MARBELLA CIUDAD CREATIVA E INCLUSIVA es la iniciativa para la regeneración física, económica y social de los barrios más desfavorecidos de Marbella que permita la inclusión sociolaboral de los colectivos más vulnerables: colectivo gitano, jóvenes, mujeres e inmigrantes. _x000D_ _x000D_ Como ya se documentó en la solicitud original y en el plan de implementación, se plantea invertir en una economía creativa para diversificar y crear una estructura económica estable y duradera, más allá de esta operación, desde la cual se genere el impacto necesario, no solo fomentando el talento creativo, el tejido social y acciones de inserción sociolaboral y de autoempleo, sino que estas repercutan directamente en los colectivos más vulnerables gracias a los mecanismos inherentes a los procesos de innovación y emprendimiento social que se pondrán en marcha con cuotas para los colectivos desfavorecidos en barrios y otros espacios comunitarios, como espacios de convivencia que mejoren la cohesión social del municipio._x000D_ _x000D_ La economía creativa no sólo es uno de los sectores que más rápido está creciendo en la economía mundial sino también uno sumamente transformativo en términos de generación de recursos, dinamización social y creación de empleo. _x000D_ _x000D_ La innovación y el emprendimiento social son procesos que, junto a la creación de riqueza y empleo de calidad, se plantea deliberadamente la producción de un beneficio para la sociedad y representa un sector sumamente transformativo al involucrar a colectivos, emprendedores y empresas que buscan un impacto positivo en la sociedad y en sus colectivos más vulnerables, unos de los principales objetivos de esta operación._x000D_ Con las actuaciones planteadas se trata de retener y fomentar el talento creativo local y su atracción, incidiendo en ciertos sectores claves de las industrias creativas y culturales locales que permitan crear un soporte desde el que generar empleo de calidad entre los colectivos más vulnerables de Marbella.
