Auf der anderen Seite ermöglicht die Verpflichtung zur Qualitätszertifizierung die bereits entwickelte Arbeit zu validieren, um den Grad der Effizienz zwischen Ressourcen/Zielen zu erhöhen. Aan de andere kant, de inzet voor kwaliteitscertificering maakt het valideren van het reeds ontwikkelde werk, met als doel het verhogen van de mate van efficiëntie tussen middelen/doelstellingen.
