A presente operação contempla a requalificação de uma ligação entre a zona histórica da sede do concelho e a nova zona de equipamentos, tendo em vista a criação de uma ciclovia bem como uma via pedonal tendo por objetivo promover a mobilidade suave e a pedonalização do centro da sede do concelho, contribuindo-se não só para a melhoria das condições de acessibilidade, mas também para a descarbonização do território.
