A intervenção de requalificação destas zonas tem como fundamento, por um lado, a substituição de mobiliário urbano, redesenho de pavimento, construção de um palco/estrutura como fonte de dinamização e atração dos cidadãos. A substituição do sistema de iluminação atual para sistema LED, bem como a introdução de rede WIFI, em alguns pontos das zonas de intervenção faz parte da intervenção a nível tecnológico. Die Neuqualifizierung dieser Gebiete beruht einerseits auf dem Ersatz von Stadtmöbeln, der Umgestaltung der Böden, dem Bau einer Bühne/Struktur als Quelle der Dynamik und der Anziehung der Bürger.
