As entidades formadoras que integram a CIF da CAP encontram-se perfeitamente enraizadas no tecido económico, social e cultural. Efetuou-se um diagnóstico de necessidades formativas envolvendo também as entidades empregadoras, para que a formação venha a dar resposta às necessidades de competências do tecido empresarial, suprindo as carências registadas no que concerne ao nível de qualificações profissionais da população do mundo rural.
