    Die AECOA bei der Festlegung des Ausbildungsplans konzentrierte sich besonders auf die Förderung der Chancengleichheit, der Nichtdiskriminierung und des Qualifikationsbedarfs der Arbeitnehmer im Zusammenhang mit organisatorischen Veränderungen, insbesondere solchen mit geringen Qualifikationen, um sie zu erweitern und ihnen Kompetenzen (einschließlich digitaler) hinzuzufügen.
