Die Einstellung von Praktikanten kann für eine Gemeinde sehr vorteilhaft sein, da Praktikanten naturgemäß hochqualifizierte junge Menschen sind und oft bereit sind, neue Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, um eine Umschulung und Aktualisierung des Wissens zu ermöglichen und so zur Erneuerung der Organisation beizutragen. De gemeente Peniche is voornemens in het kader van deze aanvraag 22 stagiairs in dienst te nemen. Het inhuren van stagiairs kan zeer voordelig zijn voor een gemeente, aangezien stagiairs van nature hooggekwalificeerde jongeren zijn en vaak bereid zijn om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan, waardoor herscholing en actualisering van kennis mogelijk zijn en aldus bijdragen tot de vernieuwing van de organisatie.
