidades de empleo de las personas de 30 años o más con un perfil fijo de la ayuda I (denominada desempleada activa) o II (denominada «necesaria ayuda»), que se encuentran especialmente desfavorecidas en el mercado laboral y que están desempleadas en el distrito de Agań. El aumento del empleo de los participantes en el proyecto se logrará mediante: servicios de colocación o orientación profesional, prácticas, trabajo de intervención, formación, creación de empresas únicas, reembolso de equipos y readaptación laboral, lo que contribuirá a la consecución del objetivo del proyecto. Los participantes adquirirán experiencia y nuevas cualificaciones que satisfagan las necesidades de los posibles empleadores. El apoyo ofrecido, adaptado a las necesidades del participante, romperá el período de inactividad, conducirá a la integración y reintegración en el empleo y la recuperación económica mediante la creación de nuevas empresas y la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo.
