O presente projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho que tem vindo a ser efetuado pela EPN, ao longo dos anos, sendo mecanismo de resposta à situação socioprofissional do Concelho de Nordeste. Apostar na formação profissional é, pois, o mecanismo para ultrapassar, o isolamento e a, ainda, grande distância relativamente aos centros urbanos que provocam o êxodo rural e a consequente desertificação que se verificam neste concelho. The present project follows the work that has been carried out by the EPN over the years, being a mechanism of response to the socio-professional situation of the municipality of Northeast. Investing in vocational training is therefore the mechanism to overcome, isolation and still a great distance from the urban centres that cause the rural exodus and the consequent desertification in this municipality. Dieses Projekt folgt den Arbeiten, die das EPN im Laufe der Jahre durchgeführt hat, und ist ein Mechanismus zur Reaktion auf die sozioökonomische Lage der Gemeinde Nordosten. Investitionen in die Berufsausbildung sind daher der Mechanismus zur Überwindung, Isolation und immer noch eine große Entfernung von den städtischen Zentren, die den Landflucht und die daraus resultierende Wüstenbildung in dieser Gemeinde verursachen. Dit project volgt op de werkzaamheden die het EPN in de loop der jaren heeft uitgevoerd, en is een mechanisme om te reageren op de sociaal-professionele situatie van de gemeente Noordoost. Investeren in beroepsopleiding is daarom het mechanisme om te overwinnen, isolement en nog steeds op grote afstand van de stedelijke centra die de landelijke exodus en de daaruit voortvloeiende woestijnvorming in deze gemeente veroorzaken.
