O projeto formativo visa incrementar a formação e qualificação profissional de jovens provenientes do sistema de ensino e de inativos, contribuindo para o aumento de técnicos com qualificação adequada na RAA. Visa igualmente a criação de mecanismos que facilitem a inserção profissional dos diplomados, sobretudo através da FCT, que lhes proporciona o contato e o envolvimento com empresas/instituições que são potenciais entidades empregadoras. Le projet de formation vise à accroître la formation et la qualification professionnelles des jeunes issus des systèmes éducatifs et inactifs, en contribuant à l’augmentation du nombre de techniciens possédant des qualifications adéquates dans le RAA. Das Ausbildungsprojekt zielt darauf ab, die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung junger Menschen aus den Bildungs- und Nichterwerbssystemen zu verbessern und so zur Erhöhung der Techniker mit ausreichenden Qualifikationen im Jährlichen Tätigkeitsbericht beizutragen. Darüber hinaus sollen Mechanismen geschaffen werden, um die berufliche Integration von Absolventen zu erleichtern, insbesondere durch das FCT, das ihnen den Kontakt und die Beteiligung an Unternehmen/Einrichtungen, die potenzielle Arbeitgeber sind, ermöglicht.
